That is all Jungkook felt when the sword stab through Mother Maria's chest. The Alpha King pull out the sword from her chest as her body fell limp to the ground with the blood flowing down her chest and lips.

Jungkook can't even make any noise, as if there was a huge stone in his throat as silent tears slid down his cheek like waterfall. Watching a person, who are like a mother figure to him, died in front of him. It was as if, he had witness his own mother died twice.

Looking down, the tears won't stop flowing "I'm sorry, I'm sorry Mother Maria." Only if, only if he aren't this helpless when everyone need him, mother Maria would still be alive. The Alpha King glare at the Trueblood "Look how pathetic you are! You apologize towards an omega and even mourn over their worthless death!"

He growl as Jungkook look down. He don't give a goddamn care about what he said now making the Alpha King scoff "you're a failure, but don't worry, soon you'll be as tough and tyrant as me. We'll rule the world." He says sinister as he walk away. Leaving Jungkook who are still crying on the ground.

Jungkook cover his eyes with his palm as he grit his teeth. The tears just won't stop. He had been wounded since he was just a child, he should feel numb by now but why does this wound hurt the so much? He felt suffocated and his chest felt like burning.

He just wanted to scream on top of his lungs.

"Jungkook!" A person suddenly sat in front of him and hold his shoulder. By the voice, Jungkook know that it was Jimin. What is Jimin doing here? Right, he must come here to tell Jungkook about what is going on.

Jimin never give up.

In the past two days he had been searching and following the Alpha King. His dream come true, it was lilith who join hands with the Alpha King. Jimin wanted to tell Jungkook but things went unexpected, when they suddenly attacked the bride chamber and kidnap Lisa while they drag mother Maria away.

Leaving Jimin with no choice, he run after Lisa because he knew, Lisa is the main target. As he expected, Lilith was there too. His intention was to protect Jungkook only but this ritual can't harm every innocent being on Ustea. Jimin went back and search for Jungkook so that he could inform him.

"Jungkook, Jungkook- what's wrong?" Jimin asked as he slowly stopped shaking the younger. Jungkook never cried like this, what happened? Jimin look around and his gaze fell on Mother Maria's dead body and he know instantly what happened "your father did this?" He mutter as he turn towards Jungkook.

Jimin purse his lips, he understand, this is painful for Jungkook but Jimin really need him the most right now, Lisa also need him the most. "Get up Jungkook." He says as try to make Jungkook stood up but Jungkook refuse and just push him away. Jimin stumble back and fell on his butt as he look at Jungkook who are still crying.

"It's all my fault hyung- I- I should've listen to you but I was so stupid and now look at her." He point at Mother Maria "She's dead- She died because of me Hyung- it's all my fault- I-" he cried as Jimin bit his bottom lips, he hate it seeing Jungkook like this, he had always been the strong one but now in front of Jimin,

Jungkook look so vulnurable.

"Jungkook, this world is cruel and unfair, you know it as much as I do. We both experience the cruelty and unfairness in our own life. I admit it, I fucking hate this world but I remember what you once told me Jungkook." Jimin speak up as he point at Jungkook who close his eyes, refusing to look at Jimin.

"If you feel like there is no more good people in this world... then be one."

Jungkook finally open his eyes when he heard that "So get up on your feet, Jungkook. If you feel that Mother Maria died because of you..." Jimin stood up and went to Mother Maria's body as he kneel down. Grabbing the hairpin, he stood up and approach Jungkook once again.

Kneeling in front of him, Jimin offer him the hairpin "then don't make her death meanigless and honor it by saving your mate." He said as Jungkook's gaze lend on his Mother's hairpin that Mother Maria had take care off her entire life. Jimin smiled when Jungkook slowly bring up his palm and grab the hairpin, bringing it in his own hand.

"We need to go now Jungkook, the Blue Moon will happen soon, I think people will realize you and her disappearance in no time. We need to buy some time." He say as he stood up but Jungkook suddenly grab his wrist "No." He mutter making Jimin look at him.

"We can't buy enough time, they can't figure out where we are and we will just waste our time if we go back now." He says as it seem like he had finally collect himself once again. Jungkook look around as he stood up and pick up two swords "I have a favor for you hyung." He says as he turn towards Jimin.

He bring up one of the sword and offer Jimin who glance at the sword before slowly accepting it. "We need to stop whatever bullshit they are doing but promise me hyung. No matter what happened..." Jungkook look at Jimin in the eye telling the older that he is serious.

"You must bring Lisa to a safe place first."

The next chapter will be the chapter on how Jungkook become the Demon Alpha. Can't believe that we are finally coming to this phase.
