"Well, this Christmas party has turned out to be ho-ho- horrible." Demetri exhaled the next night as the Miyagi-Dos all sat together.

"Yeah, Sam. I thought you said your parents are gonna be out for the night?" Chris asked, sitting on the edge of the couch. Bryce got the chair all to himself, slummed back and tossing a ornament into the air every now and then. "So why aren't we throwing a rager?"

"There's a keg on the way. It's just gonna be a few more minutes." Sam said back confidently.

"Are you sure you're good for alcohol, again? Maybe stick to hot chocolate?" Bryce rose his eyebrows her way, getting an eye roll.

"Can we at least put on a Christmas special? I'd even watch that creepy one with the little elf dentist." Demetri said with a huff, leaning back.

"Woah, seriously?" Bryce looked his way in shock.

"Yeah, i'm that board." the dark haired boy said in return.

The bell went off, Sam grinned. "It's here."

Bryce leaned back, watching her walk to the door. Demetri threw a hand full of popcorn his way. "Don't stare at her butt, it's rude."

"What? I'm not. I'm making sure the keg guy isn't a lunatic." Bryce definitely himself with a defensive look, Demetri tilted his head in disbelief. "Maybe I was staring at her butt just a little."

Miguel, Mitch, and Bert walked in. Bryce eyed Miguel. "What the hell is he doing here?"

"Oh, hell no!" Chris rose to his feet, striding over. "You gotta be kidding me."

"What the hell are you doing here? This isn't a keg party." Mitch said in disbelief.

"What the hell are you doing wearing a green christmas hat? Everyone knows you only wear the red ones." Bryce leaned on the wall, crossing his arms.

"Wait. You Parent Trapped us? Why?" Demetri gave an offended look to Sam and Migeul.

"Since when are the two of you suddenly best friends?" Bryce asked bitterly, eyeing Miguel.

"I'm sorry, have we spoken more then one sentence to each other?" Migeul asked oddly, taken back by his judgment.

"Look, I know we haven't always gotten along, but Cobra Kai is the bigger threat now." Sam spoke up before Bryce, who she knew would blurt something out snarky and uncalled for, said anything. "To all of us."

"We think we'd stand a better chance against them if we join forces." Miguel spoke to the group. "Two dojos are stronger then one."

"This is ridiculous." Mitch whispered.

"I know, right?" Bert asked in return.

"Look, I know we've all done shitty things." Miguel sighed, trying to break through to them.

"Like breaking Demetris arm." Chris glared at Mitch.

"You guys started that fight!" Mitch defended himself.

"So, that makes it okay to break the dudes arm?" Bryce gapped.

"He's your brother!" Mitch pointed out.

"From a different mother." Bryce tossed his hands up in surrender. "I would never break someone's arm."

"Right, you'd only shove them in lockers, knock their books out of their hands, and randomly throw a punch to the nose." he scoffed in his direction.

"This isn't gonna work." Miguel gave Sam a frightened look.

"It has to." she cut him off with a serious look. "We have one last chance to make things right. Alone, we're nothing. But if we work together, we have a shot. If we can't get over the past, the fighting will never end. We have to confront our enemies. This rivalry has to stop. One way or another."

"I don't understand why you keep bringing it up. It was a year ago, get over it." Bryce argued minutes later with Mitch again. "You're the desperate son of a bitch who only joined Eagle Fang because Cobra Kai kicked your ass to the curb."

"Get over it? I had detention for a week because of you!" Mitch shoved a finger his way. "Blaming a football to the back of the teachers head on me."

"If you-" Bryce began, being cut off.

"Enough." Sam ordered, grabbing his arm to pull him back. "I don't know how to say this any plainer. Eagle Fang and Miyagi-Do have to work together."

"Even if we wanted to team up, it'll never work." Chris said with a shrug. "I was in Cobra Kai. Their style mixes with ours like..."

"Oil and vinegar?" Nate questioned.

"No, not salad dressing. I would say like the British Bulldogs and the Hart Foundation." Chris explained with a shrug of his shoulders.

"They were friends, dipshit." Mitch looked his way in annoyance.

"Not at WrestleMania 3, Penis Breath." he shot back.

"You put vinegar on your salad?" Bryce asked with a scrunch of his nose.

"You can't call me Penis Breath. Only they can call me Penis Breath." Mitch cut in, the two ignoring Bryce as he stayed slumped in his chair, adjusting every now and then and looking at Sam, stood beside Miguel.

"Why are you okay with anyone calling you Penis Breath?" Chris looked at him in disbelief.

"You know what? Screw this. Come on, let's go." Mitch stood up.

"Please do." Bryce mumbled under his breath.

"Hey, pussies!" Demetri called out, standing up. Bryce shut his eyes and squeezed the bridge of his nose. "This is exactly what those assholes at Cobra Kai want. Since you were one of 'em, you're an asshole too. So are you. So was I. Well, at least I wanted to be one. But now Cobra Kai is the worst collection of assholes in the Valley, run by the king of all assholes. So if by merging with Eagle Fang, weird name by the way, can keep us all from getting shit on anymore, then we'd all be assholes not to do it."

The living room all stared, silent. Demetri took a breath. "I'm sorry for all the assholes. I usually take pride in my grandiloquence, but...it's an emotional time."

"Okay, so we merge." Bryce sat up, looking to Miguel. "How'd the two of you even come up with this plan anyways?"

"We were talking-" Miguel started.

"So, the two of you are just friends again?" Bryce gave an odd look. "Just that easily?"

"What are you trying to say?" Miguel gave him an odd look.

"I just don't understand how we're suppose to trust each other so out of the blue." he short back with a shoulder shrug.

"That's what we're gonna work on." Sam shook her head as she met his eye. "You don't have to trust them yet, but you can trust me."

It was true, he trusted her the most.

Before long, they had merged to the kitchen and discussed their plan. Demetri had a notebook as he read from it. "So, we're all in agreement that our new combined dojo should train at Miyagi-Do. But deadlocked on a new name, Gi Design, Post-Training Snacks, and Sensei Dispute Resolution Protocol."

"On our new gi, we should have a snake with its head behind smashed in." Bryce threw his hands up to exaggerate it, nodding. Sam cleared her throat as the table all look at him, her hands placed on his shoulders. "What? Too soon?"

"Okay, not good, but still, it's a start." Demetri explained with a nod, tucking the notebook under his arm. A cat meowed in the distance, making the others look toward the back door.

"Aw, I think your car wants to come in." Bert gushed, walking out the door. "Here, kitty, kitty."

"I thought Anthony was allergic to cats?" Bryce looked up at Sam.

"He is." she nodded, an odd look in her eye before Bert's small body was tossed through the kitchen window. They all stood, hurrying to look down at him.

"Bert, what happened?" Miguel asked in a panic.

The small boy looked up from the ground. "No cat."

Hawk, Kyler, and a few other Cobra Kais walked through the front door. Bryce put an arm infront of Sam to push her back some. "What the hell do you want?"

"Hey, Brycey." Hawk mocked his way. "Heard you weren't spending Christmas at dads. Guess I wanted to come check out your new place."

"It's payback time, Rhea." Kyler stared at Miguel with a pop of his neck. The front door kicked open, having them all turn to see Tory and two other boys walking in.

"Heard you were throwing a party." Tory stared at the group with risen eyebrows. "Hope you don't mind if we crash."

"Tory, you don't have to do this." Migeul spoke her way quickly .

"It's too late." she answered with a shake of her head. "This ends tonight."

Bryce looked back at Sam to check on her, she seemed more confident and not nearly as panicked as she had been around her. She nodded, Bryce nodded back. Tory stared. "No mercy!"

Dough grabbed Bryce's arm, giving him a harsh yank as Bryce ducked down to dodge it, his fist flying over his head. Bryce hit him in the ribs, the two nearly falling over Kyler and Miguel before they fell through one of the back door windows. A shard of glass pierced Bryce's bicep when they hit the ground, using the fall to his advantage as he swung his legs around and kicked Dough in the face.

He stood again after a second, getting another kick to the nose as he fell back. Bryce exhaled, nodding, grinning to himself before another fighter attacked him. He let out a yell before they crashed into the pool. December, and a cold pool didn't mix too well together as the needle like pain from the cold prickled at Bryce's skin. He swam up, tossing his hair out of his eyes. Looking up, he saw Sam backing up away from an angry, glaring Tory.

"Sam!" he called for her, going for the side of the pool before arms wrapped around him, yanking him back into the pool. Bryce twisted around, not recognizing the boy much, aside from seeing him at school. The boys hands latched onto Bryce's shoulders, trying to shove him under the water. He was succeeding a few times, Bryce struggling to fight against his hold.

When he was pushed down once again, the Moskowitz boy grabbed onto the boys legs. When he came up again, he gave a harsh shove as the boy flipped backwards. Bryce grabbed him by the collar before he had the chance to grab him again, breathing heavy before pushing the boys cheek into the side of the pool. He gave a cry out.

Bryce huffed, yanking the boy out of the pool with him, tossing him onto the lawn. "Can't believe you tried to drown me, you psycho."

But the hit from the side of the pool had weakened him too much to say or do anything else. Bryce ringed his shirt out, squeezed water onto the grass as he shoved his hair from his face. Looking up, he saw the dojos lights on, causing him to take off in that direction. "Sam!"

Bryce pushed through the doors quickly, already seeing Miguel, Demetri, and Hawk stood there. He got defensive, standing up better as him and his brother made eye context. Hawk shook his head, turning back to Tory and Sam, who were clearly coming from a heavy fight. "Tory, the fights over."

"It's not over." she stared at him in betrayal. "This will be never be over, LaRusso. You hear me?"

"You know where to find me." Sam said in return, holding the bo from the wall.

Tory scoffed as she stared at Eli. "Traitors. You better watch your back."

Before she could walk off, Demetri stepped infront of her. "He won't have to. He's got friends watching it for him."

Tory looked in disbelief, holding eye contact with Bryce as she walked past him. When she was gone, Bryce exhaled as he looked to Sam, "You good?"

"Yeah." she exhaled, dropping the bo to walk his way. "Did you fall in the pool?"

"Some redhead dude tried to drown me." he said back, accepting the hug as Sam pressed her head into his wet shirt. Bryce looked up, meeting eyed with Hawk as he gave him a half grin, nodding in rerun, holding his fist up for a quick fist bump.
