After the battle with Team Rocket's Fire Type Cyborg, Ash and Lillie decide to continue capturing Pokemon. Lillie is also interested in making instruments, and she made a flute so Ash can play it for her in their alone time.

For Hoenn's Steel Type Pokemon, Ash and Lillie find an Aron at the Granite Cave and capture it, with intense training, it evolves into Aggron in the end. At the same place, they also capture a Mawile. And near the Valley of Steel, they find a Beldum and evolve it into a Metagross in the end. For Hoenn's Grass Type Pokemon, Ash and Lillie capture a Lotad at Route 102 and evolve it into a Ludicolo, in the end, using the Water Stone on Lombre. For Hoenn's Poison Type Pokemon, Ash and Lillie capture a Gulpin at Route 110 and evolve it into a Swalot. They also find a wild Cascoon in the forest and evolve it into a Dustox, as they want to make sure to have Dustox instead of Beautifly. For Hoenn's Normal Type Pokemon, Ash and Lillie capture a Slakoth in Petalburg Forest, and evolve it to Slaking in the end.

For Johto's Electric Type Pokemon, Ash and Lillie fish out a Chinchou at Olivine City, and evolve it into a Lanturn. And they get to Route 32 to capture a Mareep, training it to evolve into an Ampharos. For Johto's Psychic Types, Ash and Lillie capture a Wobbuffet at the Dark Cave.

After getting the fifth badge, they decide to continue capturing more Pokemon before Ash reaches the Fortree Gym. For Hoenn's Ground Type Pokemon, they find a Mudkip near Dewford Town and evolve it into a Swampert; A Baltoy at the desert part of Route 111 and evolves into a Claydol; and a Trapinch that eventually evolves into Flygon in the end. For Hoenn's Flying Types, they capture a Tropius at Route 119.

Lillie asks, "So when are we going to fight Team Rocket again? I mean, Ash has been fighting Team Magma and Team Aqua while traveling around with those friends of his...while I am still doing nothing..."

Ash says, "Don't worry, Lillie. I'm glad that you're not getting hurt while trying to fight them. It will be painful for me to see you getting hurt by those people."

"Then do you think I should let you get hurt by those people instead?" Lillie asks. "At least I have your uncle giving me some information about setting up our RPA Company."

Arceus says, "And may I ask what RPA means?"

"It means Royal Pokemon Association. Our goal is to make Pokemon and people feel like royalty." Ash says.

"We want to make a lot of services for others. But everything is just on paper, and we still don't have any funds to make it practical just yet." Lillie says.

"Don't worry, I am sure that you guys will be successful in the future." Arceus says.

While separating, Ash wins the sixth badge in Fortree City and also encounters Team Magma and Team Aqua again in the Weather Center, but fortunately that the grunts don't recognize Ash as the same one who stopped them from attacking, or else he has to do a lot of explaining for Brock, May, and Max. And there is also one time Pikachu lost his memories and Team Rocket is trying to make him their member, but thanks to Ash's will and Arceus helping out in secret, Pikachu recovers his memories and stops the trio from taking him away.

Before the seventh Gym, Ash and Lillie get a call from Agent Looker as they manage to find another base in the Johto Region, located at one of the uninhabited islands on Whirl Islands. Ash and Lillie decide to help them out by raiding the base. After defeating the grunts guarding the base, they met the second cyborg. This one has mechanical parts that look like marine Pokemon, and her hair was like seaweed.

"So you're the ones who killed Honoka at Mt. Chimney. You'll pay for killing her." The one named Korimi yells with slight anger as she uses Origin Pulse, blasting us with water as we crash to the wall.

"Origin Pulse... that's Kyogre's signature move..." Lillie mutters.

"Pikachu! Thunderbolt!" Ash commands, and Pikachu fires the attack as it hits Korimi, but Korimi quickly jumps out of the way and shoots out steam at Pikachu, causing it to be burnt.

"Now that's Steam Eruption! Volcanion's signature move..." Ash mutters.

"Meganium... I need your help." Lillie sends out the Pokemon, who tries to crush Ash, but Ash yells, "Now's not the time. Vine Whip on that Cyborg!"

Meganium uses the vines to slap at the Cyborg, but it doesn't seem to do that much damage. Instead, she charges Meganium, using a bunch of strikes to deal a lot of damage.

"That's Surging Strikes! Rapid-Style Urshifu's Signature move..." Lillie says.

"Damn... even Urshifu?" I mutter. "But I think that's all it can do."

Then we decide to find a chance to fight back, and eventually, we lure the cyborg into a pool of water and have Pikachu and Lanturn use Discharge, causing the Cyborg to scream in pain before it becomes nothing but mechanical parts.

"Did we fry her to death this time?" Lillie asks.

"I guess so... let's see this girl's profile..." Ash says as he finds the paper in the desk nearby.

Korimi: Age:34. Born: Johto. Living in a pirate family, their family has been robbing a lot of ships for years. However, a strong storm causes her to be the sole survivor, and she accidentally steps into the Team Rocket Territory after being washed to the shore. She joins Team Rocket to survive. After joining Team Rocket, she becomes one of the testers of the Cyborgs. Her typing and code name are "Water" She also absorbs the power of the Legendary and Mythical Pokemon of Water Type for Team Rocket. The Weakness of the Cyborg is electricity.

"Looks like we manage to get rid of another one of the Cyborg." Lillie says.

"Compared to the Fire one, this one is quite easy, the water won't be able to kill us unless we drown." Ash says. "But that means there are 16 more and we can just leave Fire and Water Types."

"You're right." Lillie says as they help the International Police get rid of the dead bodies of Team Rocket, and they also make this whole island their own property as they really want to have an underwater house.

When Ash is back traveling with his friends, because Team Rocket attempts to steal Pikachu, Ash and the others accidentally get inside Team Magma's submarine. Team Magma has both the Red Orb and Kyogre, while Team Aqua has the Blue Orb and Groudon. However, Team Aqua Admin Shelly manages to sneak inside and free Kyogre, while Ash uses the chance to have Pikachu take the Red Orb, only for him to be absorbed into Pikachu's body. After that, Ash is being trapped inside the helicopter while Brock and the others manage to escape. Ash also uses the chance to call Lillie.

"So you're in the middle of Team Aqua and Team Magma mess?" Lillie asks with worry. "This is a bad time. I can't leave right now because my Mother is giving us more work..."

"Don't worry, Lillie. I can handle this fine." Ash says as he ends the call.

Back at the Aether Foundation, Lillie notices that Lusamine, Adam, and Gladion are watching the television, and she asks, "What is this about?"

"In the Hoenn Seas, the Legendary Pokemon Kyogre has appeared." Adam says. "Kyogre has the power to create massive rain clouds that cover the entire sky and bring about torrential downpours."

Lusamine says, "It is a good thing that he doesn't seem to have its Blue Orb, or else it will go through Primal Reversion, its ability Primordial Sea might cause a lot of trouble."

Team Aqua and Team Magma are on Monsu Island as they are trying to swap their items, and at the same time, Ash manages to get free thanks to Lance, and they also witness how the Blue Orb goes into Archie's body as well. At the same time, Pikachu, being possessed by the Red Orb, manage to free Groudon in Team Aqua's submarine and comes out to fight against Kyogre.

"And that's Groudon..." Adam says in surprise. "It is the opposite of Kyogre. Groudon has the power to scatter rain clouds and make water evaporate with light and heat. With the Primal Reversion, its ability Desolate Land might cause heavy drought..."

Lillie notices the Pikachu standing on Groudon's head and she recognizes it as Ash's Pikachu, she just hopes that Ash can handle this pretty well as she watches on. In the end, both the Red Orb and the Blue Orb manage to get out of their respective bodies, and Pikachu falls into the sea, only to be saved by Kyogre. After managing to save both of them, Kyogre and Groudon notice the invisible Arceus behind Ash as they nod, leaving for Sevestar Island. As for Team Magma and Team Aqua, Lance has the International Police and G-men arrest them.

Once Ash gets to Sevestar Island, he is tackled to the hug by Lillie. "Ash! I was so worried." Lillie says. "I saw the whole thing about Kyogre on TV..."

Ash says, "I'm sorry, Lillie. But Team Magma and Team Aqua are gone for good, that's something to be delighted about."

"Speaking of that battle, Groudon is here and he wants to join your team, while Kyogre wants to stay back at the sea to observe." Arceus says.

Ash and Lillie are now facing Groudon, and he gives them his own Pokeball. Kyogre is also there, but he doesn't want to be captured and Ash respects his choice. Arceus creates another set of Blue Orb and Red Orb after they're destroyed, much to their surprise.

"Red Orb and Blue Orb? Why do you create them again?" Ash asks.

"These Orbs not only gain control of the two of them, but they also give them powers." Arceus says as Kyogre and Groudon hold their respective orbs, and much to their surprise, they start to glow and Primal Reversion.

"So this is the Primal Reversion..." Lillie says in awe. But the constant rain and the heat causes all the Pokemon to be surprised, and they have to quickly get the orbs out before anything can happen.

"What is Primal Reversion?" Ash asks.

"Primal Reversion is said to restore a Pokémon's true powers as it absorbs the energy of nature to greatly increase its power. Kyogre has Primordial Sea, the heavy rain causes all Fire-Type attacks to be unusable, while Groudon's Desolate Land causes Water-Type attacks to be unusable." Arceus says.

"That's cool." Lillie says, and Kyogre decides to leave while taking the Blue Orb, while Groudon is going to stay and try to expand the island with his power.

Then they decide to capture some Pokemon before separate. For Hoenn's Ghost Type Pokemon, Ash and Lillie capture a Shuppet at Mt. Pyre and evolve it into a Banette. For Psychic Type Pokemon, Ash and Lillie capture a Solrock with the help of Lunatone in Meteor Falls.

Here is a new chapter, Ash and Lillie not only stop the second Team Rocket Cyborg, Ash also disbands both Team Magma and Team Aqua and get Groudon into the team. The reason why Ash isn't going to capture Kyogre because Ash and Lillie will only have 2 Legendary or Mythical Pokemon for each type. I hope you like this chapter.
