Ralph's POV

Me, Vanellope, Felix and Calhoun went to Green Hill Zone and looked around for Tails. "Tails" Calhoun said. "Tails? Where are you?" Vanellope asked. "We need help" She added. "He's probably in his workshop" A male voice said, walking up to us. "Oh, hey Knuckles" I said. "Hi" He said. "So... Tails is in his workshop. Do you know where that is?" Vanellope asked. "In the Mystic Jungle, but only Sonic knows how to get there" Knuckles replied. "Angel Island is there, but technically, I teleport" Knuckles added. "Why? Is something wrong?" He asked. "Yes. Me and Sonic were getting ready to race, and then Sonic just started to hear something which I can't hear, but anyway, he heard something and covered his ears because of "the noise" Vanellope explained. "Oh. Yea, that I can't help with, but I can tell you Sonic's not the only one who's dealing with "the noise", Amy is too" Knuckles said. "Amy is? Ok, this is getting strange because Sonic wasn't even with Amy when this happened" Felix said. "Found out what happened" Tails said, flying over here with his two tails. "Oh right, Amy told Tails" Knuckles said. "Yea. Anyway, I found a machine that activated and is producing something, but I can't hear it, that usually means one thing" Tails said. "What?" Calhoun asked. "It's producing high-frequency sounds" Tails said. "So?" "We can't hear it 'cause I'm a fox, Knuckles' an echidna, you guys are human, Espio's a chameleon, whatever the species, we can't hear it. But Amy, Sonic, and Shadow are all hedgehogs" "Oh, so it only works on hedgehogs?" Vanellope asked. "Yes" "That explains why Sonic's ears twitched" Ralph said. "We have to tell Sonic this" Vanellope said. "This isn't the first time this happened, so he knows about this already. This is the first time ya'll are witnessing it" Knuckles said. "Oh" "Anyway, how do we make it stop?" Calhoun asked. "I don't know. I didn't make it, but I see Ralph and Vanellope going on adventures and Sonic does love them, so....... Ralph, you, Vanellope and Sonic will all go on an adventure while I try to see what the problem is with the machine" Tails said. "Alright" Ralph said. "Felix, you stay with me just in case you need to fix something with your hammer" "Ok" Felix said. "Calhoun, you can stay too if you want" Tails said. "Ok then" Calhoun said. "Alright. See ya Tails" Vanellope said. "Oh, guys. Try Space out. No one can hear you up there, so I doubt if noise can get there too" Knuckles said. "If that doesn't work, that I don't know" He added. "Ok" Ralph said, then he and Vanellope walked through the ring portal to get back to Game Central Station.
