Aphmau POV

One week later

"Thank you guys so much for the clothes." I thank the sewaddle and leavanny as they hand me all of the clothes they made me. It is enough to fill the suitcase that Ms April gave me. They help me place all of the clothes in the suitcase before handing me another pair of clothes and leaving. I quickly put on the shorts, and galaxy tank top before putting on the lilac jacket. Since I am leaving today, the Pokémon wanted to do something for me so they all made me new clothes so I could at least fit in.

"Are you ready to go Aphmau?" Ms April asks. I pick up the big suitcase and the duffel bag full on my stuff before turning to a sleeping Silver who is in my backpack that was also made by the Pokémon. I put it on my back before turning to Ms April.

"Ready." We both walk out of the forest and to the car. I put all the stuff in the boot before taking off my backpack and placing it on my lap, petting Silvers fur. She opens her eyes slowly and looks up at me.

"Hey Silver, how are you doing?" I ask on a soft voice.

"I'm tired and in pain. What do you think?" She replies, sass in her voice.

"If you can reply with a sassy comment then you are fine." I smile at her. "Now why don't you go back to sleep? I will wake you up when we arrive." I tell her. She closes her eyes, falling back asleep.

"You can understand Pokemon?" Ma April asks. I forgot she was here!

"No. Silver here is special. As a shiny Pokemon, she was taken and experimented in. When I was abandoned in the forest, I saw her running from people. I saved her and we slowly formed a bond. Whatever they injected in her gave her the ability to talk to me. We don't understand anything but we came to that conclusion. She can also send out a calming aura to help me with wild Pokemon." I explain to her.

"That just proves that I chose the right person for the job. You will love it here." She starts telling me all about being a Pokémon Ranger. Humans talk too much. Soon, we arrive to the airport and we get on a plane. I have never been in a car or on a plane so this is all new to me. Soon, the plane trip is over and we drive to the academy, arriving shortly. I get out of the car and wake up Silver.

"We are here already?" She asks, popping her head out of the backpack. I nod before grabbing my duffel bag and suitcase and following Ms April to a small building. In there are two people, a man.

"Hello Mr Kaplan, I have a new student here. Aphmau. Can you do the test with her?" Ms April asks.

"Sure. Here, take this styler." He gives me a styler and I put it in my arm.

"I will take your stuff up to your room. I should be back by the time you are finished." Ms April takes all of my things before leaving.

"Now that we are alone... catch this pichu." He says, a pichu coming into the room.

"Capture on?" I shout, releasing the capture disc. I then spin it around the pichu, capturing it.

"Okay, good going. That's pretty impressive. You shall now become a member of our secret army, the inscrutable Team School. As proof of your membership, you are conferred a School Styler that you just used... together we shall rule the world!" He starts to laugh evilly. Or try to but that is a terrible attempt. This is why I don't talk to humans...

"Please don't tease my student with a silly performance like that." Ms April walks back into the room.

"Ahahaha, sorry, sorry. The timing was just too perfect to miss. Ahem... Congratulations! You have passed the Ranger School's entrance exam with flying colors! That really was quite an impressive capture." Mr Kaplan rubs the back of his neck, grinning.

"Anyway, I will take you to your room. You will start class tomorrow." She tells me. "Bye Mr Kaplan." She waves.

"Bye guys! Have a nice school life!" He shouts as we leave the room. We walk through the courtyard that has lots of different Pokémon playing around before going into the main building. She takes me up the stairs at the very end of the hallway.

"As you are a student on a scholarship provided by me, you get the room with the rest of them. Luckily for you, you are the only student who is here because of me. Nobody else has caught my interest but you." She tells me before stopping in front of a door. "This is it. Choose any bedroom you like and there is food served out in the main room we walked through every morning and afternoon. Just go up to the chef and ask for your order to be made. If you need anything else, come to me. Also as you have no money, I will provide you with pocket money every month for your own personal use. Have fun and good luck in your room. I will collect you from your room on the morning and your uniform is in the closet." She walks away so I push the door open to see such an elegant room. It's much like a living room and a kitchen joined together with a huge tv screen and couches and beanbags. There are six doors that are labelled bedrooms. I open the doors to see some with one bed and others with bunk beds. In total, ten people can sleep here. They all have connected bathrooms as well. I take the one with a purple and black colour scheme and only one bed. It's also the one that looks the best and I will never experience anything like this again.

"Nice place." Silver tries to jump out of the bag but fails from being in pain. I pick her up and place her on the bed before going back into the living room and grabbing my stuff, taking them back with me. If I'm going to be here for two years then I better start unpacking.
