~Danny's Pov~

I am currently walking up, or more like being pulled up by an overly excited brother, the drive way to the Wayne manor.

And in case you're wondering why none of this people are taking notice of how skinny I am or the scars on me, that's because over the time I got away from the GIW, I learned how to control small amounts of ecto-energy to make myself look healthier, even if only slightly. This does not count towards my weight though, as ecto-energy ways next to nothing. I also only us this trick while I'm out as it does eat away at my energy, as it's my body that is creating what I am using.

Something just accorded to me.

I'm supposed to be missing for the last two-ish years.

What am I supposed to do if they ask about that.

What am I going to do if they ask why I'm in Gotham.

I was snapped out of my thoughts as the front door was opened by a British butler.

"Master Dick, who is this young man that you have," He paused for a second. "dragged home?"

Dick pouted before his face erupted into a huge grin. "Thi-" He was about to answer when Jason cut him sort.

"His name's Danny. 'Parently, he's Dickhead's older brother."

"Hey! I wanted to introduce him!" Dick pouted at his younger, adoptive, brother.

I just smiled up sheepishly, giving the elderly man a small wave with my left hand as my younger sibling still had a grip on my right.

"Well, Mister Daniel, I presume, welcome to the Wayne manor." The butler then stepped to the side, opening the door the rest of the way.

"Just Danny please..." I mumbled, being shy of meeting, let alone talking, to people from the past few years.

"Of course, Mister Danny."

Dick then pulled me inside after his brothers.

He led me to a large living room. It had a T.V. that was, probably around one hundred and twenty inches mounted on the wall. If that wasn't enough, they have just about every gaming console I can think of! There were also two, big, black couches placed a fair distance away from the screen. In front of the couches, a long, wooden, coffee table with a glass top. A blue rug lad under the table. The walls were a nice shade of red with the floors a dark brown wood style. Under the T.V. was a brick fire place with clear doors. On the walls are portraits of each individual person that resides here, a couple family portraits with one of the boys with Bruce or Alfred, and a few with just the boys.

Dick led me over to the couches in my daze.

"So, Danny," Dick started as he plopped down next to me, the other three finding spots themselves, seemingly interested in the conversation about to start. "tell me about yourself. I mean, it's been around nine years!" The taller grinned down at me, wrapping an arm around my shoulder. He has always liked to hang on people, even just to annoy them.

"Well, what do you want to know?" I asked, not completely sure what to talk about.

"Well, how about your adoptive family," I winced a little, but it went seemingly noticed. Or, at least, I think it did. "friends, school, favorite color, if you ha-" Dick was cut off by Damian.

"Younger Grayson," He started, seemingly unsure if to call him 'Grayson' or 'Younger Grayson' since I'm here. "You ask to many questions and you're making this imbecile over here do overtime by trying to keep up." The child said, pointing to the slightly taller child.

"I'm not an imbecile, you dimwit! And I am completely able to understand what Dick is saying. Maybe it's you who can't understand!" Tim retorted.

Dick started talking again, ignoring the three as Jason started to join in. "Just ignore them."

"Okay..." I gave my twin a weird look, "My favorite color is lime green. I met my two best friends Sam and Tucker at school. The family I went to had a daughter named Jazz. Maddie and Jack, the parents, worked in their lab most of the day. And school is just a pain." I looked towards the other three boys, that are seated on the other couch, as I noticed they quieted down.

I decided it would be best if they don't know where I've been these past two years, so I just went with how life was before hand. They didn't need to know everything. But I do need to come up with a few lies for certain questions one of them may ask. I guess I just have to limit my time with Dick and his new family so they can't pry to much.

"Tell me more about these 'Sam, Tucker, and Jazz' people." Dick responded as I finished talking. My little brother nuzzled himself into my side as if I am a pillow.

"Well, Sam and Tucker are always there for me when ever I need them. They have started going out awhile back though. We also became sorta friends with this Valerie girl. She used to be pretty popular before her dad lost his job to a mishap of sorts. Ever since, she had started caring less about being popular and started hanging out with us. Jazz is more of a book worm. She wants to be a psychologist or something. She does her best to help me went ever she feels the need, but has been a bit busy with school and all that lately. Now, it's your turn." I said, giving my brother a smirk.

"Fiiine." He groaned. "As you can probably tell, Bruce Wayne, the billionaire, took me in. A few years later came Jason, followed by Tim then Dami over there. My best friend in Barbra Gordon. We met in high school. I'm being forced to attend the 'best school in Gotham' with Jason. I still do gymnastics and know my way around the trapeze. I'm also sorta friends with this girl named Artemis. I say sorta because we don't talk much, and only sits at my table if she wants help with her homework or to talk with Babs. Oh! I am also going out with a guy named Wallace. But call him Wally or he'll be ticked off." Dick didn't even hesitate when he mentioned he has a boyfriend.

And apparently, I don't own my own mouth and voice anymore 'cause it betrayed my mind and brain when they decided to yell out this! "That's not fair! I'm supposed to get a guy before you!" I imminently shut my mouth and looked away once I figured what I just said.

A heavy blush made it's way onto my face as I played with my fingers, popping a few of them. This was not the way I wanted to come out...

"Well, that's to bad for you! But I know you'll find the right guy someday." Dick's voice became softer as he said the second part. Dick hugged me to his chest in an effort to comfort me.

"Me too... Although I'd hope it'll be sooner rather then later." I mumbled into my younger, yet taller, brother's chest.

"Yep. I'm outta here." I heard Jason say as Tim followed him out. Damian left pretty soon after Dick started talking about himself.

I giggled a little, relaxing into my brother's chest, wrapping my arms around him from my seat on his lap. I laid my ear to Dick's chest and listened to his heart beat. It was kinda slow, but then again, I don't really know how fast a person's heart is supposed to beat.

I closed my eyes, giving them a rest, as Dick played with my hair.

"I think I'm missing something here." A young, but older, voice announced.

"Bruce! This is Danny! Remember my brother I told you about? I found him went I took the boys out to southern Gotham you told me not to take them to!" I gave my brother a weary look as he said the end without a care in the world.

I looked over to Bruce as he shook his head. He, like the other boys, minus Alfred, has black hair and blue hair.

Now a little question popped up in my head.

Why did he adopt three kids that have black hair and blue eyes. I pretty sure Damian is his real son, or I read it in a few places, anyway.

"Well it's nice to meet you, Danny." Bruce said, walking over, not seemingly noticing the position Dick and I am in, almost as if it's a normal occurrence. I am now starting to feel like a little kid, and I don't really like it.

I quickly slid off the younger's lap and onto the cushion.

"So, tell me, Danny. Was Dick always this clingy, or did he just turn out this way?" Bruce ask, with a slight chuckle at the end as Dick hugged the older man.

"He's always been this way, or at least to me and the animals." I laughed a little as I remembered the time the loins wouldn't pay him any attention, so Dick would chase them around because we knew they wouldn't harm him. To badly, anyway.

"So Danny, will you be staying for dinner?" Bruce asked and Dick imminently gave me the puppy dog eyes with a pout.

I hesitated for a minute before agreeing.

My brother squealed slightly, giving me a big grin, to which I returned with a small smile.

"Great! I'll go inform Alfred." Bruce said, getting up, before pausing and turning my way. "Is there anything you want in particular, Danny?" I shook my head from side to side.

"So," Dick started, turning on the T.V. "Is there anything you wanna watch?" He asked, browsing through the channels.

"No, not really. Up to you." I responded, playing with the bottom of my hoodie, which I now took the hood off. Dick put his arm back around my shoulders and his feet onto the coffee table.

It's still not fair that he's five inches taller...

"How about this?" He asked, a random movie playing something about a gaming competition cartoon.

"Sure, I don't see why not." I shrugged my shoulders.

About an hour later, Alfred came and told us dinner was ready.

Dick stood up, grabbing my wrist, pulling me with him down the halls.

Bruce sat at the head of the table, ignoring the bickering children.

Jason sat at the first seat on the right side by Bruce, talking on the phone as I try not to eavesdrop with my super hearing.

Damian was at the first left seat of Bruce, arguing with Tim, who sat beside Jason.

Dick took a seat beside Damian, pulling me into the seat next to him.

He ruffled Damian's hair, which he returned with a scowl. "I demand you to stop doing that, younger Grayson!"

"You could always call me by my name, you know." Dick said, not looking to happy to be called 'younger Grayson' by the child.

The boy just clicked his tongue and went back to his argument.

Alfred placed the food in front of us, which was mashed potatoes, peas, slices of ham, corn, and some baked bread with spices on it. I made sure to tell him my thanks before he walked away.

Now all I have to do is try to eat all of this, and not throw up. This is far to much food for me to eat, although, a normal person could, probably, eat more than this. I guess I'll just have to head home right after dinner.

I mixed the corn and peas in with the potatoes then quickly ate it with the bread. The quicker I eat, the more I'll be able to get into my stomach. And as far as I can see, I'm not even the fastest. Once I'm done with all but the meat, I'm all ready getting full. Jason and Dick were already done with their third plates. I hurried to eat the meat, but I was slowing down due to the fullness in the bottom of my stomach.

By the time I was done, Tim and Bruce were just finishing. Alfred came and collected the plates and stuff.

After about ten more minutes, I needed to leave.

"Hey, Dick. I think it's about time I go. I had a good time, by the way." I said, sanding up from the couch.

Dick pouted before sighing and standing too.

'Come on! I need to hurry here.'

"Okay, well, you have to give me your number before you go, though!" Dick grinned.

I sighed as he pulled out his phone and when to his contacts.

'Hurry up or I might not make it to the door!!'

He then handed me the phone and I typed my number in, handing him back the phone.

"Bye Danny. You should come over again soon!" Dick hugged me before leading me out.

The sun was just setting, so if I hurried, I'd make it back before the hour of death strikes, or should I say the hour when you need to get inside or be robbed or killed.

I bid my goodbyes to Bruce and Alfred on my way out, denying having one of them driving me home.

As soon as I was out of sight of the building, I went over to an ally way and puked my stomach out, the weight of the food becoming to much in my weakened stomach. I had my hood flipped back over my head, too.

I am slightly happy that I ate that meal because I know my body was working quick to take the much needed nutrients and heal my bruises.

After the worst came to pass, I made my way to my apartment.
