Thanks for letting me know!! A lot of people don't mention when their story takes place, so it gets confusing.

Name: Glider

I like this name. It's cool, original, and fits her Tribe well! I may have seen it before, not sure. But I like it!

I see a lot of soldier OCs, but not too many.

Residence: Jade Mountain Academy

Hmm... JMA OC... not the most original. It seems like everyone has an OC at the JMA sometimes

Appearance: Dark red scales, yellowish-orange under-belly scales, dark gray claws and horns. Yellow eyes, torn left ear, and injured tail. A small gold and emerald bracelet on her back right leg.

Alright, this is good. I like the dark gray, don't see that too often. Same with the torn ear. I'm not sure how a yellowish orange would go with dark red, it just doesn't sound nice together. Maybe a lighter red would be better, or if the yellow-orange was darker so that it would match the main scales. I'n just being picky, but it's something to keep in mind when designing OCs.

Personality: Glider, when she was in the guard, liked to stay by herself. The male guards flirted with her and annoyed the heck out of her, so she stayed away from them. She does have a soft spot for younger dragons, being the oldest of her three siblings. She does get protective of these small dragonets, and will fight to protect loved ones. When she was younger, she was a bit cockier than she is now, and boasted more about her achievements. Now, she's just as competitive, but she keeps it to herself.

I like this! It fits a SkyWing well. They usually aren't the most friendly (at least going by the SkyWings that we know in the series, Kestrel, Flame, Scarlet.. all not so great.) She doesn't seem rude, but introverted, which I like. It works for a SkyWing but it's different enough that she doesn't seem like a copy of the other SkyWings in the series. She has character flaws as well as good traits, and none of them contradict each other or don't go well together. I like the soft spot for dragonets, it's cute.

Relations: Red (Mother), Volcano (Father), Charred (Brother), Twister (Brother), and Hawk (Brother)

Backstory: Glider joined the guard at the age of five, after three years of training. She had been taking care of her three brothers as they had all lived together in the hatchery, and she served as the mother to them. When she was in the guard, she got into a fight with a SeaWing while she was flying over the northern border, and that gave her scars on her tail. She has a distaste for them. When she was nine, Queen Ruby herself requested Glider to be one of the students at Jade Mountain Academy. Glider reluctantly said yes, and now attends. She takes care of her two roomates, Stardancer and Sunset.

This is alright! It's not super original, but it isn't bad. I like that it's a calmer backstory, not full of disaster and suffering. Again, I think it's cute that she cares for little dragonets. It's not super interesting, but it works.

Other: She also enjoys cooking.

Overall
I'll give Glider an 8/10. She's not bad, but you might want to change up the coloring a bit or add to her backstory. I like the backstory, but it isn't the most original or.. interesting. I like her name and personality, they fit her Tribe and go well with her backstory and all. The
