FILMING

The cast was about a month into filming, and Jacob and Addison's characters had their first date scene today. 

Today was a day Teagan had never expected; her first date with Hawk. While the two certainly weren't fond of each other at first, they've slowly started to grow on each other, just like their friends knew they would. The girls knew Teagan would eventually fall for his bad boy personality, seeing as that's her type, and the boys knew Hawk was only being so rude towards her because he found her attractive. It was inevitable. After weeks of non-stop bickering and harsh insults thrown at each other, the pair finally realized what was really happening, and just went along with it. 

It happened during a fight with the Miyagi-Do's. It was an outside of school fight, and things got intense. After beating his opponent, Hawk began looking around for another kid to fight, when he saw two boys gang up on Teagan. One held her waist tightly from behind, holding her arms down, while the other spoke uneasily to her, before getting ready to beat her. 

"Don't worry, we won't hurt you too bad. Wouldn't want to mess up a pretty face." The one boy spoke, caressing her cheek before balling his hands into fists, getting in a fighting stance. This infuriated Hawk, and he didn't know why, but he felt the urge to do something, so he did. He ran up behind the boy who was about to hit Teagan and pulled him off of her, causing the other boy to let go of her in an attempt to fight Hawk. Hawk ended up taking both of them down, and the whole fight was over after that. 

Teagan looked up at Hawk with a grateful smile, yet she was confused as to why he defended her. "Thank you, but you're the last person I'd expect to come to my rescue." She said. Hawk shrugged. "You're my teammate, the hell am I supposed to do?"  He said in an obvious tone. Teagan gave him a gentle smile, and he returned the gesture with a smirk. They've gotten along better since that day, and now flirt unconsciously with each other. Miguel and Tory bugged him everyday after that about asking her out, until finally he gave in. It was a subtle situation, he simply asked her to hangout after practice one Friday, never mentioning that it was a date, but he figured she'd just pick up that it was. And she did. He honestly didn't think she'd say yes, but he was ecstatic when she did, even though he'd never admit that. 

The night of their date they both went home after practice to shower and get ready. He picked her up at 8 and they headed off to the cliche first date spot in the valley, Golf N' Stuff. They did everything imaginable. Played arcade games, mini golfed, raced go karts, all while Hawk made sure to win her plenty of tickets to show off. Towards the end of the night the pair sat down on a bench, reminiscing on their date. 

"I can't believe you stole that boys tickets! Poor kid looked so upset." Teagan said and they both laughed. Hawk just shrugged and said "Hey, I needed 100 more to win you that stuffed animal." Teagan smiled and looked at the big stuffed animal she had won from all the tickets they got. Teagan began to shiver as the wind blew in the already chilly air. Hawk noticed immediately and subtly put his arm around her shoulder, pulling her closer slightly and rubbing her arm up and down to warm her up. She smiled at the gesture and leaned into him. 

"You know, I didn't think you'd actually agree to go on a date with me." Hawk said. Teagan blushed at the word "date". She figured it was a date, but wasn't too sure, since he never said it was. "You may have been pretty brutal to me when we first met, but you were there for me when I really needed it, and I guess you haven't been a total ass lately, so I figured I'd give you what you want." Teagan responded slyly, smirking at her response. "Oh really? Give me what I want huh? Don't act like I don't catch you checking me out during class." Hawk said. Teagan looked up at him and blushed. "And what if I do?" She asked, looking into his eyes. He looked her in the eyes, then down at her lips, then back to her eyes. "Then keep doing it, it motivates me when I see a pretty girl checking me out when I fight." He said. 

They stared at each other for a few moments, both their eyes darting back and forth between their eyes and lips, before finally Hawk took his free hand and cupped her cheek, pulling her face towards his. He teased her for a moment, lightly brushing his lips against hers, before gently connecting their lips. 

Addison could feel her heart speed up as they shared their first kiss. Well, on screen kiss, but still. Their lips moved in a perfect sync for a few more moments, before they pulled away, smiling at each other until the director yelled cut. 

"Great scene guys!" The director said, giving them a thumbs up. The pair smiled at each other as they got up from their prop bench, heading off set. "Nailed it on the first try! We're pretty good at this on screen couple thing I'd say." Jacob said. Addison laughed as she nodded her head in agreement. "Hell yeah we are!"

A/N: Helloooo! Sorry for the short chapter, just wanted to get something out for y'all!! 

So I'm a little stuck right now... I really don't want to rush this book but I'm also eager to get to the good parts and I know y'all probably want to get to them too... So again any feedback would be GREAT!! Should I do a time skip or keep going at this pace and write little scenes from the show ?? Let me know!!
