Rank: Head of the Queen's soldiers with her brother, Algae.

This is good too. I've seen a lot of soldier OCs, but not too many..

Residence: The SeaWing Summer Palace

She's actually in the Kingdom of the Sea.. good.

Appearance: Soft sea foam green with pale blue speckles

She sounds pretty, but you could be a lot more descriptive. Eye color, horns/claws color, size, body shape, things like that are all left out. I'd like to know more.

Personality: Levelheaded (unless she's unhappy, then it's attack first ask questions later), pretty much quiet, serious attitude for the most part.

This could use more description too. I can kinda get the idea of what her personality is, but there's still a lot more that you can add.

Backstory: Koi and Algae grew up in the Summer Palace where their mother and father were stationed during war. While helping Queen Current with critiquing with one of her newest stories, Blizzard, an IceWing outcast, lands an attack and takes Minnow, Koi's mother. Later on, while trying to find her mother with Algae and Ripple, Ripple is killed by a MudWing named Thrush. Algae and Koi get away alive, but Algae has a nasty wound across his side. They settle down in a cave for the night where they run across Blizzard again, who helps care for Algae. She explains that after she saw what her boss, a SkyWing named Crimson, threatened to do to Koi's mother, Blizzard let Minnow go, ultimately losing her place in the Sky Kingdom and nearly being killed by Crimson. The three return to the Summer Palace where Blizzard is (reluctantly) accepted to stay in the Summer Palace and Queen Current sends patrols out for Minnow. After Minnow has been found, Algae and Koi both become head of the Queen's soldiers and respected among the SeaWings, though Koi doubts the SkyWings will give up easily...

Okay, I like this. It's easy to follow, and I like that Blizzard ended up being friends with them, it was a good kinda plot twist. It's not super original or great, but it's really not bad.

Other: Queen Wildfire of the SkyWings is actually Crimson's sister, whereas he was punished severely for letting both Blizzard and Minnow escape.

I'll give her a 7/10. She's not the best OC I've seen, but there are some pretty good bits. Her appearance and personality could definitely use some work, but otherwise this is okay.
