"I don't understand what all the big fuss is." Marinette giggled as Adrien peppered her neck with kisses on the couch they were sharing.

"Why would it not be a big deal?" Adrien murmured into her skin. "This is big news. I can hardly contain my excitement."

"How do you think everyone will take it?" Marinette asked as she ran her fingers through his blonde locks. "Mostly when it comes down to Ladybug and Chat Noir."

At the mention of their alter egos, Adrien's head lifted from her neck to connect their eyes. She seemed worried. "I just... how will we do this? We already have such a big responsibility on our shoulders." She added worriedly, a look of concern swirled in her irises.

"We can do it," Adrien assured her, resting his hand on top of her own. "I know we can."

"How do you know we are ready to take on such a new responsibility?" The unsure ravenette asked.

"I have always believed in us, Marinette," Adrien said as he opened his arms to embrace her. "You are a strong, confident and amazing woman who I know will be the best at this new surprise."

"And you?" She asked again, nuzzling into his chest.

He smiled, enjoying the feeling of her close to him. "I know I will always be by your side. Defending, protecting, and being the best man I can be for you... and our little angel."

Marinette pulled away from his embrace to lightly peck him on the lips. Adrien smiled into the kiss, and when she pulled away, he placed the palm of his hand on her small baby bump, and they both silently admired the beauty they had created together.

How would everyone take it? They didn't know.

Were they young and somewhat irresponsible for her pregnancy? Of course.

But one thing was for sure, and Adrien would make sure of it. A promise and a vow he had committed from the day he started dating her.

He would never, in a million years, ever, break her heart ever again.
