April / Theme (New Beginnings): The First Step

One day the master will appear
And guide me here
   Into a land
   Of shifting sand.

I know not where this path will go;
I only know
   The time is now
   To take the vow.

This journey of a thousand miles
Into the isles
   Of destiny
   Begins with me.
