Waterwish woke me the next morning, I found it odd to find the elder up and about. I looked at her with a confused expression, she looked at me once more and bekond me to follow. We padded out into the frozen forest, she turned to me and sat, I did the same.
"Why are we out here?" I asked.
"I was padding beside the lake and found something strange," Waterwish said, we went through a bush and looked at the lake. We saw Starclan cats dancing around on the frozen lake, I looked on in amazement when a shadow on the other side of the lake looked at me. The starclan cats looked at the shadow then to us, the shadow stepped onto the lake and got halfway when the starclan cats stood in a battle line. Me and Waterwish looked on in confusion, the starclan cats didn't move only they kept looking at the shadow as it tried to get around them. The shadow was jet black with green eyes, the shadow also had silver stripes on its back. The shadow reminded me of a cat only it appeared bigger and angrier than a normal cat, it seemed to be talking to the starclan cats. I could only make out fractions of it though, from its voice seemed to be that of a she-cat.
"Why do you not let me..................... Why can I not go near them they should know....................... I will go now," the shadow said before running of into the dark. The starclan cats turned to us, it was a white tabby that stepped forward.
"That shadow was a real cat, her name is Hollywhisp, she has the ability to appear as a shadow so she blends in during fights, she is apart of a prophecy that your clan is apart of, she has a kind heart but we never let her join in the dance because she could fall through the ice, we have to stop her from falling through or the prophecy shall not go through, Shatteredfang, Waterwish go back to camp but do not tell any cat of this or the clan shall try to destroy the frozen waters on which we dance," he said, we nodded and went back to camp. I went to my nest to think about what I saw.
