~Raph's PoV~

I felt all my muscles stiffen as she attacked the Shredder. Surprisingly, she managed to knock off his helmet. Alert, Shredder started to fight back against her, but shockingly, Y/N had the advantage. Using her (w/n) she sliced his face and countered his attacks. I glanced at Leo to see him sharing a similar impression with me. If Y/N wasn't perfect for me, then I don't know who could be. She's everything I ever wanted. Even with her imperfections, she's perfect. Eventually, I found the ability to join the fight.

~Y/N's PoV~

Better back away

You continued to strike at the evil mastermind standing before you. Nothing would stop you from saving my uncle. You had to persevere and save him. You risked a glance at him, he stood still, awaiting a command from the Shredder. Inside of your head you continued yelling at him as if he could hear you. Wake up! Help me please!

Raph and Leo finally joined in the battle, each of you slowly taking advantage of the Shredder. Still, the Shredder was stronger, so he obviously wasn't an easy opponent to face.

Sometimes you only get one try

"U/N defeat the two turtles while I finish the girl," instantly, your uncle charged at Raphael, who barely missed the katana that was being slashed at his face. You knocked Shredder away for a second long enough to call out your uncle's name. He froze for a second and Raph had the upper hand, knocking him over. However, he was back on his feet in no time, once again sparring with the two turtles.

Cause I ain't got nothing, to loose

Oruko Saki took this chance to punch you in the stomach, knocking the breath out of you. You wheezed and held you stomach, willing your body to stand back up. He bends over to grab you by your shirt collar, but a shrunken was thrown at his head. His hand grabbed the shrunken at the perfect time as he glared in the direction it came from.

So much to prove

"Booyakasha!" Mikey yelled as the rest of the gang followed close behind. You used the distraction and kicked Shredder where the sun don't shine, and gave him another swift kick in the rib cage, causing him to fly onto the closest wall. Your uncle went to check on his master just as a few other mutants came onto the scene.

Leo called out to his brother,"Donnie, how do we get these brain worms out of him?"

"The same way we saved Raph. We angered Raph, but perhaps if Y/N shared some memories with him he will be cured," Donnie said and concluded.

"Stupid turtles," Stockman buzzed,"That won't work... Will it?"

I get too far to hear no

"Leo, Raph, you two take Shred-head here. I'll take uncle U/N," you said.

Everyone else paired up against one mutant as you, Raph, and Leo switched components. After every swing, punch, kick, or stab, you would recite a memory you and your uncle shared. Nothing happened.

"Ha! I told you that wouldn't work," Stockman laughed.

"Shut it you!" Casey kicked him in the face between his eyes,"Try harder Y/N. Make him remember."

Cause I ain't got nothing to lose

You, once again, recapped the memories you had with your uncle and your family. His eyes slowly became less clouded after each memory. He punched you in the jaw and pinned you to the floor. Tears began to form in your eyes as he place his katana near your throat. "Please remember. Wake up uncle U/N. We need you. I need you. No one knows what happened to you, so they assume that you're dead. Just please remember so we can be a family again."

I'm hoping on you to come on through...

His glare softened and he began to cough. He lifted the katana from your throat and dropped it beside him. You stood and looked at the guys and April. The mutants were all knocked out, and Shredder was clutching his arm.

"No! You fools. You just ruined my plans!"

Uncle U/N threw up the small worm and you crushed it beneath your feet. Shredder growled and threw a ninja bomb, disappearing from the building. Mikey caught your uncle before he fell flat on his face. Looking over your shoulder, you see that all the prisoners have dissipated.

~Raph's PoV~ (Because why not? ;)

Returning to the lair, everyone patched up the injuries they may have sustained. Everyone went to their separate places, planning to celebrate tomorrow after we got some rest. I smiled at Y/N and walked up to her. She turned her head, smiling back. Happiness over took her form as she jumped into my arms. I held her close and kissed her cheek.

Girl, to tell you the truth, It's always been you

I placed her back onto the floor and kissed her. After everything we've been through today this kiss and her happiness made it all worth it.

When we finally parted, she grabbed my hand and lead me through the sewers without saying a single word. We stopped on the rooftop next door to her home. She pointed to her living-room where her family mingled about, celebrating the return of her uncle.

"That wouldn't have been possible without you Raphael. Thank you," she kissed my cheek again.
