After meeting Mahir at his home Bela directly went to office. She was early and staff has just started to arrive. They didn't knew about her arrival. She was silently observing them from her cabin. What they were doing? Some of them came and get busy in gossip and some sat and relax and one or two people have their breakfast which they would have skipped at home in order not to get late as now their office's automatic finger print attendence machine has been repaired and it notes time of their arrival too.
After sometime she called Satish in her cabin. He went inside nevoursly.

S: Good morning ma'am.

B: (replies without lifting her head up from file.) Sare staff ko meeting room mein bulao half an hour mein. Aur uske baad jo meeting hai usme main points note krte rehna aur

S: (cuts her) Par vo to Mahir sir karte hai na? (bhai himmat barr gyi hai kya trip pe? Vo sb sirf Mahir ke aage tha dikhava. Aaj vo nhi hai to sherni se kon bachayega?)

B: Dikh raha hai yaha kahi Mahir?

Satish nods in no.

B: Jitna bola jaye utna karo and if you again interrupted me then this will be your last day here.(She shouted angrily.)

S: Sorry ma'am

B: Aur bhuli nhi hu mai vo harkat tumhari trip se pahle wali(yaad hai jab Rahul Bela ke cabin mein ghus gya tha bina knock kre aur Behir ko sath mein dekha tha. Tab Satish ne roka nhi tha vo wali baat). Thek se order follow krna seekh(learn) lo. Last time Mahir ke kehne pe kch action nahi liya tha abki baar koi chance nhi hoga. (Arre Bela trip pe sath leja ke apna sara kaam usse karwaya to. Ho gya na hisab barabar.)

S: Okay ma'am. Sorry for that again ma'am.

B: Mehta & sons ki file bhijwao.

After some minutes...

File was lying on floor and the person who made this file outside cabin,"Sorry ma'am... Give me one chance... I will correct my mistakes in file till tomorrow."

B: Not tomorrow till lunch.

P: Please ma'am it's so less time... Please give me time till tomorrow.. please please...

Bela didn't said anything.

P: Ma'am galti meri nhi Mahir sir ki hai. Unhone yhi figures diye the calculate karke.

Now, Bela got enraged.

B: Dikhao vo figures. Kya diya tha Mahir ne?

That person brought those figures very confidently and showed them to Bela.

B: Ye konsi file hai?

P: Jo Mahir ne kal di thi.

B: Ye Kapoor estate ki file hai. 😡

P: Kyaa?? Dekha uss Mahir ne galat file di ma'am. Aapko lagta hai na he's so talented and perfect... Dekhiye aisi silly mistake kri.

B: Tumne apni eyes last kab check karwai thi? I think you need glasses Mr. Tyagi.

T: What??

B: Wait...

Bela called Mahir and put phone on speaker mode and she speaks before he can call her Sona.

B: Mr. Mahir aapne Mr. Tyagi ko Mehta & sons ki file ka kaam krke complete krne ko di ab tak ya nhi?

Mahir understood she's speaking like that so there must be something so he also talked formally.

M: Last week ma'am, business trip par jane se pahle.

B: Kapoor estate ki?

M: Kal de di thi aur ma'am aapko bataya bhi tha.

B: Okay... One more thing.

M: Yes ma'am

B: Mehta & sons aur Kapoor estate ki file bahr aapne names correctly likhe the? Dono mein distinction tha?

M: What?

B: Jo puch rhi hu uska answer do.(very calmly)

M: Clearly likhe the ma'am. Aap dono ko dekh sakti hai. Figures aur time period dekh ke samj aa jayega farak. Bas similarity itni hai ki dono files red colour ki hai. Everything is alright?

B: Now it is.

She cut the call.

B: Mr. Tyagi aap apna resignation khud denge ya main termination letter send karwau?

T: (while wiping his sweat) No ma'am... Please. I am sorry. Please give me one chance.

B: Chance?? Jisse aap phir se mere office ke imandaar aur mehanti logo pe galat ilzam lagaye? Chance aapko de rahi thi na mai par phir bhi aapne apni galti accept karne ke bajaye Mahir pe galti dal di. Mahir ne galati kri. Aur aapne kya kara? Parna nhi aata aapko? Dikhta nahi hai? Agar Mahir ne galti kari bhi hoti tab bhi aap dekh nhi sakte the? Dikha nhi aapko?😡

He kept standing lowering his head.

B: Kya? Kya problem hai Mahir se? Apna kaam thek se hota nhi hai dusro pe ungli uthane wale hote kon ho aap? Mahir pe ilzam lagane ki himmat kse hui? Vo bhi itna bewakoofi bhara. Aur ye file jo mne aaj dekhne ke liye mangwai vo aapke 1 din mein banai jbki aapko last week ye work mila tha. 1 din mai kch bhi ulta seedha krke de diya aur galti kisi aur ki. Kya kara kya pura week? Zyada kaam to nhi tha I think. Kiski galti hai btao..kiski? (Shouts very loudly)

T: Sorry ma'am...

B: Out...😡 Yha mere office ke aas paas bhi mat nazar aa jana varna acha nhi hoga.😡

T: Please sorry ma'am. Give me one chance. Mai Mahir sir se bhi maafi maang lunga.

B: Out... Security.. security

She called security and make them throw him out. (Gaya ek aur banda staff ka.)

Bela was in very angry mode. She took meeting of whole staff and thrashed them very badly(verbally).

She was in a bad mood so, she cancelled her next meeting and went to Mahir's house to meet him as only he can calm her now. Moreover she also wanted to see her would be mother-in-law.

Mahir was cooking lunch for him and his mother just then doorbell rang and as he opened the door he was engulfed in a tight hug.

I know ye part mein zyada maza nhi aaya hoga kyuki isme sirf Bela ka gussa aur office office tha. Behir moment to the hi nhi. But next part mein bht sare honge.
