Miss Bustier was quick to get up from her seat, facing Marinette and then Lila. "Lila, what do you mean?"

Lila smirked. "I actually got to class early today, and when I did, I saw Marinette breaking inside your class. I spied on her and saw her taping an answer sheet under her desk. I didn't know what to do at that moment, so I went to the bathroom to think about it. I was wondering why Marinette would do such a thing, and I didn't want to call her out because she was my friend, but later on I decided it was a good thing to call her out."

Miss Bustier turned to Marinette. "Marinette, is this true?"

Every eyes were on her now. It felt just like her old life, only this time she was going to win it all.

Marinette stood up with a small smile. "Miss Bustier, don't tell me you believe her. Lila is most likely the one to cheat in this class. Actually, the story is the other way around. I was the one who caught Lila putting the answer sheet under her desk. And Lila isn't the only one."

Lila and Chloe frowned. No, they weren't the only ones. The whole class was frowning.

Lila got out of her seat and headed towards Marinette. "I'll prove it to everyone here."

"Please," Marinette moved away from her desk. "Be my guest."

Lila smirked and got under her desk. Her face expression changed quickly from a smirk to a confused look once she saw that nothing was under the desk like she had expected. She spent about 10 seconds under the desk, wondering where the answer sheet was.

Soon she got out from under the desk. "I... I don't understand. It was there. I... You have to believe me."

"Oh please," Marinette rolled her eyes. "Save your lies for anyone who would care. You and Chloe were the ones to cheat. If you don't believe me, then you can even check under their desks!"

Yes, after a while of thinking, Marinette decided not to get Nathaniel into this. He wasn't part of Chloe's and Lila's plan to frame her, so maybe he shouldn't get the punishment. She didn't think of him as a friend anymore though. Nathaniel might have agreed to help Chloe and Lila because they gave him something he really wanted in return.

Adrien stood up and went over to Chloe's desk. Chloe yelled out about how Marinette was lying, and Lila was nodding, agreeing with her. Soon Adrien came out from under the desk, holding unto a paper like Marinette had expected.

"Marinette wad right!" Kim and the rest of the class gasped. "Chloe was cheating, but is Lila though?"

Max who was sitting close to Lila, stood up and went to her desk. 3 seconds later, he was out from under the desk, holding a piece of paper. "Lila was also cheating. This paper holds all the answers for the test."

Miss Bustier slammed a fist on her desk, startling some of the students. "Chloe Bourgeois! Lila Rossi! Follow me to the principal's office."

Lila didn't know what to say as she walked over to Miss Bustier. Chloe followed behind, glaring at Marinette while at it. The three of them left the class.

"Wow Marinette, how did you know that they were cheating?" Max turned to Marinette, amazed.

Marinette smiled. "Like I said, I caught them. Chloe was able to get the key from the principals office and the both of them broke in, stealing the answer sheets and taping them to their desk!" Marinette turned to Nathaniel. "Don't you just wish you weren't a part of them?!"

Nathaniel gulped, knowing that Marinette was mostly talking to him. He stood up and rushed out of the class, saying something about needing the bathroom quickly.

Nathaniel, I really hope you think about it and change your mind.

15 minutes later Miss Bustier was back in class, but Lila and Chloe weren't with her.

"Chloe and Lila has went home due to this," She explained. "And because of the trouble they caused, the test has been postponed to next week, and there are going to be new questions on the test. I hope you all learned something today, and I hope this doesn't happen again."

The class nodded. Marinette noticed how Nino was looking down at his desk, his face a little upset.

After class Nino was the first one that Marinette approached. "Hey, you okay?"

Nino looked up at her. "Oh yeah, totally."

"Don't worry, Nino is just nervous about the math test." Adrien spoke up for him. "He said he had the questions in the bag, but now that the questions are getting changed, he's going to have to study a bit more."

"I mean, I'm not trying to say that it was wrong of you to call Lila and Chloe out," Nino quickly said, "but I kinda wanted to take the test now and get it over with. Anyway," He whispered. "You said you're living a double life. Can you tell me what I got on my test?"

"Um, sorry, but in my last life this never happened because I changed what happened before," Marinette spoke. "In my last life, Lila and Chloe framed me and got everyone to think that I was an actual cheater. The test was still taken then, and I was the only one who had to re-take my test the next week. Sorry."

"It's fine. I'll just call Alya over and we can both study together," Nino shrugged.

"I'm... Not really sure that would be a great idea," Adrien pointed out "I mean, don't you think you'll both get distracted, seeing as you two are dating. You two could probably decide to go out and do something else instead of study."

Nino sighed. "Right. So unto Plan B." He started walking out of class, and Marinette was about to follow him as well when Adrien pulled her back.

"Well...?"

Marinette frowned, but then remembered what he was talking about. She unzipped her backpack and took out the keys Adrien had given her, then when no one was looking, she quickly handed it over to him.

"Thank you. I got the book," Marinette smiled. "Think you can come over to my bakery today and-"

"Marinette, after our last date, I promised you another one, didn't I?" Adrien reminded. "And yet we haven't been able to go yet. I was thinking if I could ask my father-"

"You think he would agree?!" Marinette frowned. "Would he seriously agree for you to go with me after what happened the last time."

"No, but I don't plan on telling him exactly where I'm going," Adrien shrugged. "I mean, it may be hard seeing as I've never done it before, but I could perhaps lie to him, telling him I'm somewhere else when I'm really with you."

Marinette blinked a couple of times. "You?! Lie?! Adrien, I don't want to get you in another trouble."

"What do you mean another? You never got me in trouble in the first place. I made my choice to eat those pastries, Marinette," Adrien reminded her again. "And my father doesn't have to know. I mean, I've been stuck in my place for so long, I think it's time to find a plan on how to officially convince my father to let me go out more. And without Nathalie and Gorilla."

"Exactly! Nathalie and Gorilla. What if your father sends them to go with you once you lie to him? You know that's going to happen, and Nathalie already hates me as it is."

"Did this... Never happen in your old life?" Adrien was seriously hoping it did, so he would know what Marinette possibly did to solve it, but seeing the look on her face told him that it never happened.

"No, it didn't. I didn't really approach you in my last life, therefore we never dated. One big mistake I made," Marinette admitted. "Besides... You were dating Lila!!"

"What?!" Adrien gasped. "In your last life I was dating Lila?! Did I have no brain cells in your last life?!"

"I don't know," Marinette shrugged with a smirk. "Never knew you were interested in liars, Adrien."

"I'm not!"

"Um, you two.. Aren't you going to head out as well?" Miss Bustier cleared her throat as she interrupted their conversation. As the two looked around, they realized that everyone was already gone, so Marinette and Adrien grabbed their bags and headed out as well.
