They're very flirty, but is very known for not keeping a relationship. Moral of the story campus slut. He's kind of chill though, and is also mildly known for partying. He's very nice honestly, but can be a bit of a dick if he's not in the mood or just doesn't like someone. They're horrible at feelings, and have bad commitment issues from their past. Also he has insane daddy issues.

BACKSTORY - TRIGGER WARNING

Mattie was born to Maya and Zach Reyes. Their father was very religious, and very homophobic/transphobic. Their mother on the other hand accepted him, but around his father she had to act as if she didn't. Surprisingly she hasn't deadnamed them since they told her their chosen name, despite his father's insistence. Along with that, his father was very abusive towards both him and his mother, but was thankfully away on business trips most of the time.

Mattie was 12 the first time his father had hurt him to the point he had to be taken to the hospital, and had broken 3 ribs, sprained his left wrist and broken his right forearm. he'd been put on pain medication, which had caused a short term drug problem, but he'd thankfully chosen to stop taking the pain meds and jsut get through it without them. He was 15 the first time he'd gotten into a club, and had met his first boyfriend, who was 21. Hayden had convinced Mattie to do things beyond appropriate, and on many occasions Mattie had gotten too drunk to properly remember some nights with him.

The relationship lasted 2 years, and only got worse. When Mattie finally left, it wasn't because of what Hayden had done to him, but because his mother he found out with the incident causing the scar on his neck and nearly had Hayden arrested, had Mattie not promised to leave him. (to this day he believe his mother didn't do anything, but really his mother did have Hayden arrested and somehow Mattie never figured that out)

Mattie was 17 and a half years old when their father forced himself onto them, and continued to do that until Mattie had left for college. During that time is when he got the scar on his pelvis, and when he'd attempted to k!ll himself, which was where the scar on his forearm is from. Mattie went straight into partying once again, and even had a short term issue with coke(the drug). Present day he's getting sober but still drinks from time to time. He goes to therapy occasionally, but his mother still doesn't know about what his father did behind closed doors.
