We're finally back in Castelia City, and Hugh says, "So this is Castelia City... It's much bigger than I'd heard! But, it doesn't matter! I'm going to find Team Plasma no matter where they run!"

Then we decide to exchange our Rotom Phone Contact numbers so that we could actually call each other. But when he notices a ship, we gulp a little. "That's a strange ship. A sailing ship in this day and age?"

After he leaves, I say, "No doubt about it... that might be Team Plasma's Frigate..."

Alice says, "It seems empty though..."

We decide to ignore the ship and head inside Castelia City. Now that the Venipede problem is gone, we can finally explore this giant place. We are starting in Oceanfront Road.

A Harlequin approaches us and says, "Welcome to Castelia City! It's the Castelia Harlequin Hunt! I bet this is your first visit to Castelia City."

"Actually no." We all say.

He wants us to find the three Harlequins, so we have to find them. One is waiting in the Medal Office, another is in Passerby Analytics HQ, and the third is hiding out in the Battle Company building. After we meet the three others, we talk to this clown again to receive a Rare Candy.

We also find that the Skyarrow Bridge is now closed. Some workers are inspecting the bridge, so it may be a while until it is open to the public again.

There is also the Royal Unova which we can only board in evening, and now is not the time. Cilan was really excited to go there, though. We can still take a ship to Liberty Garden from the Liberty Pier.

Once we arrive, we meet up with Professor Juniper, she says, "It has been a while since we last met. How's your journey?"

"It's fine, but what are you doing here?" I ask.

"We're researching for a Pokemon known as Victini. In the Unova Pokedex, Victini was assigned a special number: Zeo. I've heard the special number was assigned in the hope that Victini's power to bring victory would be shared with the Trainer who travels with this Pokedex..."

"So Victini is on this island? I want to meet it." Iris says.

"Me too. It will be exciting to see such a Mythical Pokemon." Cilan says.

But then we're hungry as we decide to make some macaroons for snacks. And while we're eating, I find that it is gone, much to our confusion. "Wait, where is the macaron?"

"You probably ate it. It won't disappear out of thin air." Golly says, and I decide to shrug it off as some trainers are approaching me for battles. And when I'm battling a trainer using Herdier against Hydreigon, but when it is sent to the wall, I can't believe what I'm seeing. A Victini appears and it's sharing its powers to Herdier. And when it uses Reversal, it defeats Hydreigon in one shot.

"That was a powerful Reversal you have there, Herdier!" Alice says.

After the trainers leave, I say, "I think that was the work of Victini..."

"Victini? What are you talking about?" Cilan asks.

"I saw it... Herdier gained power from Victini so that he could win that Hydreigon..." I say. "The real one is here!"

"So where is it?" Golly asks as we are trying to find it. I say, "It seems that Victini can also become invisible. It can do that."

"What should we do?" Alice asks.

"Cilan, you still have those Macaroons?" I ask, and Cilan nods. "I have some."

I throw the Macaroon in the air, and suddenly it floats before disappearing. When he falls to the ground, it shows itself.

"There it is! Victini!" Eve says.

"So it does exist!" I say while trying to give him the Macaroon, but it is sacred as he tries to be invisible. I try to eat the macaroon as he yells, "No! No! No! I'm sorry!"

I chuckle before giving Victini the Macaroon. "To think Victini appear for a Macaroon..." Alice says.

"So was it good?" I ask. Victini does a V pose, and we all decide to introduce ourselves. "Victini, is it true that Herdier got stronger because you gave them your power?"

"Of course!" Victini says.

Then Pikachu, Axew, and Absol play with Victini, and we explore the Liberty Garden together. We also notice the small room where Victini used to live, and I say, "So this used to be your room..."

Victini nods, and after exploring the whole place, it is time for us to leave. Victini doesn't like us to go and wants to join our team, much to our delight. However, just before we can catch it, Team Rocket appears again and they try to seal Victini in a cage.

"Team Rocket!" I gasp in frustration.

"Not you guys again." Cilan says.

They want to take Victini's powers so that they can become victorious, but Victini uses a Searing Shot to break through the cage, much to their horror.

"You can't underestimate the Victory Pokemon, you know." I say. "Victini, show them what you got with V-Create!"

"V-Create?" Alice asks, and then we see Victini's head glowing and he charges at the balloon, sending them flying once more.

"That was so cool..." Iris says. And we finally get to capture Victini without any problem.

Victini: The Victory Pokemon: Psychic and Fire Type. This Pokémon brings victory. It is said that Trainers with Victini always win, regardless of the type of encounter.

After we're done, we also head to the Battle Company. We meet the Janitor at the entrance. The elderly man used to be the Battle Company's President, a title that now rests with his grandson. He claims that his dream as president is to release a device that lets people talk to Pokémon, but that doesn't seem to have finished.

We also head to the Unity Pier to check out the Unity Tower, which is actually a place for all of the International Trades and meetings. We meet all kinds of trainers and talk to them. Once we're done, we decide to head back to Castelia City.

There is also the Passerby Analytics HQ, where people gather for surveying, we have been asked a lot of questions regarding our love of Pokemon, and give us Rare Candies in the end.

Castelia Street is where the Game Freak Building is located. We know for sure that there is one of the buildings in each region and they are the ones who give the Professors the template for the Pokedex completion awards.

Mode Street is the street where we can buy Castelia Cones, and we all have a taste while relaxing on the street. Eve says, "There sure is a lot of places we can explore here in Castelia City."

"I agree. There is also Cafe Sonata, which is a musical cafe." Alice says. "And then the Castelia Gym as well."

After we're finished, we head to the gym, only to find Shelly there. "Welcome back, you guys."

"Hey, Shelly. Now we have two badges, the gym should be ready, right?" I ask.

"Sorry, but my Dad is not in the gym... maybe you should try to look for him if you want to. All he said was that there's trouble and then he's gone..."

"Huh? Burgh vanished again?" Iris groans. "Isn't Burgh always vanishing, though? He always says he's got artist's block and just goes wandering out of the Gym."

"That's Dad for you." Shelly says.

I say, "But don't forget, we're also here to search for Team Plasma as well. You know where they might be hiding?"

Shelly says, "Have you checked out the Castelia Sewers, yet?"

We nod as we all bid her farewell and head to the Sewers, it is then we meet up with Hugh again.

"Did you find Team Plasma?!" Hugh asks.

"Sorry, but we only find their empty ship." I say.

"Augh! Those dirty Pokémon thieves! That means the only place I still haven't checked is..." He tries to rush into the Sewers, and I yell, "Hey, Hugh! Wait!"

"He is also a little kid... but he's right about that. The sewers are a perfect place for hiding!" Iris says.

In the sewers, Hugh says, "Even I'm going to have trouble taking them on all by myself... I think it is better if we tag along right now."

"That sounds like a good idea." I say as we all move around in the Sewers. I say, "The last time we came here was because of Team Rocket's mess... Castelia City was in a locked-down because of it."

After searching for a while, we finally find the Team Plasma grunts. "What do you want?"

"Team Plasma! You villains!" Hugh yells.

"What? Don't treat us like villains! And don't interfere with our plans to liberate Pokemon!" The grunt says.

"Liberate? Ha! You're just ordinary Pokémon thieves! And what's more, you use those stolen Pokémon like they're tools!" Hugh says back.

"Shaddap! Hand over your Pokemon!" Then we're battling the grunts, and they're using Sandile and Scraggy. We manage to defeat them and our Purrloin also evolve into Liepard.

Liepard: The Cruel Pokemon: Dark Type. Evolve from Purrloin at LV:20. These Pokémon vanish and appear unexpectedly. Many Trainers are drawn to their beautiful form and fur.

"They're really tough! But whatever! We've got the Pokemon we need! Now, we flee!"

They try to run away again, and Hugh says, "Tch! They run away like Patrat! OK! Let's go farther inside! There might be more in there!"

"I don't think that's necessary." It is then Burgh shows up.

"It's Burgh!" I say with delight.

"Long time no see, my friends." Burgh smiles. "There was no one suspicious beyond here!"

"Is that...so?" Eve asks.

"Yes indeedy! I'm concerned about Team Plasma as well. More importantly, shall we leave this place? For some reason, this sewer is bugging me." Burgh asks.

"Huh... Didn't you and the other Gym Leaders fight Team Plasma two years ago?" Hugh asks before turning to us. "Thanks for your help. Here, use this!"

Another HM for Strength... well, Golly is the one taking that. Hugh says, "I'll find those other Team Plasma punks! I... I'll never forgive Pokémon thieves! No way!"

Burgh says, "He's gone..."

"Well look what we have here?" It is then another person walks out, we gasp as we know him as Lillie's Uncle Colress.

"That was an excellent demonstration of battling. The way you brought out the power of your Pokémon against an opponent like Team Plasma... Astounding. Simply astounding. Interesting as well. I see..."

"Uncle Colress. What are you doing here?" I ask.

"Oh, I'm just doing my fieldwork with the Aether Foundation, and then I saw you guys battling the Team Plasma grunts." Colress says.

"So how's your work doing?" Burgh asks, "Nothing suspicious, right?"

"Of course. We'll see you later." Then Colress leaves, and Burgh says, "What are you going to do? You can stay here and train your Pokémon. Or maybe you should come challenge me, the Gym Leader! Be seeing you!"

After he leaves, we arrive at the park with a bunch of Normal Type Pokemon that Iris and Cilan haven't seen before. I say, "Apparently, this is where it all began for Castelia City."

"That is also cool." Alice says.

We decide to do some training here, and we are surprised to find two wild Pokemon that we want to capture: A Cottonee and a Petilil. Both of them are Grass Type Pokemon that we like to capture, and it is also fortunate that we find two Sun Stones in the area as well. So in the end, we decide to use them to evolve the two and capture them.

Cottonee: The Cotton Puff Pokemon: Grass and Fairy Type. When attacked, it escapes by shooting cotton from its body. The cotton serves as a decoy to distract the attacker.

Whimsicott: The Windveiled Pokemon: Grass and Fairy Type. Evolve from Cottonee with a Sun Stone. Riding whirlwinds, they appear. These Pokémon sneak through gaps into houses and cause all sorts of mischief.

Petilil: The Bulb Pokemon: Grass Type. Since they prefer moist, nutrient-rich soil, the areas where Petilil live are known to be good for growing plants.

Lilligant: The Flowering Pokemon: Grass Type. Evolve from Petilil with a Sun Stone. Even veteran Trainers face a challenge in getting its beautiful flower to bloom. This Pokémon is popular with celebrities.

And we also evolve our Pidove into a Tranquill when trying to capture the two Pokemon.

Tranquill: The Wild Pigeon Pokemon: Normal and Flying Type. Evolve from Pidove at LV:21. Many people believe that, deep in the forest where Tranquill live, there is a peaceful place where there is no war.

After we're dong here, it's time for us to head to Castelia City Gym for my third gym battle.

Here is a new chapter, and in this chapter, we're finally finished with the whole of Castelia City. I hope you like it and the next chapter will be the gym battle.
