Jethalal : Wait, Bhide. Don't worry. I'll call the ambulance now.

Daya : Yes, Tapu ke papa. Fast.

Bapuji : Yes, Jethiya. Fast.

Jethalal called the ambulance and they would be there in Gokuldham Society in any minute.

Meanwhile At The Mumabi Airport:

Popatlal : I am so sorry Avneet. I just got a notification that it's important for me to go to press conference. I am directly going there.

Avu : Yes, Popatlal uncle. It's OK. I will go back with my friends.

Popatlal : Thank you. Bye.

Avu : Bye.

Meher : Look like you got yourself a new friend, Avu.

Avu : No, I mean actually he's from my society so..... Yeah.

Radhika : Avu, so you're directly going to the society.

Avu : Yes.

Radhika : Come with us to my house na. My parents aren't here, so it will be us.

Avu : No, Radhika. Next time. Now, I want to go to the society and also meet Sonu.

Meher : Girl really? You didn't hang out with her for just five days.

Avu : Meher, it's FIVE days. You know....... Without your best friend.

Radhika : So, Sidd can drop you to the society.

Meher : Yes, and anyways, he lives near the society.

Avu : No, no. I will manage alone.

Radhika & Meher : NO.

Avu : Please na.

Radhika & Meher : A BIG NO!

Avu : Aahhhh.... You guys.

And so all the friends made Avu and Sidd in the same taxi, and they left for the society. 

Sidd was sitting in front while Avu on the back in the taxi.

Avu kept gazing the night beauty of the city while Sidd did it too.

After 30 Minutes

They finally arrived to the society but are shocked to see everyone sad. Sidd was still with Avu.

Avu : Is everything OK?

Anjali : Avu, you are back. And no nothing is OK. Sonu has been shot and is currently in the emergency state in City Hospital.

Avu : What????

She bit her tongue, trying to hold the tears that threatened to leave her eyes. But then she can't hold them back. First, one small crystal bead escapes from her right eye. She can feel the warmth, sliding down her cheek, and rolling off her chin. Then another. And another. Until her eyes flood with them, coming like a rainfall. Sniffing every ten seconds, they fall, and fall, and she let them.

She went back to the taxi and ordered the driver to take her to the hospital.

Anjali knew she was no more in her state, and so she requested Sidd  to go along with her.

Sidd's POV:

I stumbled to Avu who sat in, and sank down beside the whispering, weeping figure. “Hey, Avu… Are you okay?” I idiotically blurted.

She was clearly NOT okay.

She raised her hand, ghostly in the firelight, and wiped the tears pouring from her eyes away from her cheeks.

The tears under her pale pink mask however were another matter. She stuck her fingers under the edges and wiggled them around a bit, slapping away my hands when I tried to help her.

As soon as she had cleared her tears away, a fresh torrent bust forth. Her body was wracked with great sobs and she shook like a leaf. I pulled her to my chest where she stayed until her crying subsided.

When she finally looked at me, her beautiful brown eyes were swollen and sore.

They arrived to the Hospital in 5 minutes.

They saw Tapu sitting there. A single tear slid down from his warm eyes, followed by another one, and another one, until soon, a steady stream of salty tears flowed it's way down his pale cheek, releasing the sadness and sorrow that has been held inside of him for all this time but still he did not make a sound.

Avu (sobbed): Tapu? Is she okay?

Tapu (sad, low voice) : We don't Avu. She has been in there for an hour and still no progress. The bullet had hit her major part, the doctor said. Bhide uncle and Madhavi aunty has gone to mandir to pray.

Avu sobbed into Sidd's chest unceasingly, hands clutching at his jacket. He held her in silence, rocking her slowly as her tears soaked his chest. A tiny lapse let her pull away, blinking lashes heavy with tears, before she collapsed again, her howls of misery worsening. The pain must have come in waves, minutes of sobbing broken apart by short pauses for recovering breaths, before hurling her back into the outstretched arms of his grief.

(Avu is in a big shock right now that the only thing on her mind right now is Sonu ; nothing else)

Avu (after trying to maintain herself) : Tapu, let's go to the mandir too. Doctors will do their job and prayers will do its job.

Tapu : Yes.....

In One Side, there's Tapu, Avu, Bhide, Madhavi who's praying and the other side, Sonu who's fighting for her life.
