The face he gave made her shiver.

Why does he look at me that way? I don't like it...

Violet glanced away, but she could still feel Bowser's eyes on her.

She glanced down. She couldn't tell him. She was too scared to.

It would ruin everything!

"Violet Mario, I swear to the stars if you don't tell me now I'm going to rip you to pieces."

"Don't talk to me that way you slimy reptile!" She snapped.

Bowser growled loudly. He picked her up by the collar, pushing her against the wall.

"Don't you dare speak to me like that ever!"

"Just did, idiot." Violet kicked his chin and managed to escape with no injuries.

The 26 year old ran and ran without stopping, not even bothering to look back.

[Month Later]

Her affair with Bowser was over, that was very clear. But the fact that she couldn't keep him off of her mind made her go nuts. 

Every night she'd have some kind of dream or nightmare with him. Most, sadly, were nightmares. Nightmares that would keep her up.

"Violet, you haven't been doing so well ever since..." Liz paused.

Liz was the only one who knew of Violet's relationship with Bowser. She couldn't tell her brothers. Especially not Mario, of all people.

"I know, Liz. I know..." Violet sighed with a tone of sadness. "I just can't get him to leave my mind."

Liz frowned as she watched her friend stare silently at the castle floors.

"You know what? You and I should go on a vacation."

"To Isle Delfino? Been there, done that, ended up having to clean the whole thing with Mario-"

"But that won't happen this time!"

Violet gave her a look.

"Trust me, it won't," Liz assured her.

"Well..."

BOOM!

Screams could be heard outside of Liz's castle doors. Both Liz and Violet slowly peeked out the window.

Bowser was attacking the Beach Sprixie Kingdom.

"Forget the vacation. We've got work to d-"

"I don't really wanna do the work today. I don't really wanna do the work-"

"Liz, now is not the time for songs."

Violet opened the double doors and ran off, her hands lighting up with fire.

As she approached the giant wooden ships that the Koopa King usually traveled in she felt something pierce her back.

"Ugh!" She fell to the ground, pain excruciating all over her. "What in the-"

She began to feel drowsy and that was how she knew she had been hit with a dart. She attempted to stay away, but that was impossible.

"VIOLET HELP ME!" Liz shrieked from afar.

"Liz..." She said weakly.

Last thing she saw were a pair of very familiar feet...
