It wasn't long before Doctor Connors and some friends of his arrived to pick up Morbius. But there was many questions surrounding the end of the battle between him and Spider-Woman. First and foremost was the bite on Beca's arm. It wasn't bad and she didn't lose much blood, but there was some concerns as to whether or not it would lead to anything drastic. Well, Morbius turning other people into vampires was a rare case anyway, but Beca's radioactive blood made her completely immune to any nasty effects the bite could've had on her.

But that wasn't the only thing her blood did, apparently it had some sort of effect on Morbius. The now former monster confessed that when he consumed Beca's blood, he no longer had the urge to consume other's blood. Connors developed the theory that that, combined with the shocks he suffered, may have cured Morbius. At least, for the moment it did. They would still need to run some test before being sure of anything, but for now, everything was ok.

Beca still had that nasty bite on her arm though, but Connors had something to take care of that with no worries. That, combined with a kiss and a soothing hand from Chloe was all it took. Beca didn't even need a bandage or anything, except for her redhead of course. Not only that, but they still had plenty of time for their Halloween Party.

"In the event that he isn't fully cured, I may need you to send samples of your blood to make sure he doesn't get out of control again" Connors stated to Beca, Chloe and Fat Amy as they stood in the corner, where none of the other guest could hear them.

"If it keeps him from turning into a monster again, I'll do it, as creepy as it may be" Beca agreed with an eye roll.

Chloe and Connors giggled from her last remark. "I still can't believe that was an actual vampire" Chloe admitted. "Nor that he came after me, that I survived and you fought him"

"I can't believe you went off to fight a vampire without me" Amy included. "You know how long and how badly I've wanted to kick a vampire's ass?"

"I'll bring you in on the next one" Beca smirked after shaking her head, Chloe and Connors giggling as Amy seemed to cheer up. "Oh and how's ur boss doing?" Beca turned to Chloe at the sudden realization.

"She's ok, probably has a small concussion and still a little freaked out, but she's ok" she stated in relief.

"That's splendid news" Connors nodded. "And Michael truly is sorry for everything he's done, it was just something he couldn't control"

"Well, at least he can now" Beca mentioned. "So I guess, in a way, it's good that he came here"

"Yea, except I'm probably gonna have nightmares from the sight of him" Chloe retorted, making Beca laugh.

"Don't worry, I can make that better too" Beca promised with a kiss on the cheek, making the ginger smile.

"Hey, save it for after the party you two" Amy joked, making the future spouses giggle.

"So, are you two married?" Connors curiously asked.

"Almost" Beca answered.

"Yea we're getting there" Chloe followed as she showed Connors the ring, and Beca showed her's as well.

"Well, this really is a small world we live in" Connors smiled in amazement, not believing a former colleague and a former student somehow got together. "I'm very happy for you both"

"Thankyou" they said simultaneously.

"You sure you can't stick around a little longer? Our party's small but it's fun" Beca offered.

"I would love to, but I have to get back and make sure Michael is safe" Connors regrettably replied.

"We understand" Beca smiled assuringly.

"It was really good to see you again though" Chloe smiled.

"Likewise" Connors nodded and accepted the hug she was offering.

He then gave a hug to both Beca and Amy, thanked them for all the help they did, expressed how happy he was to see them doing so well and said his goodbyes. The three ladies also expressed how happy they were to see him doing well, wished to see him again and said goodbye as well.

The rest of the night was filled with the usual Halloween party stuff. Cute fancy drinks, trick-or-treaters approaching here and there, some party guest in costumes, others in just regular attires, and lots of fancy food, drinks, props and decorations to go around. The only real downfall was making sure Amy didn't steal all of the candy. But there was plenty of treats to go around for everyone.

It wasn't a big party, just people that Beca and Chloe worked with. Sadly, none of the other Cleftomaniacs could make it. But Beca and Chloe still got to chat with them in a group video chat. The maniacs went livid over hearing that Beca fought a real vampire. They thought it was the coolest thing ever, especially CR and Emily. So of course, there was a bunch of Buffy the vampire slayer jokes that went around and a bunch of other remarks and comments on what a badass night watcher or monster fighter Beca was and many other remarks like that.

It was pretty flattering, and funny, for the brunette to hear those comments. But sadly, it came time to close down. Then after that, the party had to close down too. Beca and Chloe thanked all of the guest for coming, wished them a safe trip home and saw them out the door. All that was left now was to just clean everything up. They also still had some left over goodies that they could help themselves to.

The three ladies consumed the treats as they stayed up watching a horror flick. It couldn't be too scary because it was late, but good enough to satisfy them all. Beca and Chloe stayed cuddled to each other the whole time, happy to be back in each other's safe comforting arms after the day they had. But now, it was starting to get real late and they needed to finish up and crash. They were now just finishing cleaning up.

"Alright, goodnight webhead" Amy said once they were done.

"Goodnight Ames" Beca replied as she headed to her bedroom. However, Chloe was nowhere in sight. "Chloe? Chloe!" Beca called, and then was startled when the redhead popped out with the same werewolf mask Beca used earlier.

"Told you I getchu back" she grinned after removing the mask, Beca giving her a vengeful, but slightly impressed look.

"That was a risky move you just made red" Beca noted.

"Well you know how much I love taking risk" she whispered before planting a soft kiss on the DJ's lips. "Come on, there's a couple of things I need to show you before we call a stop to this interesting day" she noted as she started pulling Beca into their shared bedroom.

The first thing that Chloe wanted to show her was, interesting enough, the book of Twilight. After Chloe had explained it earlier, and since Beca had gotten more then she bargained for on real vampires, she thought she might as well give this one a try. They could only get through a few chapters, but it seemed to be enough for now.

"Ok, I'll admit, it's not bad so far" Beca said as she slightly sat up from cuddling the ginger's side.

"See? I told you" Chloe proudly smiled as she sat the book down.

"Don't get cocky red, we still have a ways to go, and don't think I'm gonna run back to the movies after this" Beca noted.

"Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't their an actress on there that looked a lot like you?" she asked.

"Don't know, don't want to, hope to God there isn't" Beca stated as she laid back, causing the ginger to giggle.

"Well don't worry, you'll like this, I'm sure of it" Chloe promised.

"Mostly, I'm just hoping I can go back to liking vampires in general after tonight" Beca admitted.

"Maybe I can help with that" Chloe smiled as she tapped on Beca's chest and planted a kiss. "Wait right here, this is the second thing I wanted to show you" she stated as she got up and went inside the closet.

Beca giggled as she sat up and waited for the ginger. "What is it red, a cute little vampire costume?"

"Mmm, something like that" Chloe innocently replied. "Think of it as a Halloween gift, or party favor. I'm sure you'll love vampires even more after this, and Halloween with it"

Beca chuckled under her breath from the remark. "Look Chloe, it's late, and this really isn't-woah...."

"You were saying?" Chloe smirked after she stepped out. She was wearing a Halloween vampire related lingerie outfit that went perfectly with her light skin and red hair. It was safe to say vampires had been redeemed in the eyes of Beca Mitchell.

"Oh my.....God I love this holiday"
