BRAINSTORMING SESSION

"Okay, so the how works." Steve broke down and everyone was in the room to discuss about what was going to happen and what ideas they had. "Now, we gotta figure out the when and the where. Almost everyone in this room has had an encounter... with at least one of the six infinity stones." Steve added as Tony then spoke "Or substitute the word 'encounter' for 'damn near been killed' by one of the six infinity stones."

"Well, I haven't... but I don't even know what the hell You're all talking about." Scott said. "Regardless, we only have enough Pym particles for one round-trip each. And these stones have been in a lot of different places throughout history." Bruce said. "Our history. So, not a lot of convenient spots to just drop in, Yeah?" Tony said. "Which means we have to pick our targets." Clint states and Tony said correct. "So, let's start with the Aether. Thor, what do you know?" Steve asked Thor.

Everyone turned to look at Thor and because they saw him with sunglasses on, they thought he was awake. "Is he asleep?" Natasha asked. "No, no. I'm pretty sure he's dead." Rhodes said and you rolled your eyes before walking over and slapping his arm. "Thor!" You yelled and he got up quickly. "I'm up! I'm up!" He said. "Aether. Go. Now." You told him as you pointed to the screen. He walked over and started to speak. "Uh, where to start? Um... The Aether, firstly, is not a Stone. Someone called it a stone before. Um, it's more of an angry sludge sort of a thing... so someone's gonna need to amend that and stop saying that." He said and you couldn't help by facepalm yourself.

"Here's an interesting story, though, about the Aether. My grandfather, many years ago had to hide the stone from the Dark Elves." He started to say and Natasha could be seen looking quite bored while sitting next to you. "So, Jane, actually.. oh, there she is. You know, she stuck her hand inside a rock this one time and then the Aether stuck itself inside her and she became very, very sick." Thor added and Steve creased his eyebrows and tilted his head slightly as he listened a bit confused, seeing how he wasn't expecting a full out story of it.

"And so I had to take her to Asgard, which is where I'm from and we had to try and fix her. We were dating at the time you see and I got to introduce her to my mother who's dead and, um... oh, you know, Jane and I aren't even dating anymore, so...yes, these things happen, you know. Nothing lasts forever. The only thing that..." He said and Tony took Thor's arm "why don't you come sit down?" He asked him. "I'm not done yet." Thor said. They moved on after he was able to sit. Rocket was the next to speak but didn't take too long like Thor had.

"Quill said he stole the Power Stone from Morag." Rocket said as everyone ate. "Is that a person?" Bruce asked. "No, Morag's a planet. Quill was a person." Rocket said. "Like a planet? Like in outer space?" Scott questioned. "Oh, look. It's like a little puppy, all happy and everything." Rocket started to say as you sat between Tony and Natasha chuckling softly to yourself. "Do you wanna go to space? You wanna go to space, puppy? I'll take you to space." Rocket finished in a child like tone.

Soul was up next and everyone immediately looked over to you. Closing your eyes for a moment, you took a breath before opening them up and speaking. "When I was in Hydra, they experimented on me with that stone. Last time I saw it, a man by the name of Red Skull had it and wanted to keep living. So he said he would venture off as far as Vormir. Not sure where that is exactly seeing how he told the scientist he got the information from the stone, but the next thing I knew... he was gone." Everyone nodded before Nebula spoke right after. "Vormir is in space. Thanos found the Soul Stone there. A dominion of death at the very center of celestial existence. It's where Thanos murdered my sister." She finished and glanced over at you. You nodded knowing what she said was not lies but truth.

"Not it." Scott said After Steve sighed. Time Stone was shown. "That time stone guy." Natasha spoke. "Doctor Strange." Both you and Bruce said at the same time. "Yeah, what kind of Doctor was he?" She asked. By now everyone had left the room besides you, Tony, Natasha and Bruce. "Ear-nose-throat meets rabbit-from-hat." Tony replied. "Nice place in the village, though." Bruce said. "Yeah, on Sullivan Street?" Tony said. "Neurosurgeon, Natasha." You answered her question.

"Thanks." She said and wrote it down. "Wait, he lived in New York?" She asked. "No, he lived in Toronto." Tony said and you shook your head. "Have you been listening to anything?" Tony asked. "Guys, if you pick the right year, there are three stones in New York." She stated and they looked at her surprised. "Shut the front door." Bruce said. The board showed a grid. The 3 stones in New York were Mind, Space and Time. Reality was in Asgard and Soul and Powers were in space; Morag and Vormir.

"All right. We have a plan." Steve said when he walked back in with everyone else. "Six Stones, three teams, One Shot." Everyone stood up and prepared their suits. Those who were going did. Walking out all suited. "Five years ago, we lost." Steve could be heard saying. "All of us. We lost friends, we lost family. We lost a part of ourselves. Today, we have a chance to take it all back. You know your teams. You know your missions. Get the stones. Get them back. One round-trip each. No mistakes... no do-overs. Most of us are going somewhere we know. That doesn't mean we should know what to expect. Be careful. Look out for each other. This is the fight of our lives... and we're gonna win. Whatever it takes. Good luck." He finally finished.

You were among the ones that were suited. You were supposed to head with Bruce but Tony insisted you stick with him instead. "He's pretty good at that." Rocket said. "Right?" Scott agreed. "All right. You heard the man. Stroke those keys, Jolly Green." Tony said. "Trackers engaged." Bruce announced. A tiny ship was shown on someone's hand as Rocket said "you promise to bring that back in one piece, right?" Clint was the one who had it. "Yeah, Yeah, yeah." He told the raccoon. "Okay, I'll do my best." He added. "As promises go, that was pretty lame." Rocket mentioned.

"See ya in a minute." Natasha said which a smile towards Steve and glanced over at you. The two of you shared a look before you all placed your helmets on and prepared yourselves for transportation. In a matter of seconds, you all were teleporting through the quantum to head towards your destinations. Everyone spilt up into different tube like areas that led elsewhere.
