Bakugo felt his heart pounding against his rib-cage as he raced down the hospital hallways. He had to find you. He had to ask you. Bakugo didn't even think about what on earth he was going to say or do once he found you. His feet carried him as fast as they could. He nearly burst out of the hospital exit and onto the street. He knew where you worked and was heading right there to ask you to marry him.

The nice summer air blew in Bakugo's face as he darted to the agency. However, when he arrived, he was informed that you were out on a mission. He was disappointed, and he feared that maybe his confidence and Kirishima's encouragement would wear off before he got to talk to you. Bakugo deliberated for a matter of moments before deciding to ask,

"Where is she?" They informed Bakugo of your location. He made up his mind and left the building to go to the sene of the mission. Bakugo ran the whole way there, needing to keep his mind focused on moving instead of overthinking what he was going to do once he saw you.

When he arrived at the "crime" scene, it was mostly taken care of. Bakugo smiled when he saw you. You were standing strong as if you had never been bested before in your life, a triumphant small smile on your face. You did, however, look a bit roughed up. Your hair was messy, your suit was scuffed, you were scratched, scraped, and bruised, but you were still the winner.

As Bakugo looked at you talking to the police officers at the scene, he stopped walking. You were beyond beautiful to him, even after a battle against a worthy foe. You were almost radiant after a victory and Bakugo approached you. The police officer walked away and you then noticed your boyfriend moving aside a police barrier to side-step it. The officers knew he was a pro hero and let him pass.

"Katsuki, hi," You greeted with a smile. "What are you doing here?"

"I have to talk to you," Bakugo explained urgently.

"How's Kirishima doing?" You asked, somewhat ignoring Bakugo's statement.

"He's fine, he's awake now and he told me something important," Bakugo reached out and grabbed your hand in his.

"He is? That's great!" You exclaimed, smiling brightly. Bakugo was growing frustrated that you weren't picking up on his hints. He sighed, remaining calm. He took a deep breath and now held both of your hands tightly.

"(Y/n)... I have something I need to say," Bakugo said sincerely.

"Okay, you can tell me anything," You stated, growing nervous at his seriousness. He had this look in his eyes that almost frightened you. You had hardly ever seen Bakugo with that grave sense about him. You held his hands equally as tight and eagerly looked into his sharp crimson eyes. Bakugo took another breath and collected his nerves. It was now or never.
