South Korean pop singer, dancer, and choreographer Kim Chung-Ha, well known as the stage name Chungha, founded the worldwide entertainment company 𝐌𝐎𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 in August 2022. The business acts as a record label, talent agency, music producer, concert and event management organisation, and publishing house for musical works.

The company was given the name "𝐌𝐎𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓" by Chungha because she wanted her artists and trainees to have an influential effect on the industry and shine a beautiful, brilliant, and attractive light on it.
