Flashback: 28 May 2017: Part 7

Jimin pov

Jimin couldn't sleep...He was devastated. What has he done? How could he hurt her like that?

When he heard that she abruptly quit and left, he couldn't feel worse than a first-class jerk.

Jungkook and Taehyung couldn't understand how he could flirt with a girl in front of the girl he was still hung upon.

At the breakfast table, he was so quiet. For someone who likes his breakfast meals, he didn't have any appetite. Jin-Hyung was looking at him with deep concern. Jimin had a very calm aura with a sad, far, far-off look. Jin-Hyung brought him some meaty stuff on a small side plate gesturing to him to eat with a hot cup of hot chocolate.

"Jimin...just eat something. It will strengthen you and keep you energized", Jin-Hyung hates to see him like this with red-rimmed eyes and pursed lips. He missed his annoyed self.

"Thanks, Hyung," he murmurs. He just bites some of a few bacon pieces to appease his Hyung. Jhope and Yoongi looked at the Maknaes for an explanation. Taehyung just shrugged and carried on eating his food. His soulmate sat next to him with Jin' Samiya next to her. The soulmates were so excited to invigorate their bond once again after the BBMA's.

It was time for them to leave for the airport to fly home. They'll be completing the Asian leg of the tour to Japan. Bang Pd wanted the band and management to come home first to sort out the Jimin fiasco. The stylists and dancers went ahead to Japan.

On the way to the airport, Jimin was so quiet and emotionless.
His bodyguards stood well behind and around him.

He'd apologized to the management for broken their trust and made a vow to be more considerate of the image of the band and company. Sejin and Ms. Cheong could sense the deep sadness that surrounds the eldest maknae. They told Namjoon and Seokjin to speak to him and let him talk about his feelings. They are so concerned that he will fall into depression. Even the bodyguards saw the melancholy around him. Where is the happy, excited, and loud Jimin gone?

On the charter flight. Jimin was very quiet, sitting next to Jhope. He was patting him on the leg. Jimin sat near the window, staring out with a solemn face.

Jhope looks at him with concern and says softly," ChimChim, everything will be ok. If you are meant to be, Fate will bring you together again."

Jimin pursed his lips, turn to face Hobi with eyes that started to tear up. He responds with a hoarse voice," I lost her forever, Hobi...I hurt her... I hurt her so much...s..she'll never forgive me...Hobi". He turned away and wiped his red-rimmed eyes.

"Don't be too hard on yourself Jimmy, I know she still cares for you. She will come around." Hobi pats him on the shoulder. Jimin shook his head vigorously with tears visible at the corners of his eyes.

"She won't... she blocked my number...management told her also to delete all memories of me. She'll forget me Hobi...I love her...I couldn't delete her number or the images of us. I just couldn't ". The pain was too much to bear for Jimin, and he asks Hobi just to give him time to be alone. He stood up and went to the very back of the aircraft, sat all by himself, pulled the seat flat, and sat with his earphones and eyes closed.

Different pairs of eyes were watching Jimins' movement. Sejin spoke to him and consoling him. It was the first time in four years that any staff or band member could see a different side of Jimin. He was devastated. They are not used to this Jimin.

The 10h45 flight was strangely quiet. They knew that their adorable member, who constantly annoys everyone, was surely missed. No exuberant laughter. No cameras in everybody's faces, No talking to ARMY. No supporting EATJIN.

He barely ate his tasty breakfast. His heart is too heavy. Taehyung and Yunru *came and sat with him, but he couldn't open up just yet.

The band didn't worry too much. They know their ChimChim. He'll be his flirty self soon but to their surprise. Jimin slept the whole flight through, no talking or laughing with anyone.

When they landed At the airport in Incheon, Jimin was keeping his face blank. He only gave small waves for K.ARMY that welcomes them with exuberant excitement. Jin was wearing a long tan hoodie, and he was holding up the billboard-winning name board of top social artists. Happy to share with ARMY the award.

Taehyung and Jungkook never left his sight. They made sure they smiled and waved to ARMY to keep the eyes off Jimin's stoic expression.

Observant ARMY's notice his demeanor right away. He was always full of smiles when he entered the home ground, but today he looks pretty weird. His head was constantly downcast next to his bodyguards. He just couldn't look up to afraid ARMY will see the mischief he was up to in Sydney. He left his heart in Sydney.

Ruby pov

You came home after 10 pm. Becky and Your mom were watching a family movie on the telly. They were so excited to see you back home so soon and that on Saturday night. They were expecting you a week after.

You just shrugged and told them you missed home after the excitement of the concert.

You were faking happiness when Becky asked you about how you enjoyed the Bts concert.

Your tears were so near, but you had to keep strong as not to raise the alarm with your family. Your mom was already furrowing her brows at your melancholic behavior.

Something was off with your behavior. They knew you're still very hurt about the break-up with Greg.

"Are you goin' to join us watching this series?" Becky asked hopefully.

They often watched this series on weekends, but tonight you felt out of depth. Your spirit feels down, so you decline.

You smile lightly, " Er, ...I think I'll pass tonight. See you tomorrow morning. Mom...Please don't wake me up for coffee...I want to sleep in.

Your mom nod, "you look exhausted dear, you can sleep in. I'll leave your food in the warmer."

"G'night, family," you bit them a good night's rest and went up the stairs to your room, struggling a little to get your suitcase up the stairs.

You took a refreshing shower and get into your sleep shirt. You not really sleepy. To get your mind of the shocking revelations of today, you just felt like watching Netflix movies.

You press on an action pack movie of Liam Neesen, but you couldn't concentrate on the plot. The sadness overshadows your heart in an instant. Why can't your heart let go? Will you able to let go of Jimin? These four days of love spoiled you so much. You miss your stud-muffin touches, his kisses...o my word!!

You just decided to browse YouTube, and you saw numerous fancams of the Sydney concert. The ARMY's posted a lot on their accounts. You just click on random videos to have a glimpse of Jimin.

You sighed and closed the laptop. You need to stop it. Otherwise, you'll never move on.

The following day you slept till 11 am. Your mom and Becky left you alone as they went to attend your local church.

You woke up groggy and more tired than ever as if you wanted to sleep a hundred years. You did your hair and put on a cute flowing, flower print sundress.

Samantha called and found out how you're doing. You told her you felt to come home early. There was too much excitement at the hotel.

You look up your e-mails, and Mr. Oliver sends you a note telling you that your check is deposited. You thanked him and logged off your e-mail.

After you took a long, relaxing bath with lots of bath salts and oils, your body felt so relaxed but tired. You then decided to make lunch for the family.

Roast chicken, roast vegetables, and two filling salads. Greek salad and potato and egg salad. You also made a big pan of Malta pudding.

When your mom got back, you all enjoyed a lovely lunch around the table. Samantha and Brendon will be visiting you in the afternoon, and your mom decided that you must have a Barbie ( BBQ).

You and Becky were rekindling your sister's bond again when you were cleaning up the kitchen. Your mom went back to the study to complete some assignments. She enrolled to finish med school. When she met your dad and decided to be a homemaker, she dropped out of her studies and became a full-time mom. Dad went on studying to become a lawyer.

She helped him. Motivated him and loved him. But after all, when he met his Soulmate, he didn't think twice about your family. He just left to be with her. He was cheating on your mom for a whole year without anyone's knowledge. Your stepmom was a legal consultant. They both co-owned a thriving law firm in New Zealand.

In two years, your mom will have her medical degree, and she'll be full blood, registered medical doctor. She wants to specialize in surgery.

She's working now at a local hospital doing her residency. You are all so proud of her, but the only toll on you is the debts she needs to pay. She lost a lot during the divorce. You had to leave your comfortable family home in Melbourne and had to move to NSW.

You stayed for a few years in a flat, and three years ago, mom bought this house, but it's been so difficult to support three kids. Your dad only pays child support for Becky as she is still underage.

He got away with a lot because he was already a skilled lawyer and knew all the loopholes for Divorce settlements. Your mom got custody of you because the new Soulmate didn't want him to be involved with his kids and ex-wife so much as she was already expecting their new baby. He moves after he divorced and settled in a very exclusive neighborhood in NZ while you were suffering and struggling with financial burdens.

After you turned 18, he no longer supports you and Bryant. You had to rely on bursaries, loans, and scholarships. You and Bryant, even Becky, start off working part-time jobs.

You and Samantha are waitressing at a coffee shop near your uni. Bryant is in Melbourn interning with his girlfriend, and he said she would be his soulmate. You just hope his girlfriend is genuinely his destined"soulmate," as he called her his Soulmate.

Samantha and Brendon came around. You clothed yourself more decently. Brendon was doing the BBQing. You and Samantha made the salads and toasted bread.

Your mom made a delectable Apple crumble pie for tea. You can't wait to eat it with hot custard and cream. Samantha will die for apple crumble pie.

While you made the buffet table ready, you and Samantha were randomly talking about the boys.

"Holy Doley, Ruby, I've never been to a ripper show like that before. The boys were absolute legends!" she exclaimed with wide eyes.

You managed a smile, but you didn't want to get too excited as it might bring back memories of "him".

"Jungkook locked eyes with us. When he caught Becky's gaze, a couple of ARMYs nearly passed out. Two even fainted right then and there. The stadium crew had to whisk them out for some fresh air. They were just too overwhelmed with excitement," Samantha said between fits of laughter.

Becky joined the conversation, "It was wild. Jungkook is stunning up close. His eyes are mesmerizing... but can my bias wrecker dance! Jimin stole the show. That guy can own the stage..." she giggled.

Brendan just scoffed in response.

"He really swept me off my feet," you thought to yourself... What would they think if they found out you were his official girlfriend for four days? You shared more than just innocent kisses.

"I'm such a fan of him now," Samantha gushed dreamily.

Brendan shot her a sidelong glance and muttered, "I'm never letting my girlfriend go to any more of those BTS shows. She completely ignored me the whole time, screaming her lungs out."

Your mom and Becky were bursting out in laughter. When ARMY is together, they'll forget everything and focus on their boys. Sorry for all those soulmates who came with their ARMY girls.

You were laughing as you thought about the crazy screams of the ARMY. Wow, it was so defeating.

After Greg and Jimin, you don't think you would date anyone again. You can't fathom that the love you've developed for Jimin was so intense. Was it normal? Then how will you survive the crash and burn? You dreamt about him last night. Your memorable times together. For the first time in your life, you woke up all hot and bothered by those dreams. How will you look your pastor in the eyes? He will look right through the veneer and see you've no longer the pure, loud redhead in the neighborhood. You are too scared to go to church.

After a very relaxing and enjoyable afternoon with friends and family, Samantha and Brendon left after 7 pm.

You went and took a relaxing bath and get yourself into bed with your beloved laptop. You are taking the time to fill out application forms for the internship for the second semester. You've decided to send your applications to gaming studios here in Australia, ALT VFX.ANIMAL LOGIC.BIG ANT and CUTTING EDGE STUDIOS. They are great for internships. You hope you'll be lucky because you are still a second-year student, and these companies love to take on final-year students or graduate students. Well, it will not kill you just to try your luck.

After you've done the academic side of your busy lifestyle. "not," you browse around on youtube to subscribe to Jasons' Channel, you were in stitches as you went on his Patreon page and also subscribed. He has a lot of BTS content. You love the Runbts show they are so funny. You watch some of their recent shows where your stud muffin was still a hot pastel pink head.

You were stunned at the beautiful images Jason got for his account-the guys leaving Sydney. Jimin looks so sad. Your heart was bleeding from what happened to the two of you. But it was for the best. He can carry on with his extraordinary life and push the memories of them to the far back of his mind. You will always have a deep love for him. You'll be a secret ARMY, follow his career, and a cry of happiness and heartache when he finds his destined soulmate.

A month later...

You feel so tired thinking about going back to Uni. The judgemental eyes of your so-called friends. The mocking eyes of all your rivals. Your head already started to spin, just thinking about that. You and Samantha are going to spend time shopping at the Westfield Bondi Junction.

Your mom went to the hospital for work. You were so excited for her. She came a long way. She was building her career from scratch, looking after them, getting them through Uni, and trying to move on, but she had so many dating proposals, but she is not interested.

Becky spends the weekend with her best friend in Brisban. You were alone at home. You were deciding to get up and make yourself a cuppa and a toasted cheese sandwich. You don't feel like eating. Samantha will be picking you up in two hours.

After enjoying your light breakfast, you decided to dress in comfortable jeans, as you were rummaging in your cupboard for cute shoes that will go with your skinny jeans.

Suddenly a strangely discomforting feeling enters your body, like a heaviness, tightness, and an uncomfortable feeling of indigestion that doesn't go away.

A wave of nausea overtook you, and you couldn't help but run with speed to your bathroom to empty the contents of your breakfast in the toilet. You were heaving, and for a few minutes, your stomach couldn't settle. Wave after wave...

What the hell was that...!!!
