As much as I hate hybrids, I have to admit that you're really good at making them.

Appearance: So Marble iS ObViOuSlY ThE PRETTIEST DRAGON EVAH- no. Nope. Nopity nope. Marble is short, not much taller than the average scavenger, with off white scales of blues, pinks, purples, and greens. She has a very short snout and buck teeth, giving her voice a nazely sound. Dark blue spots grow unevenly around her face, and have been steadily growing with her aging. Her tail and back have aqua colored scales spiraling down them, ending in a stubby club of tail spikes. Most of her horns are stubby too. She lacks wings, instead having an odd, crystalline structure growing from them. She has a growing cataract in her left eye, and both are deep blue, almost black. her legs are colored in silver specks.

Wow. This is.. a lot. I like that her tribes affect her appearance a bit, but she's not an obvious combination of all three. I also like the way you make hybrids. I agree with your theory that hybrids are more likely to have birth defects.

There are some things that I don't love about this appearance though. It seems kind of.. over the top. I don't know —I'm struggling to word this properly— it just seems like a lot for one dragon. The weird mix of colors, the wing deformity, the silver flecks, the buck teeth, all would be good on separate dragons but when all combined into one just seems like too much.

Abilities: She cannot fly, breath fire, or ice. She lacks venom bearing fangs, and instead drools black saliva with small bits of venom in it.

I really like this. She's not overpowered, which is always great.

Personality: Unlike her older brother, Marble is much more perceptible to emotions. She thinks with more colors and pictures than words, yet she usually has much to say once you get talking to her. She rambles on about things often. She stumbled over her words a lot, but still loves talking. She likes activities that deal with continuous activity, like reading, knitting, weaving, and more. She is very sweet to her adopted caretaker, Grove. She doesn't have much knowledge of her family choices.

Aw, I like this. Kind of reminds me of Whiteout in a few ways. I do like what you have here, but I feel that you could definitely add more to it. There aren't any negative traits here besides the fact that she stumbles over words. I think that something like her being easily distracted would be good to add. Like, the way you describe her thinking more in colors makes me think that she could be very prone to daydreaming and just.. spacing out. So negative traits like inattentive, easily distracted, fantasy-prone, or something like that would go well here. That's just an idea, but yeah, definitely add some flaws.

Family:
Mother-DiDi (Indigo), a RainWing/NightWing hybrid. She was rather happy and jumpy, and this led to her being very clumsy. She lives in the rain forest with her family. She is deep purple and black, with hints of green in her scales.
Father-Fridgid, a low ranking IceWing, living on the edge of the Ice Kingdom. He was white with a blue tint. He was killed in the Diamond Trial.

Ooh, okay. Her parents seem interesting!

Backstory: It doesn't start with Marble. It starts with Heliconia, Marble's grandfather. He met a NightWing, Strongsight, who was trying to escape from the volcano to the Rainforest to have her first egg. Heliconia let her in, and after Strongsight had her first egg, the two fell in love. They had three children, one son and two daughters. One of these children was DiDi, a much more happy dragon compared to her sister. She was adventurous, wild, and a free spirit. She wanted to explore greatly, and with the help of her brother, she left the rainforest in hopes of exploring the continent. She soon met an IceWing on the Ice Kingdom border named Fridgid. Fridgid was much older than DiDi, very tired, and suicidal. DiDi tried to make him feel better, and the two lived together for a while. DiDi developed feelings for Fridgid, and soon, two eggs came into existence. Fridgid was disgusted with one of the eggs, for it was grayish black, looking nothing like a IceWing egg. Fridgid took the other egg and forced DiDi out of his home. He was later executed for his crimes in creating life with a hybrid, but the child escaped and now lives somewhere in the Ice Kingdom. Meanwhile, DiDi, heartbroken, dropped off the egg at Possibility's hospital, hoping they could "fix" it. She left before she got the word it was alive. The egg was put in the orphanage, where it hatched to Marble. She immediately became attached to Cherry, who acted like a big brother to her. They were soon adopted by Grove.

Alright! I love that you include her parents' backstories. That's very important in hybrid OCs. I like their stories, but I'd like a little more info on Marble! Like, what is her life like at the orphanage? And this also leaves a few questions. What ever happens to DiDi, and that one dragonet in the Ice Kingdom? I'm curious and quite disappointed that you left it out.

Other: Marble wants to learn how to swim.

Overall
I give Marble a 7/10. I like her, mostly. Her appearance is fine, but a little much. Her personality could definitely have more added to it, and her backstory leaves a few questions unanswered. Otherwise, good!
