Name: Noura Katalin

Age: 16

Appearance: Noura has straight brown hair that people assume has been tampered with in the years past, but she argues it is completely natural. When it is wet, which is often, it appears black like asphalt. She wears headbands to remove the hair from her eyes when she is out fishing with her father, and her eyes glimmer ever though they are a darkened, honey color. Her skin has a tan tone from being outside for most of her life and her nose crinkles out of habit from the years of scraping up the animals' manure. She's fairly tall, standing at exactly six feet, but her wrists are frail, along with her ankles. Noura's teeth aren't bright, but they are rather white for the family she comes from.

Past: Noura knows what it is like to work hard. She's experienced it all her life. From waking early to tend to the pigs and cows, to staying up late to do the same exact job, she is diligent and lacks a tiresome nature. She's energetic about the work she does, since she's an only child and her parents depend on her to do most of their farms' work. She knows most of the animals by name, yet she is never sorrowful when they are sent to be slaughtered. She had suffered from an acute insomnia at age ten from working so much, but it subsided after several lectures from her mother, Kathryn. Her boyfriend, Thom, visits her often to aid her day's work. "He's handsome," Noura says, "but even more so, simply there."

Personality: Noura is the one to watch others make her smile, instead of doing all the talking. She never tries to conceal her laugh, whether or not people tell her it is the loudest one they've ever heard. She's wild in social situations, scaling her bubbly personality to party animal status. Noura is tender, but occasionally blunt and her heart has room for a lot more than it holds. She loves to dance and that talent is overshadowed by the work with the animals. Most would say she is the alpha friend, but that is untrue. That is, in fact, her boyfriend, Thom. He's louder than her, abrasive like her, and is rather problematic when they get together. Noura's one major flaw in her persona is her inability to believe when someone says they love her.

Plans for Games: Fight for what she wants. To never back down because that would show off weaknesses she does not have.

Strengths:

Physical- Her hips allow swift movement, and she's developed a rather keen eyesight from all of the dark nights of shadowed work. It is the same with her ears; they hear very well. She also has skilled hands.

Internal- Her persistence, determination, and possibly even her lack of trust in others. In addition, she doesn't become over-emotional in terms of death and life.

Weaknesses:

Physical- Her wrists and ankles grew to be unusually small, especially compared to her thighs and forearms. She can run long-distance, but not fast.

Internal- Her lack of trust is both a weakness and a strength, and she doesn't know how she sounds to other people. Her fears eradicate her entire personality, and when present, she adapts a frozen and slow stature.

Deepest, Darkest Secret: "I'd rather not say, but honesty hour would tell you my hands have been stained red before."

Greatest Fear: Nature phenomenons, such as earthquakes or a blizzard.

Type of Person/Personality They Clash With: The introverted boy, the shy girl, and anyone fake or falsely active.

Potential Ally Strategy: Anybody who promises to work just as hard as her. Anyone willing to jog that extra mile and slice that extra throat.

Weapon of Choice: The sharpest knife possible.

Token: Something beautiful. Only she wants to know what it is.

Trinket Levingsview: The other tributes may just be like lambs to a slaughter against you. Hard-working, with just the right blend of friendly and deadly to work with. I'll enjoy watching you.
