A/N so hey guys! This is a Songfic (My second, tho I haven't published the first yet) using a warrior cats filler from my group RP on RPN. He ended up breaking all his legs in a fox attack. So I thought this would be fitting to do a songfic as he tries to recover. Also he's gay and in love with a angry cat named Breezefur. So let's start this Lighningnolegs songfic, shall we? Oh also the camp is on a tiny mountain/rocky hill.

Lightningstorm lies in his nest, sad and depressed.

I messed up tonight
I lost another fight
Lost to myself, but I'll just start again.

He slowly gets up, painfully pulling himself forward using his front legs.

I keep falling down

He slumps down on his belly.

I keep on hitting the ground
But I always get up now to see what's next

He pulls himself forward again, over to a cliff, and he looks at the sky.

Birds don't just fly
They fall down and get up
Nobody learns without getting it wrong

He looks over at some birds in the sky, and keeps singing.

Slowly as the moons pass, he works hard to strengthen his paws.

He crawls over to Breezefur with a plump pigeon in his jaws, asking to share, but Breezefur doesn't notice.

A few weeks later...

Lightningstorm slowly tries to hobble over to Breezefur, but the medicine cat drags him back.

Lightningstorm, now almost fully walking, asks his crush if he wants to hunt, but Breezefur ignores him.

Lightningstorm gives his crush flowers.

He gets dragged away by the med cat again.

He tries to get close to Breezefur, but is shut out by his friends.

Starfrost sings, dragging him back.

He trudges onwards towards the camp exit, where Breezefur is.

He pauses at the cliff and looks out over it.

Flashback to him tripping as he tries to get to Breezefur.

Flashback to him staring at Breezfur from his nest, as the days go by.

Back to the present where Lightningstorm again starts trudging onwards to Breezefur using his broken paws.
