FEATHER is really just main character energy, she's socially adept without losing her kindness, still maintaining her independence and resilience. Her main problem? If you get on her bad side, you're staying there, she's very stubborn and isn't quick to forgive and forget.

RELATIONSHIPS ✸ she and INVISIBLE THINGS are fairly good friends, often seen together at parties, especially because he's the best friend of her boyfriend. She used to be childhood friends with POWER & CONTROL, but they had a major falling out as POWER & CONTROL began to become more destructive. FEATHER, despite her kindness, didn't really take the time to try to understand where she was coming from—all she saw was that POWER & CONTROL was being unkind to people, and they're now on terrible terms. They're equally awful to each other. Now, her best friend is CLUB HEAVEN and OBSESSED. CHARACTER ✸ a primadonna if there ever was one. She's really like the Heather Chandler of Rosewood, perceived to be a diva and a nightmare to deal with. Yet, despite that? She stays popular, so who's really winning? She's the prom queen every year, and she doesn't plan on losing that. Titles like that mean everything to her, because they overcompensate for what she lost. Namely, her mother. Her mother passed away in a freak accident two years ago, and ever since then, she's become more and more ruthless. People perceive her as a spoiled brat because her dad buys her all these designer brands, but that doesn't make up for losing her mother. POWER & CONTROL's father runs one of the main rose businesses of Rosewood as well as a few other businesses, so they're very well off. Despite people having a largely negative opinion of her, everyone still wants to be her, and that combined with her fear tactics means that she's still that girl. Last year, her father married CLUB HEAVEN's mom. The loss of her mother was still sore, and so honestly, she's been very cold towards her step-sister and it's really messed with her dynamics at school.

RELATIONSHIPS ✸ her best friend is WALKING ON SUNSHINE, the two of them go almost everywhere together despite their very different personalities. She used to be best friends with FEATHER, but, well, that's long over. She hates her. Or, she tries to. She's also good friends with MAD AT DISNEY, and is helping to support the girl's campaign for student president. Her step-sister is CLUB HEAVEN, who has tried to reach out and befriend her, but POWER & CONTROL has shut her down. It doesn't help that she used to have a crush on her step-sister's boyfriend, does it? Speaking of crushes, she used to date POWER & CONTROL back in junior year but they broke up right before the summer, initiated by him. They were always very toxic to each other—shouting matches, arguing over anything and everything... she would tear him down a lot unintentionally, and he would only escalate what she started.

RECEIVED OR WROTE? ✸ wrote! She wrote two letters. One, to her ex, HEAVEN. It just... made sense. They were together for like, a year? She hates to admit it but as toxic as they were, it felt comfortable. She's never envisioned having anything more than that, so she figured... they'd eventually get back together. The second letter was addressed to WHAT'S LEFT OF YOU, although she never ended up reading that letter out loud at the sleepover, sliding it under the pile after deciding not to read it. It would have been way too awkward with CLUB HEAVEN in the room. WHAT'S LEFT OF YOU was one of her first proper crushes, but she never imagined dating him, they weren't in the same kind of circles at all, really. It was one of those crushes you have for a long time, and can't really remember when you didn't like them. A locker room crush. She's devastated to find out he's received the letter, but at least they end up using the arrangement to their advantage. She's honestly just trying to avoid HEAVEN, because she's feeling incredibly embarrassed that he received her letter—it doesn't fit her image at all.

She was always so close to her father, and losing him, especially so slowly, having to watch him die, broke her heart. CLUB HEAVEN has become emotionally closed off ever since, struggling a lot with communicating. The one person who might actually understand how she feels, POWER & CONTROL, seems to hate her. That's how it feels. She's developed a slight underage drinking problem, using it as a coping mechanism, but she's not a destructive drunk... just, self-destructive. The girl just misses her dad.

RELATIONSHIPS ✸ recently has become best friends with FEATHER and OBSESSED—being pulled into their spotlight makes her feel overwhelmed, but she's glad to have their support. OBSESSED is always hyping her up, and FEATHER has always been kind to her, even if the friendship is made awkward by the fact that FEATHER is sworn enemies with her step-sister. CLUB HEAVEN has tried to reach out to POWER & CONTROL, but the other girl seems to have no interest in being sisters, so the two just live their separate lives now. She had no idea what to think of it—it read in a pretty friendly way? With a mild flirtatious undertone. She also saw that OBSESSED wrote two other letters so... she's not taking it too seriously. She herself wrote two letters, one being to IT'LL BE OKAY and another to HEAVEN. She felt bad even bringing the letter about IT'LL BE OKAY—it felt wrong to have had an old crush on her ex's best friend, but she figured it was just a silly sleepover thing. They rarely spoke, but he was always kind to her, and she used to have a crush on him before she met WHAT'S LEFT OF YOU. She's regretting it hard now that the letters have been sent. Her second letter was addressed to HEAVEN, it had just been laying around there, something she had written a long time ago. She's pretty ditzy, the kind of person to unironically dance to SexyBack by Justin Timberlake, but let a girl live. WALKING ON SUNSHINE is, as the name suggests, a ray of sunshine. She's big on surfing, and she's good at it! She's very Merliah from Barbie in a Mermaid Tale coded, and grew up as an orphan before being adopted by an older man who became like a grandad figure to her. The two of them are really close and she loves him a lot. He's actually the headmaster of Glenmore High, a sweet old man who really cares about the students. She was homeschooled until freshman year, and while she's super talented at really random or creative things, academically, she doesn't do so well. Not terribly either! Her grandad has always let her be her free-spirited self, so you know. The truth is that she's really easily manipulated and used, so a lot of people take advantage of her, like asking her to do their homework or saying they forgot their lunch money. She'll happily give it! As long as it makes someone smile, it's worth it, right? The only person stopping her from being completely exploited is POWER & CONTROL.

RELATIONSHIPS ✸ she's best friends with POWER & CONTROL, they go everywhere together. On the outside, it looks like WALKING ON SUNSHINE is being used, everyone assumes that she's just an underling for POWER & CONTROL. The truth? That's not the case at all. They might be polar opposites, and WALKING ON SUNSHINE might be the Portia to POWER & CONTROL's Delancy, but they look after one another! POWER & CONTROL is fiercely defensive of her and doesn't let anyone get away with manipulating her best friend. WALKING ON SUNSHINE is also seeing IT'LL BE OKAY, since the end of the summer, so really recent. He was always kind and patient with her and they've grown close since they met that summer day on the beach. She doesn't really know what they are because they haven't stuck a label on it... honestly, she's kind of a rebound... she doesn't realise it, though.

She found MIND IS A PRISON intriguing, and he always seemed to be alone, an enigma, which had made her curious. She's not trying to date him! She's with IT'LL BE OKAY. It was just a silly little thing. She'll probably bury her face in her bed when she realises it was sent.

Those times where you stay awake only now realising a great comeback for a conversation that happened last week? She doesn't experience that, she's quick on her feet. She calls herself a realist, and frowns heavily on the idea of 'true love' or 'soulmates'. She doesn't plan on getting into a relationship anytime sooner, though that doesn't mean she doesn't have crushes (against her will, I might add). She used to be an idealist and a dreamer, someone who believed in fairytales, but well, hopes get shattered, don't they? It's up to the admin why her outlook changed.

RELATIONSHIPS ✸ she's grown closer with POWER & CONTROL as of late, she's one of the few people who actually admires the girl. Sure, she doesn't approve of the fear tactics, but her reputation and independence is still impressive. They match each other's energy perfectly, doing the craziest most borderline illegal things together. If there's an abandoned parking lot, you can bet they've broken into it before. MAD AT DISNEY is academic rivals with IT'LL BE OKAY, especially because they're both running against each other for student president. She's incredibly competitive, and as much as she hates to admit it, she enjoys having a worthy opponent. Their battles of wit are legendary stuff, and she won't hesitate to insult every thing about him that you can think of.

OBSESSED has playfully flirted with her in the past, but she's sworn off of love, so... anyway, she doesn't know what to think of it. If she's not hosting them, she's always invited to them. She's very into her vintage clothes and thrift shops, especially because she grew up working class and has only started to make money now from being a popular influencer. DREAMER is the person you want in an emergency situation, very practical and hands-on, also being a talented seamstress, so she's the first one to help her friends out with their prom dresses and everything. She's a dedicated hopeless romantic and longs for the romances you see in chickflicks and romance novels. The thing is, she won't settle for less either. She's a hopeless romantic, but she's not a doormat—she's not boy crazy, she doesn't need to be in love. She'd rather be single and independent than force herself to be content with anything less than the perfect romance. In fairness, she's a great girlfriend, so her very high standards are justified.

She plays the role of the crazed ex because it's entertaining. She's actually very intelligent and logical, she chooses to be a drama queen. She's a girl's girl 100%, and is the type to flirt with her own ex's ex, it's just how she is. She does cheerleading as well as theatre, with people's first impression of her being that she's a mean girl, but no, she's really loving, to the right people. She's also the same person who would shove someone down the stairs if she felt they deserved it, so... very much a multi-faceted character. She's still really well-liked though, because she's just hard to hate, much like her ex.

RELATIONSHIPS ✸ she's best friends with FEATHER and CLUB HEAVEN. Both great friendships, she's FEATHER's right-hand woman, and she's pretty much an unpaid therapist for CLUB HEAVEN. She loves them both, they're her girls! And then there's her ex, TOO SWEET. They had one hell of a relationship—it was so up, down and all around. They dated for just a couple of months and broke up in the summer because he was more into his westerns than he was into her, and that just wouldn't do! That doesn't mean she's not keeping tabs on him just for the hell of it. She shed zero tears over their break-up, it was just a fun summer fling. Still, she respects TOO SWEET, they're both as insane as one another and they had their fun moments, it just wasn't that serious.
