After Pragya came abhi started drinking coffee specially made for him by Pragya, she insisted if he has to stays awake till late night, he should rather have coffe n not hard drinks,
Abhi was sitting out in balcony n with cup of coffee, n thinking about Pragya, how they met n how destiny part them away
Flashback
"Dad I want something really special for my 5th birthday, pls pls dad pls "
He said to dad making puppy face, n he agreed, He had worlds best dad, after his mom passed away while giving birth to his little sister aaliya,it's been 3years, dad gave them love of both mom n dad, he never made them realise that they don't have mom,
Next day,on his birthday,  they went where his mom used to work, mount marry orphanage, it was near to their house, hardly 10 minutes walk, his mom was there as manager, but she never work for  money, she was doing it, because she loves those kids,his dad also used to company her on weekends or whenever he had free time, a big smile came on his face when He saw, garden, which was decorated with balloons n ribbons, n dad shouted "surprise"
He ran to him n gave him big hug, they played lots of game with those children, now it was time to cut the cake, when He was going towards cake his eyes fell on girl, who was sitting on swing alone, she was very different from other kids, maybe she was new here, her eyes were big n so beautiful n look so innocent, He went to her
Abhi: who are you?? N why are you crying??
Pragya: I'm Pragya, you know I came here yesterday, my aunty left me at station n when that uncle (points towards his dad) found me, n bring me here
A: that uncle is my dad,
P: you are lucky to have such wonderful  dad
A: yes, today is my 5th birthday n dad bring my here, this is my gift, I love this place, it reminds me of my mom
P: happy birthday,but I don't know when is my birthday
A: no worries, from today your birthday is same as my birthday ok n He took her to his dad,
"dad, look I made new friend, she is Pragya n today is her birthday also can we cut the cake together pls" He told him excitedly to his surprise his dad agreed without any question, from that day they were best of friends, He went every weekend with his dad, n would spend whole day with Pragya, they didn't made any new friend, it was always him n her, she was very bright in studies so his dad put her in abhi's school, n then it was time, they got separated, He loved science n she loves English literature, they had to go in different fields but they were lucky, they studied from different universities but had same campus, still they were always together, his dad many times ask Pragya to stay with them but she said she is comfortable in hostel, she would come on weekends n would share room with aaliya n cook wonderful meals,
Everybody in their respective collage, many friends would tease them,  that they were more then friends, but Pragya would tell, " there is thin line between friends n having affair, which they would never cross,"n  her that confidence, that they can never be nothing more than being friends with him, it never gave him courage to express his feeling,"
Flashback ends
He finished his last sip, he wondered that if, he showed courage just for once, his life would have been different, but how could he, even when his dad ask him if he loves Pragya, abhi denied,saying they are just friends, thinking if she don't want to think beyond being friends then how can he, if he says yes to his dad then dad will ask her, n abhi knew she will never say no to his dad, abhi didn't wanted to be in relation because of some obligation, he wanted that if she loves him, she herself will tell n express.
Here Pragya in her room, thinking she can't stay here for ever, one day she has to leave, how will she manage, what kind of job she can do to support angle, maybe she should start writing books or should take some part time job that she can do it from home, her thought were disturb by knock on door
P: abhi you, so late
A: I was going to kitchen, n saw lights were on, so came to see, is everything ok
P: ya everything is fine, I was just wondering, I should take some job, I get bored whole day,
A: all you must do is rest,
P: I hate sitting ideal at home
A: no if n buts, once baby comes, you will automatically will get busy
P: angle, I name baby angle
A: wow, beautiful name just like you
P:( maybe it's right time, I should ask him) I wanted to ask you something??
A: what ??
P: what is IVF??
A: (nervously)why??
P: just tell me pls
A: it's is a process by which an egg is fertilised by spermoutside the body n The process involves monitoring and stimulating a woman's ovulatory process, removing an ovum or ova (egg or eggs) from the woman's ovaries and letting sperm fertilise them in a liquid in a laboratory n implant in woman's body
P: ok, it is done using from others sperm, I mean from any sperm donor n it is safe, I mean for baby, does any
A:( cuts in n nervously ask) but why you want to know??
P: ( looks straight into his eyes) first I thought I should not ask but I can't stop thinking about it, I found some file of your clinic at my home in suresh cupboard, which had reports about IVF n some other reports
A:( what should I do now, should I tell her, no never) maybe by mistake, suresh must have taken someone file by mistake
P:( he still doesn't want to talk about it) ya that can be possible
A: ( sorry Pragya, I had to lie) it's too late now, I think you should sleep ok good night n goes
Month passed, she was around 15 weeks, her baby bump was showing, Pragya was watching herself in mirror, gazing at her bump, just then aaliya enters
Aaliya: so how are you feeling today, Bhai told me that, you were awake till late night, is everything ok
P: ya, but how did he came to know, he didn't came,
A: Bhai, came when you were sitting on arm chair holding angle, is he started kicking
P: no, but I feel like butterfly flying in my tummy
A: really( puts hand on her tummy) I don't feel it
P: you will, maybe next month
A: come let's have breakfast, Bhai is already down waiting for us
P: ok let's go
At breakfast table, abhi was continuously looking at Pragya
P: what?? Why are you staring at me
A: you have still not finished milk, you didn't had yesterday night also, I saw you put it in washbasin
P: first of all, stop spying on me like that, I can take care of myself n angle n second of all I hate milk, I feeling like vomiting special at night ok
A: that's it ( gets up n takes glass n stand next to her) have it or I'm putting this whole glass on your head
P:( stands immediately ) ouch ( holds her tummy in pain)
A: oh god, you are such a drama queen, this all you do when I ask you to drink milk
Aaliya: stop it Bhai, she is really in pain
A: really, ( he puts his had in on tummy) it seems fine to me, n this is going to happen if she starts behaving like 5yr old, she should understand I'm doing all this for her n not for me,
P:( looks at him lovingly) ok I will have it, n both of you stop arguing n drinks
Abhi: that like my girl
Aaliya: wow, your girl
Both abhi n Pragya look at each other
Abhi( try's hard not to blush but clearly shows on his face) shut up, don't you getting late for your collage
Pragya:( after some many days I hear him saying that's my girl n smiles) ya aren't you getting late for clinic ( looks at abhi)
Abhi: Pragya you also come with me today, remember today is your ultra sound n have to done blood test also n all three leaves
As they drop aaliya to collage n as they reach at At clinic, abhi does ultra sound n tear formed in corner of his eyes, today he get to know it's girl, n thinks it should be just like Pragya
P: ( notice that n calls him just to annoy) hello, are you there, DR abhi Mehra, pls tell
A: oh yes, everything is just perfect
P: it's girl or boy
A: sorry it's against law, I can't tell you
P: ok, but if I guess correct you will take me out for ice cream today
A: no, we can go out for dinner but no ice cream for you, you already have cold
P: ok, so it's ( thinks for while) BOY
A: no, you lose, but still I will take you for dinner
P: ( naughtily ) caught you, it's girl, I knew it, it's girl
A: not fair, you trick me
P: ( over excited) everything is fair in love n war ( suddenly her face drops n gets sad)
A: ( cups her face) suresh will be so happy, he once told me that he would love to have girl child
P:( try to control her tears) I know that, I was so selfish that for my surprise I didn't tell him, that I was pregnant
A:( how can I tell you, he already knew that) pls Pragya don't curse yourself for that, ok ( hugs her)
P: is angle doing fine?? when will I feel her in my arms
A: it will take some more time, just take proper care of yourself n she will be fine
P: thanks abhi, without you, what will I do, thanks for being there for me, promise I will do as you say, I do those boring yoga n drink milk ok
A: ( kisses on forehead) you know, you will be best mom
P: really, you think so, I can manage
A: yes 100%, n even if not, I'm there for you always ok n Pragya leaves to go home
Late in evening, she was waiting for abhi, but he didn't came, it was almost 10, Pragya calls abhi, just then he came
P: why are you so late
A: had an emergency operation, sorry to keep you waiting, let's go for dinner
P: no, you must be tired, I will quickly make something,we will have dinner at home, you go n freshen up
A: ok, n aaliya
P: she called n said she is having dinner out with his friends
A: friend or boy friend, she is having lunch n dinner out quite often nowadays
P:( from kitchen) stop being historical, she is grown up now ok
After sometime abhi comes for dinner
A: wow, what you made?? It smells  delicious
P: masala khichdi, I know you like it
A: like it, aare I love it, thanks you made my day
P: ok, what were you telling about aaliya
A: seriously, is she with friends or boy friend??
P: what difference does it makes, she is grown up, she knows what right n what's wrong
A: she should know were to draw line,
P: she knows, but what wrong in having someone who is more then a friend 
A: ( gets impulsive) really Pragya, you are telling that
P: what wrong in me telling this
A: ( rises tone) you yourself never think anything beyond friends, and
P: ( cuts in) we are talking about aaliya n not me
A:all I was saying is everybody is not sorted in life like you, your never just for moment thought that there can be someone, more then just friends ( realised what he said) I don't want aaliya to get hurt, do she has boyfriend n don't lie, I know she tells you everything
P: it's between me n her, I can't share with you n end of discussion ok
A: ok, so want to go out for ice cream
P: no let it be, let's call it night, will go some other day
A: are you sure, look I'm sorry if I hurt you, I didn't mean to say
P:( cuts in) pls didn't say sorry, it's ok, I know you are worried for her, but trust me there is nothing like that, she is with her friends n I will make sure, next time she inform both of us ok
A: ok , goodnight n both goes to their room, n standing out in balcony in their respective rooms
