Golly and Gladion are now in the Mt. Pyre, after getting past the gravestones and they arrived at the peak, Golly says, "If my assumptions are correct, then the Ghost Gem must be somewhere around this place."

"I can tell, there are a lot of graves in this place. Still, why didn't it be in the Pokemon Tower in Kanto or the Memorial Hill in the Hoenn?" Gladion asks. "Even the Old Cemetery in the Crown Tundra can be a place for the gem to hide."

"I am not sure about that, you just listed the famous graveyards in their respective regions." Golly says as they walk to the peak, the same place where the Red Orb and the Blue Orb were found by the evil teams such as Team Aqua and Team Magma. They see a faint glow on the pedestal and Golly says, "I think we found the gem."

Gladion rushes over to her as she grabs the Ghost Gem, Golly can feel the power of the spirits in the gem, and she turns to Gladion, "You know, Gladion. How about I ask you a question?"

Gladion feels a little confused and he asks, "Why are you asking me this? You can just tell me what your question is."

"But I want you to be mentally prepared." Golly says, "Since what I am going to ask you is something that you won't be hearing very often. Do you know how it feels to be close to death?"

Gladion is now sweating and he can feel shivers in his spine. "I don't know, and I don't want to know as well."

"I can tell why you don't like this question after all, since it is quite supernatural and goosebumps might come from your skin." Golly says as she walks around. "Some say that it is just like sleeping, though you won't be able to wake up again. While some say that it is painful, but after death you won't feel anything in this world. They are half right."

"And why is that?" Gladion asks in confusion. "And they are not wrong, since they haven't died before, which is why they don't know what will happen."

"Do you know that some people believe in the religious heaven and hell theory, right? Saying that Arceus will judge your actions on the earth and determine where you go. I, at first, was also believing in this kind of imaginations, but in the end, I learned that they are just some crazy imaginations to warn people."

"Crazy Imaginations?" Gladion asks. "I don't think I have any idea how to answer that...since it is quite abstract..."

"Yeah, there are no such thing as Heaven and Hell. But the Hall of Origin can be a heaven if you want. After death, all you do is being a ghost in this world. But you won't be able to touch anything, making noises, and you can't even walk like a normal person. I also watched a lot of movies, there is one that is about a serial killer who was killed turned into a ghost and he kill his victims through other people's dreams, but you actually can't go into other people's dreams. Those are just imaginations."

Gladion says, "Okay...but what about the Ghost Type Pokemon?"

"Ghost Type Pokemon are actually real, they would be able to take people or Pokemon to the spirit world, but those Pokedex entries, such as what? A human become a Yamask with the face of the original self, or an ancient warrior died and his soul lives in his sword becoming Aegislash. Those are actually just the Researchers trying to find some ideas for their Pokedex entries."

Gladion says, "Okay, but why are we having this kind of conversation? It is chilling me out."

Golly says, "Because the time when I activate this Ghost Gem, I can tell that hundreds of spirits have sensed it and they are now surrounding us."

Gladion gasps as he looks around, he can see white figures crawling towards them. Not only that, they have angry faces and it is like that they are trying to kill them. Gladion jumps in shock and he asks, "What are those?"

"They are the avenging spirits from the attack from Team Alpha." Golly says, "They are probably try to make us one of them since they might know us as the members of Team Alpha."

"Don't tell me that those ghosts are the people that you killed during the assault?" Gladion asks in shock.

"Well, some ghosts are actually killed since they really did something wrong, while most of them are actually framed by those people who killed my mother." Golly sighs. "The truth is that they believe that we are the ones that kill him."

"Why are you saying it so calm? What are we going to do?" Gladion asks as he can feel a spirit grabbing his hand, he tries to shake it off, but in vain as the other hands are starting to tear his skin apart.

Golly says, "You aren't the one that killed them, so you don't need to be worried." She sends out a Mimikyu and says, "Those ghosts don't like Light, so it is a good thing to use Dazzling Gleam!"

As the Pokemon shines bright, the ghosts that captured Gladion backed away from the light as they can't approach them. Golly says, "Fairy Type Move is only just a lure." She takes out a bottle and then all the spirits are sucked inside with the blow of the wind.

"What just happened?" Gladion looks around and sees the spirits are gone. "I mean what did you just do?"

"I just confined them for a while, after the environment is cleared, I am going to make them into Pokemon and also cleanse them. Even though they hated us Team Alpha, their heart is dark and evil, and it will need to be cleanse if they are going to live in the new world."

"I see..." Gladion says. "But why can I see them and why am I injured by those ghosts? Since you just told me that they couldn't touch anything or they are being invisible."

Golly says, "Because of the Ghost Gem that I was holding, it has the power to make a soul being solid. A lot of people will greed with the stone so that they can find their lost ones and even talk to them. But in the end, they need to be reborn as the new human or Pokemon as it is a cycle."

Gladion looks at her with a weird expression, "You are weird, do you know that?"

Golly shrugs and says, "I am used to it, Minami has been telling me that a lot of times."

"And what is that bottle? What can it do?" Gladion says.

"This is a Jail Bottle, it looks like a Prison Bottle, but it is different. The Prison Bottle is to confine Hoopa's alternate form, which has been causing trouble by summoning Legendary Pokemon in one place, while the Jail Bottle is to confine the spirits. I know what would happen before hand, so that I made one in advance."

Gladion nods and Golly says, "Well, there is nothing we can do in this mountain, I think that we need to leave now."

When they get down to the mountain, Gladion then turns to Golly and asks, "Anyway, you are a girl, right? I notice that you aren't scared of ghosts or anything else like most girls do."

"Why will I be scared of everything?" Golly says with a blank expression. "Oh right, I forgot that it is a common knowledge that girls tend to be frightened easily and even your sister once had a time that was scared of every Pokemon."

Gladion frowns a little and he says, "It was basically my fault that Lillie was like that. But never mind about it since it is in the past. I want to know, are you a girl who doesn't get scared easily?"

"Well, I got scared easily when we were little. As you know, Brother Ash was such a childish person after all. I remember in one time, when I was playing in the woods, I remember that I saw a Chandelure is coming towards both me, Insey and Minami, we try to run and the Chandelier Pokemon just keeps chasing us. In the end, when we thought that we were about to die, the Chandelure was stopped by our mother, who reveals that it is brother who has painted the Chandelier in our house as the Pokemon and it just holds it to chase us around."

"I never know Ash would do that to you..." Gladion sweat drops a little. Golly says, "If you see my brother now, you feel like he is a different person. Now let's get back to my story, thanks to Mother, she told me that all the fear comes from my heart, if I don't think of it, then I won't let it scare me. And that is why I trained myself to be bold."

"You have a great mother, sometimes Lillie and I envy you and Ash..." Gladion admits.

"That is why when I learned from my brother that my mother was killed, I was very furious, and I can tell that my other siblings felt the same way as well. Even though I wanted to haunt those traitors with my Ghost Powers, but I couldn't. I know that my powers are used for the greater good and I shouldn't abuse it." Golly says.

"Okay, I think I can get to that." Gladion nods and then Golly says, "You asked me a lot of questions, now it is my turn. I want to ask you, what will you do if your sister falls in love with a guy?"

Gladion freezes and then he says, "Then that person has to get past me if he wants to date my sister. She is pretty, which is also the reason why some people are lusting for her."

"I see. You are an overprotective type of person. Just like my brother." Golly says.

"Ash is overprotective as well?" Gladion asks in confusion. "Though I don't think he is that type of person..."

"Yeah, ever since Serena dumped him back then due to hypnosis, he has been careful with out relationships, he just doesn't want us to suffer the same way as he did. Being betrayed and hurt, love is such a strong emotion after all."

"You are right. But who is the person that captures my sister's heart?" Gladion asks with a glare that sends Golly with shivers. She says, "At first I thought that it would be brother, since he helped her a lot, but in the end, she falls in love with Mark instead."

"Mark, huh? Ash's brother that didn't trust humans and also his partner, right?" Gladion mutters a little, he did notice that she is getting closer with the boy, but he shakes off the thoughts and says, "I will have to talk to him about this."

"I am sure you will. But I think that it will be better if Lillie decides who she loves, after all, it is connected to her future, not yours." Golly says, "I know for sure that when people being overprotective, the ones that are protected will try any means to rebel until the person gives up."

"You're right." Gladion sighs, as he doesn't want Lillie to hate him.
