"Doc?" I gasp and his gray brow furrows. Lindsey puts down whatever she was doing, grabs a large wrench and walks over towards Doc and I. I ignore her and turn back to Doc when suddenly, I feel the something pinch the sleeve of my jean jacket...hard.

"Marty, what is going on here? I thought we had the discussion that you were to watch the house while I was gone, not allow it to be robbed!" Doc scolds me. Lindsey smirks and she moves the wrench so that it pinches my skin. I close my eyes and take a breath. This is going to take some serious explaining to keep everyone from hurting each other.

" I wouldn't ask questions if I were you, sir," Lindsey advises and looks down at the wrench, "Marty here could really suffer. You would hate to see that happen, wouldn't you?" Doc thinks about it for a second. He peeks around Lindsey and I to see the new DeLorean.

"Marty, you destroyed the DeLorean," says Doc apprehensively, "Didn't you? I saw the remains with my own two eyes." Lindsey shoots me a glare and I am almost sure that the wrench pinches a little bit tighter onto my skin. I wince and Lindsey smirks.

"I did, but..." I start to say, but the wrench squeezes even tighter. How could she possibly make it squeeze any tighter than she is already? I glance up at her and sigh in defeat.

"Well..." Doc starts, "I come back and I see that there is a DeLorean sitting in my garage. Where did it come from? You know how reckless time traveling can be, Marty!" I groan, but Lindsey keeps a tight hold on me. Finally, she and Doc make eye contact.

"So, you're the famous Doctor Emmet Brown! A pleasure to meet you. If you can't tell, I really appreciate your work," Lindsey says, a maniacal chuckle hiding in the tone of her voice.

"Oh, thank you! Not one of my finest works I should say, but it was fun when people weren't in lots of danger. It is a pleasure to meet you too and I don't believe that I caught your name," Doc replies and Lindsey's chuckle becomes a little bit more audible.

"That's not important," She says quickly before letting me go and hurrying over to the DeLorean, "Do you mind helping me with something with the car?"

"Doc! Don't listen to her!" I yell and Lindsey shoots me a glare. I push myself up off the floor and hurry over to them, "She's trying to force me to take her somewhere!" Doc's eyes widen and he turns to face Lindsey.

"Young lady, you do realize how dangerous time travel is, correct?" Doc asks and Lindsey crosses her arms.

"What's life without a little risk? I like there to be trouble involved," says Lindsey, eyeing Doc and then eyeing me.

"Yes, but time trouble is an entirely different kind of trouble," Doc argues, "Do you have any idea what you are getting into?" Lindsey shrugs again.

"I don't have to know as long as I get what I want," She answers and I give a small shudder. How can she possibly think that Doc is going to just let her have free reign of time travel and the DeLorean? Nothing about that is safe. She could screw up her entire future and anything related to Hill Valley if she goes off time traveling.

"That doesn't make time traveling right!" I say and Doc nods his head.

"If anything, my dear, you are going to more trouble just to time travel when you could face the now as it happens," Doc explains and Lindsey glares at him harshly.

"Fine," She complies, but something sinister flickers across her eye. Something that I have seen flicker in the eyes of her father and her ancestors. I guess anger issues run in the family. In one swift motion, Lindsey grabs the same wrench she used on me and whacks Doc over the head with it. Doc falls to the ground unconscious. I immediately grab the wrench out of her hand while she revels in her success.  Lindsey grabs at it, but I hold it away from her.

"How could you do that to him?" I yell and Lindsey just shoves me towards the car. "I'm not getting in the car," I protest.

"If the famous Doctor Emmet Brown isn't going to help me, guess it's just going to be me and his assistant," Lindsey states, "You gonna help me finish the car or am I going to have to hurt you too?"

"You don't have to hurt anyone to get what you want," I tell her, "People help more when you don't force them into things." What did Ryan ever see in her? She's just like her father.

"How else are you guaranteed that they're gonna do it?" Lindsey asks me and I shrug.

"You just have to take the chance. Besides, aren't you all about risk?" I ask her and Lindsey rolls her eyes.

"Only with things that I can't control. I can get people to do what I want, but I don't have the control of time travel. That's a risk I'm willing to take," Lindsey reasons and our eyes meet for a moment.

"You know people would help you if you would at least tell them why you are doing what you are doing," I suggest and Lindsey slams a screwdriver against a counter in the lab.

"That is personal information that no one deserves to know but me," Lindsey snaps, but I am not going to back down.  One thing I learned from Biff, Griff and Buford is to never show your weak side. If I show Lindsey that I have a weak side, then she will look into it and see how she can mess with me the most. That's what every other Tannen has done. Speaking of the other Tannens, is Griff, Lindsey's kid? Or does Lindsey have other siblings that no one knows about but the Tannens?  This seems like a good distraction.

"Lindsey, do you um have any siblings?" I ask and Lindsey shoots me a glare.

"Excuse me? We were talking about not sharing personal information, McFly!" Lindsey fumes. She comes closer to me and pins me against the car. Our noses bump for a split second and I see her tough demeanor weaken for a split second.  Maybe the Tannens aren't as tough as they want everyone to believe.

"That's not a really personal question. I just want to know more about you and the Tannen family. For the reputation that you have, there is really not a lot known about you," I say and Lindsey sighs.

"I'm an only child. There, does that make you happy? Are you done inquiring into my life?" Lindsey asks and I nod.

"I just met a Tannen in the future and he uh," I start to say but back off fairly quickly.

"What is the problem with my kid, McFly?" Lindsey asks and I say quietly,

"He carries the family reputation right on down the line." I feel Lindsey's hand coming dangerously close to my face.

"You know what is keeping me from hurting you right now, McFly? The fact that you are currently the only person who can take me to where I want to go," Lindsey tells me, still pinning me up against the side of the car. I gently move her by the shoulders away from the DeLorean.

"I've almost died because of time travel, Lindsey. It's really not something to mess around with," I tell her and she looks at me angrily.

"But, couldn't you change history with this machine? You could make everything turn out perfectly for you. Set yourself up for success," Lindsey persuades, but that is not going to sway me. Now she's just trying to get me to do what she wants. I move away from the car and towards the door when suddenly Lindsey lobbies a wrench in my direction. My legs slip out from under me and I hit the ground faster than I thought was possible. Lindsey grabs hold of my jean jacket and yanks me to my feet.

"You don't have to be so rough," I say, pulling away from her, "We need to go somewhere where we can..."

"Get up to 88 miles per hour. I know. You're forgetting that I built this machine," Lindsey says smugly and I roll my eyes.

"You didn't build it yourself. Doc came up with everything and you simply followed the instructions," I say as I open the large garage door, "Speaking of him, we should move him somewhere that isn't the floor." Lindsey and I haul him up onto his couch and I run a hand through my hair. The DeLorean shimmers in all of its glory. All of this seems so nostalgic even though it wasn't too long ago that I was driving it for the first time back into 1955. Lindsey joins me in looking at it.

"You're right," Lindsey says and I smile at her.

"I think that's the nicest thing you've said to anyone in Hill Valley," I say and Lindsey rolls her eyes as she walks past.

"Don't get used to it, McFly. Are you coming or not? I see a phone I can use to call in more help if you don't cooperate and I'm not afraid to use a wrench," Lindsey responds.

"Alright! I'll do what you want," I comply and Lindsey shoves the keys into my chest.

"Get in," She commands and I start the car. Lindsey hops into the passenger side and she turns all of the time equipment on. I hear the familiar sounds of the time equipment and the sound of the electrical current flowing through the flux capacitor. Gently starting the car, I pull the DeLorean out of the garage. I jump out and pull down the garage door to keep Doc warm from the cool night. When I hop back in, Lindsey has set the destination time. It reads November 12, 1955.

"I can't go there," I say quickly and Lindsey raises an eyebrow and then shrugs.

"Too bad," She says and I begin driving over to Twin Pines Mall. The drive over is silent and I can feel Lindsey's intimidating glare on me as I drive.

"I'm not sure this is a good idea. Maybe..." I start and Lindsey interrupts,

"You will take me to 1955 regardless of whatever circumstances occurred there. I am not letting you go."

"But, there is already two of me in 1955. At this exact same time!"

"So?"

"My existence is at stake if I see myself and one of the other mes sees me too."

"Fine, since you are valuable to my cause at this point, I am going to allow us to go a day later. But only a day and no later. I need you alive for this right now." I start at one end of the parking lot and I look at Lindsey.

"You do realize that this may cost both of us a lot and that anything we change in the past could seriously affect our futures or the future as a whole," I remind her and she rolls her eyes.

"You have told me a million times and do I look like I care? No, because I don't care and I'm not going to," Lindsey says and I groan. Here goes nothing. Lindsey dials the time in a week later into the destination sign. I quickly step onto the accelerator and begin shifting gears. The speedometer needle gently moving from the right to the left as the car gradually moves faster. Lindsey watches me and my driving. We begin to approach a concrete barrier and I notice her beginning to shift uncomfortably. The speedometer needle is just over 75mph. I step on the gas more and Lindsey jumps a little bit. "Marty, there's a barrier coming up really fast," Lindsey says and I acknowledge the fact that she has thought to use my first name. I step on the gas even more and Lindsey flinches. 86...87...88. A bright light flashes in front of us and the mall parking lot disappears.

Doc's Point of View - Warning: Major Spoilers Ahead for Part III. If you have not seen it, I would not suggest reading ahead.

"Emmet!" That voice sounds so familiar, but it sounds so sweet and soothing. Just like the voice of my Clara. I stand up quickly to see my wife and children standing in front of me.

"Clara!" I say and I stand up to hug her. She kisses my cheek and I ruffle the hair of my two boys. I turn to see if Marty is still around. He was around earlier or at least I thought he was. Suddenly, something catches my eye. Tire tracks. I hurry over to my worktable and see the plans for the DeLorean at the top.

"Emmet, what seems to be the trouble?" Clara asks and I hold the papers for the DeLorean in my hand.

"Someone built another DeLorean and took Marty with them," I exclaimed and Clara marches over.

"The DeLorean? You mean the time machine that you told me about?" Clara asks and Jules asks me,

"Father, where are we? What is this place?"

"This is my workshop and it seems as though Marty was here. We've got to find him because wherever he went, trouble is sure to follow," I explain. Suddenly, a loud knock starts on my door. I open it to see the one and only Biff Tannen standing on the other side.

AN:/ OOOO, a cliffhanger. I'm sure you all are loathing them, but whatever. I guess this one really isn't a big cliffhanger. Sorry for the hiatus on this book. I have been meaning to write more for it, but you know how that goes. I have been writing Newsies stuff way more recently, so I guess this is more of one of my hidden gems. If you are thinking this going to be like Part I, you are right and you are wrong. There are going to be some similarities to Part I, but we are going to have a slightly different cast of characters going and a completely different situation going on. I hope all of you enjoy where this goes. Please leave comments, votes, or whatever you want to do to tell me that you enjoy this story. I can always use ways to improve my stories too as long as they are reasonable. I love reading comments, so feel free to comment on whatever you feel like commenting on. I am on a BTTF kick right now, so I'm gonna go do some more stuff for that. Fansies, stay tuned. Stuff is coming for you all soon! I hope you all enjoyed this chapter. Thank you so much for reading, voting or doing whatever you do to show your support. I really appreciate it a lot. See you around, friends!!
