(Iris's POV)

After weeks of studying the written finals are finally here! First was math and I was super scared for this because math was never my strong suit. If there was an exam for art I would probably 100% ace it but Math was first. After Math came English, then Japanese, history, and then Geography. Geography I was confident with since it was something I aced in Junior High. The finals were over and I was shaking. I stepped outside the classroom for a minute and slide down to the floor and take a deep breath in and out. 

Woo! Done with the written and next is to just ace the Practical Exam! I said to myself. I walk back into class and sit back down. After we had lunch and I walked with my friends to the lunchroom. I take my lunch and sit at a table with Pony. "Hey!" I smiled sitting next to my friend. "Hey, Iris!" Pony says. "So, we had our written finals today. Did you guys?" I ask. "Yeah! I'm pretty sure I made it. I was a little worried about the Japanese part but I think I made it." She says. "We have the Practical tomorrow...do you think we're going to fight robots?" She asks. 

"Well, that's what Ricky told me he did for his so yeah probably." I say. Lunch ends and then back to class I go. School ends and I walk with Ochaco back home. I say my goodbyes to my friend and walk inside. After eating I go back upstairs and fall asleep.

-The next day-

Morning comes and it's the day of the Practical Exams. If I failed this it would be staying here for the summer. I put my uniform on and walked to my bathroom. I brushed out my hair and decided to leave it as it is today. I walk downstairs with my bag and then out the door. I walk to the train station and sit down. It stops at UA and I step off. I walk to my classroom and take my seat. The seats were moved a little bit and so instead of Jiro and Sero sitting next to me, it was Jiro and Kaminari.

"Yello!" Kaminari says. "Hiya!" I smile. I pull out my phone and scroll through my Reddit. My phone beeps at me saying I need to plug it in. It was at a low 10%. "Dang it!" I say. I take out my charging cord and then realize I don't have anywhere to plug it in. "Hey Kami, your quirk is Electricity right?" I ask. "Yup!" He says. "Could you charge my phone for me?" I sigh. "Sureeeee!!" He smiles. I hand him my phone and he uses his quirk to charge it. "Hey, Iris!" Jiro says walking up to her seat. "Sup, Jiro!" I smile. "Hey, do you know what we're doing for our practicals today?" She asks.

"Fighting robots I'm pretty sure." I say. "Cool thanks!" She smiles. Our morning classes go and then after lunch, we are told to put our hero suits on and head to where we were having the Practical Exams. I change into my costume and add just one thing to it. White ribbons wrapped around my horns. The only difference between these and normal ribbons is that they're made from a metal alloy and are sharp so I can use them to either tie people up or use them as a weapon. Yes, they're that long. The two of them together are around 20 feet. but separate they're 10 feet. I remember asking Mr. Powerloader about it when I went to the Support Course's lab to ask.

I walked up to the Support Course lab and knocked on the door. "Excuse me, I'm here to ask about a support item?" I say. The door swings open and the pink-haired girl, Mei Hatsume I think, stands in the doorway with a devilish smile on her face. "You said support item..."She laughs. "Uhm, y-yes." I say. "Hatusme! You're to close move!" Mr. Powerloader says. "Sorry about her. You're Iris Cotton from Class 1-A right?" The teacher asks. "Yes sir." I nod. "I'm here to ask if I could get a support item for my hero suit?" I say.

I walk with the rest of my class to where the exams would be. Standing in front of us are our teachers and... Rick?? I ask myself. "I thought we were fighting robots?" Kaminari speaks up. "You were but were doing things a little different this year!" A voice says. Then a small mouse? Bear? Dog? Idk pops out of Mr. Aizawa's scarf. Oh! It's Pr. Nezu I say answering my question. "In groups of two, you all will be fighting one of our esteemed facility members!" He says. "And for you Ms. Cotton, You will be against your older brother." He adds. "Heyo!" Copy Cat says. Smirking at me.

"And since we are professionals we will wear weights on our wrists and ankles to slow us down and make it easier." He says. Wait! I have to fight Rick? Huh? Wha! I say to myself. The teams were set and the first one was Yaomomo and Todoroki. Their fight played on and so did two more and now it was me against Ricky. I've never really 'fought' him before but I was excited to do it for the first time. We were in a city-like area and he stood about 30 feet across from me. "Ready? Little Sheep..." He smirks.
