Here we see a cotton haired girl named Pinkie Pie minding her business in the city of Canterlot and she is being watched by the Foundation and she knows it. We then see her meet with her friends at the park.

Sunset: "Hey Pinkie, what have you been up to?"

Pinkie: "Oh I've been minding my own business while the super duper secret organization was watching me."

Rainbow: "Uh what?"

Rarity: "Darling what are you talking about?"

Pinkie: "Oh just him."

Pinkie then points to a man with a cowboy hat reading a newspaper and his name was Dr. Clef.

Pinkie: *rapidly talking*"He works with this super duper secret organization that keeps super wacky things in a cage to keep everyone from going wacky daddle do who was also a ex soldier of another super duper secret organization that destroys other super wacky things that is owned by the United Nations that was formed when they fought a super meanie robot who is also a god for a cult that worships it, so he quit his last job and killed his wife and brought his daughter to the super duper secret organization and he also campaigned to kill a super sweet little girl with super powers for the sake of the world and he also has a third eye."*squee*

Sunset: "Um, yeah I don't think you're right Pinkie."

Dr. Clef: "Actually, she's spot on."

Sci-Twi: "Huh?"

Then the girls get hit by tranquilizer darts from MTF PI-1 "City Slickers" as they fall to the ground unconscious. Later, we see the girls are all in a room wearing D-Class uniforms and they see their geodes are gone.

Sunset: "Okay Pinkie, you're not that far off."

Rarity: "OH NO! THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE THING EVER! THE MOST HORRIBLE POSSIBLE THING!"

Rainbow: "We're held here against our own will?"

Rarity: "THESE UNIFORMS ARE DRAB AND LIFELESS!"

Applejack: "Really? That's what you're worried about?"

We then see a man in a lab coat and a camera around his neck enter the room and his name was Dr. Kondraki.

Dr. Kondraki: "Hello everyone, I apologize on behalf of the SCP Foundation's method of getting you girls here, I am Dr. Kondraki and the man you encountered earlier before your capture was Dr. Alto Clef."

Rarity: "Well it's nice to meet you but can you oh I don't know, GET US OUT OF THESE HORRID CLOTHES NOW?!?"

Dr. Kondraki: "Your clothing is in the room next to this one, but the same couldn't be said about your geodes."*to Pinkie*"Pinkamena Diane Pie, you will be interviewed by Dr. Gears to gain a full understanding of your anomalous properties."

Pinkie: "Okie Doki Loki!"

Later, in another room, we see Pinkie waiting as a man with no emotions to speak off enters the room, his name was Dr. Gears.

Dr. Gears: "You must be Poi-8239."

Pinkie: "Don't you mean Pinkie Pie?"

Dr. Gears: "I prefer not to humanize captors of the Foundation."

Pinkie: "You remind me of my sister Maud."

Dr. Gears: "I see you recognize me for my emotionless mindset, I've seen it all within the walls of the Foundation and they bore me."

Pinkie: "Yeah Maud says that too."

Dr. Gears: "Anyways, do you know why you're here?"

Pinkie: "You want me to help you to talk to the people writing this story?"

Dr.Gears: "So you're aware of the existence of SCP-001 as well as it's anomalous properties?"

Pinkie: "Yep."

Dr. Gears: "Well then, will you cooperate with us to retrieve The Administrator from the woods of no name?"

Pinkie: "Of course."

Later, we see Pinkie in a humanoid containment cell as she looks up into the air and starts talking to the Database.

Pinkie: "Hey Freelancer1337 and Deadpoolmerkwiththem, can you help the real (Y/N) get out of-"*pulls out a thesaurus out of her hair and reads it and then puts it away*"-the place with no name tags?"

Freelancer1337: "Mmm, I don't know. What do you think dude?"

Deadpoolmerkwiththem: "Yeah I'm not so sure either but should we help him?"

Freelancer1337: "Well there is the fact that he nearly destroyed all of existence, he might even come after us."

Deadpoolmerkwiththem: "Oh yeah good point."

Freelancer1337: "We got two guys to worry about, that's him and SCP-3812, but you'll see him later."

Pinkie: "Can you at least check up on him and see if he's okay."

Freelancer1337: "Oh sure."

Later, in the SCP in question, we see a rabbit man enjoying a cup of coffee and he is at peace. Back to Pinke.

Freelancer1337: "I think he's enjoying his new life, unlike everyone else in SCP-4000."

Deadpoolmerkwiththem: "Yeah if we pull him out of SCP-4000, the same thing will happen when the girls and Castiel pulled him out of SCP-3930."

Pinkie: "Oh, okay I'll go tell Carol that."

Pinkie then leaves the containment cell and turns to the superhero girls and supervillain girls.

Pinkie: "They said if they remove the (Y/N) that you know, he would become super angry and start the whole thing all over again, just like when he was removed from SCP-3930."

Carol: "Okay then how do you remove him without (Y/N) getting super angry?"

Pinkie: "I'll ask."*to The Database*"How do you get (Y/N) out of that forest without making him angry?"

Freelancer1337: "I got an idea."*to Deadpoolmerkwiththem*"Don't be mad."

Deadpoolmerkwiththem: "Why would I?"*realizes*"Oh no."

Later, we see you working at the sushi joint in Japan as a splitscreen between you and the rabbit man from the woods of no title gets zapped by electricity as they switch bodies again. We then see you open up a warp gate that heads to your office and you set up a microphone to speak into the intercom system to all the foundation sites of the world.

(Y/N): *speaks into the microphone*"Attention staff of the Foundation, your Administrator has returned. Please head to the mess hall of Exclusionary Site-22 for a celebration of this occasion at this time."

Back to the others.

Carol: "(Y/N) is back! I hope he meets us there!"

Jessica: "Same here."

Kara: "And I hope we're gonna live."

Back to you, we see you talk to the radio of a Mobile Task Force called MTF Zeta-19 "Lonely Only".

(Y/N): *speaks into the radio*"You may proceed and execute Operation: Human Extinction."

Zeta-19 commander: *over the radio*"Yes Administrator."
