Five months later...

"I feel nervous. Do I look okay? What if she says no? WHAT IF I FAINT?!?"

"Clemont, calm down," Alain laughed, slapping Clemont's back. "It's just a wedding."

"Actually, it's three weddings combined," Ash thought out loud, Pikachu agreeing from his shoulder. "Thank Arceus we all look ok."

Clemont wore a light blue suit with a white undershirt and a black bowtie.

Ash wore a dark blue suit with a white undershirt and a dark blue bowtie.

Alain wore a black tux with a white undershirt and a black bowtie.

"Yeah, at least that doesn't add to my anxiety," Clemont sighed.

Suddenly, the organ began to play the wedding march, making the three friends freeze with nervousness. Korrina, Mairin, and Serena walked down the aisle towards the three friends side by side and grinning from ear to ear.

Korrina wore a sleeveless, light blue dress.

Mairin wore a sleeveless, light pink dress.

Serena wore a sleeveless, dark orange dress.

Time seemed to slow down as the three approached the altar, and the organ music came to a close. Prof. Sycamore smiled at the six of them before nodding to Ash, Alain, and Clemont. The three nodded back at him before simultaneously picking up their rings and reciting the vows.

"With this hand I will lift your sorrows," the three of them said at the same time. "Your cup will never empty, for I will be your wine."

Ash placed his ring on Serena's finger, Clemont placed his ring on Korrina's finger, and Alain placed his ring on Mairin's finger. Prof. Sycamore then nodded to Serena, Mairin, and Korrina, who nodded back. They picked up their rings and continued to recite the vows.

"With this candle I will light your way into darkness," the three of them said together. "With this ring, I ask you to be mine."

Serena placed her ring on Ash's finger, Korrina placed her ring on Clemont's finger, and Mairin placed her ring on Alain's finger. 

"I now pronounce you husbands and wives," Prof. Sycamore announced.

Soon, Ash and Serena were married, Alain and Mairin were married, and Clemont and Korrina were married. Nodding at each other, the three women threw their bouquets backwards, and all three landed in Emma's arms. She looked at Nix in shock, and all he did was laugh and hug her close. Emma only smiled warmly as the room erupted into applause. Everything was perfect and it was going to stay that way.

"Are you sure about this?"

"They need my help in Alola. I'm sorry, but my old partner is there and she'll need my help."

"Looker, Emma has looked up to you as her father for so long. It'll crush her heart to know that you'll be leaving."

"I told you, Sycamore, they need my help. I-I'll tell her tomorrow. Just let her enjoy her time with her friends. Today is supposed to be a happy day."

"...Ok. I'll keep quiet about this."

"Thank you, friend."

One year later...

"Come in," Emma said when she heard a knock on the door. 

"Hey, sweetie," Nix smiled, Mimi on his shoulder. "How's my beautiful wife?"

"Well, just looking at the letter Looker left behind last year," Emma sighed, smiling sadly. "How are you?"

"Well, Mimi still refuses to evolve," Nix snickered, sitting next to his wife. "Clemont and Korrina just told me that Bonnie left for another journey in Alola, so maybe she'll come across Looker, but little Katie is doing fine. Ash and Serena are visiting with Alain and Mairin. Hopefully little Lance and little Keith will get along ok. Prof. Sycamore is still researching more about Mega Evolution, and he might have found new Mega Stones. But, that seems to be all."

"I'm just glad that everything's back to calm and peaceful," Mairin sighed, before placing the letter down and picking up another piece of paper. "Hey, it says right here that there have been a few crimes in Lumiose City by people who believe that..." Her mouth turned into an angry frown. "That Lysandre was right. They're naming themselves Team Neo Flare and they seem to be led by a guy named Xerosic."

"Hey, didn't Clemont say that he already came across that guy?" Nix asked, looking over Emma's shoulder. "And that Alain and Mairin both saw him get crushed by rubble?"

"Well, whoever he is, we'll stop him," Emma grinned, pulling on a tan trenchcoat and placing a dark brown fedora on her head. "Call the others."

"Already on it," Nix replied, turning his phone on.

"Ready or not, Team Neo Flare, your asses will be kicked."
