Yza raced down the street of his city, and panted as he reached Card Capital 2. He smiled and entered in, saying hello to everyone there. But one specific boy caught his eye.
"Abyssal waves, upsurge the undead pirates to victory!! Ride my avatar, Vampire Princess of Night Fog, Nightrose (11000)! Liberating the Generation Zone!!" The boy exclaimed.
"Generation Zone?" Mumbled Yza, as he approached the black haired boy.
"You don't know what the generation zone is?" Questioned the boy. He had brown eyes and a orange jacket with purple sleeves, to go with his blue t-shirt and black pants. His smart leather shoes made him look smart. "King of the seas, explode with your power!! Rise from the undead, Generation Stride!! Pirate King of Secret Schemes, Bandit Rum (15000 > 26000)! Stride skill, counterblast 1 and call from the drop zone Witch Doctor of Corrosion Sea, Negrorook (9000), and it gets power +2000 until end of turn, and I make him Hollow! (9000 > 11000)" He said.
"Yeah, what is it?" Yza asked. "Oh, and the name is Yza, Yza Blade."
"Wyvon. Nice to meet you Blade. Anyways, the Generation Zone is there, above the drop zone. You can only have up to 8 cards there, and their face down unless their turned face up. There are Generation Break skills that are active while you have equal or more G Units on your vanguard circle and G Zone there." Wyvon explained.
"Hey, focus on me, not your noob friend!" The opponent retorted.
"Yeah yeah. Call, Rough Seas Banshee to rear guard, and with a boost from her, Negrorook attacks! Skill activated, he gets power +2000 when he attacks, and if he's Hollowed, an extra 5000 power! (11000 > 16000 > 18000 > 23000)" Wyvon said.
"No guard. (Ancient Dragon, Criollofall) Just him," He said.
"Now, my vanguard attacks with a boost from Parting Shade! (26000 > 34000)" Wyvon declared.
"Guard with Ancient Dragon, Rockmine! Skill, counterblast 1 and call the top 5 cards of my deck to guardian circle! (Ancient Dragon, Gioconda, Sonic Noa, Ancient Dragon, Dinodile, Ancient Dragon Flame Maiden, Ancient Dragon, Spinocommando) (11000 > 41000)" He said. "Two triggers!"
"Triple drive! (Gourgeous Shade) a draw. Power to vanguard and draw! (34000 > 39000) Second (Freddy the Ghostie) No trigger there. Third! (Graham the Ghostie) a stand! Standing Negrorook, power to vanguard! (39000 > 44000)" Wyvon said proudly.
"Damage check (Ancient Dragon, Parawall) No trigger." He replied.
"Negrorook attacks! 7000 extra power! (18000)" Wyvon said. He looked at his damage zone and hand.
"N-no guard. Damage check (Ancient Dragon, Spinocommando) No trigger. You win," He sighed.
"You played well." Wyvon said back.
"I would like to play you again sometime, when I'm better of course." His opponent grinned.
"Hah, you'll never beat the brilliant Wyvon!" He cheered.
"Wyvon, may I have a game?" Yza asked.
"Huh? Sure." He smiled.

Yza took out his FiCa from his pocket and plugged it in.
"That looks new," Wyvon commented, plugging in his FiCa.
"Yep. Got it yesterday," Yza said, looking at the field to choose from. Wyvon finished shuffling his deck and drew 5 cards.
"Go ahead and pick it, I'm not bothered where it is." Wyvon smiled.
"This one." Yza said, choosing two abandoned ships.
"Granblue ships huh? Interesting. Ready to go?" Wyvon asked.
"Yep," Yza said.
"Stand up (undead!) Vanguard!" Wyvon and Yza said simutainiously.
"Undying Departed, Grenache!" Wyvon said, vanguard circle shone a blue.
"Starkid Archer!" Yza said. Ths vanguard circle shone white with a hint of light blue. "The Granblue? Never played them." Yza thought.
"Stardust Knight? Did Bushiroad make a new clan?!" Wyvon thought. "Interesting. I'll start," He said. "Draw. Ride, Underling Pirate Skeleton, pulling back Grenache and making him Hollow. With that I end, and since Grenache was Hollow, I retire him at the end of my turn."

Starkid Archer appeared on a dark boat, Star Gate flag torn up and seas crashing. Opposite to him was a similiar boat, but with a Maganicalla flag, also torn up, but on the other side was a pirate with dirty blonde hair with a cutless in each hand. He was replaced by a sketelon with a brush in her hand.

"Retiring him already? What?" Yza asked.
"You'll see soon enough," Wyvon smirked. "Go ahead, its your move."
"Ride, Starblade Shooter, and I call Infinifire! Starblade Shooter, attacks! (8000)" Yza said.

Starblade Shooter was ridden, and the the mecha (Infinifire) appeared, and Starblade spun his gun around in his hand and shot a flurry of bullets at the skeleton, followed by a brutal slash with his blade.

"No guard," Wyvon replied.
"Drive check! (Shooting Star Dragon) I got nothin'." Yza said.
"Damage check! (Rough Seas Banshee) Critical trigger, all effects to vanguard. (7000 > 12000) (1★ > 2★)" Wyvon said.
"Damn it. I shoulda attacked with rear-guard first... End." Yza said, frustrated with himself.

"Stand and draw. Ride, Death Fog Knight of Tainted Sword! And I call Shadow of Lord, Sultana. With a boost from Sultana, my vanguard, attacks!! (16000)" Wyvon said.
"No guard," Yza said.
"Drive check! (Gorgeous Shade) a draw trigger. Power to vanguard and draw! (16000 > 21000)" Wyvon exclaimed.
"Damage check, (Starflinging Catapulter) No trigger." Yza said.
"Thats my turn over to you." Wyvon grinned.

"Stand and draw. Ride, Bashful Starstriker! Then I call over Infinifire, Starfortress." Yza said, and was about to attack when Wyvon cut him off.
"Heres a better idea instead of retiring your rear-guard. You can move rear-guards up and down the rear-guard circle, but not side to side, and the vanguard can't move, but thats beside the point, I would move back Inifinifire and then call your Starfortress. Sound better?"
"Oh!" Yza said surprised. "I didn't know that."
"All noobs don't know. Anyways, continue on." Wyvon said.
"Alright, I call True Starknight of Seventh Battalion and with a boost from him, my vanguard attacks! (10000 > 14000)" Yza said.
"No guard!" Wyvon smirked.
"Trigger check, (Twinkick Starknight) critical trigger! Power to Starfortress (8000 > 13000) and critical stays with vanguard! (1★ > 2★)" Yza said.
"Damage check. First (Death Fog Knight of Cursed Spear) and second (Freddy the Ghostie). No trigger on either." Wyvon laughed.
"Starfortress attacks the vanguard (13000)!" Yza said, narrowing his eyes to show he meant business.
"Guard with Gorgeous Shade. (10000 > 15000)" Wyvon replied.
"End of my turn." Yza sighed.

"Stand and draw. Abyssal waves, upsurge the undead pirates to victory! Ride my avatar, Vampire Princess of Night Fog, Nightrose!!" Wyvon grinned, and the vanguard circle expanded a deep ocean blue.

The knight was surronded by waves that crashed up from the boat and circled round him, and they cleared to reveal a vampire princess pirate, who held a cutless, and two green ghosts surronded her.

"Call, Graham and Colombard. Next, with a boost from Graham, Colobard attacks the vanguard!! (9000 > 13000)" Wyvon said.
"Intercept with Starfortress! Skill, it gains an extra 5000 shield when intercepting! (10000 > 20000)" Yza said.
"Your overguarded, Blade. No matter now, vanguard attacks!! (11000 > 17000)" Wyvon exclaimed.
"No guard!" Yza said bravely.
"Twin drive! First (Rough Seas Banshee) a critical! Power to Colombard (9000 > 14000), critical to vanguard! (1★ > 2★) Then my second check! (Rough Seas Banshee) Whoo, critical hype! Critical to vanguard (2★ > 3★), and power to Colombard. (14000 > 19000)" Wyvon cheered in victory.
"Thank you for pulling double critical on me." Yza smirked. Three cards flew into the damage zone, as Yza did his damage check. "Damage check, (Cargocarrier, Stardust Charger) draw trigger. Power to vanguard and draw. (10000 > 15000) Second and third. (Starshooting Elf, Starblade Shooter) No triggers for those two."
"And I end." Wyvon said, before realisation crashed on him.

He had no G Units and thanked him for the 3 crit attack. He checked his damage zone and... Oh no, it was 4 damage. Wyvon was sure his deck was a Limit Break deck, and a card that was revealed earlier proved it.

~Earlier~

"Drive check! (Shooting Star Dragon) I got nothin'." Yza said.

~Present~

"GAAAAH!!" Cried Wyvon.
"Get ready to meet your maker. Stand and draw! Shootdown my opponents with a endless star attack!! Ride my avatar! Shooting Star Dragon!!" Yza exclaimed, vanguard circle expanding. It was a light blue.

Bashful was engulfed in a bright light, wings sprouted out from the back of him, arms shooting out, claws growing. Dragon legs popped out, and the dragon's head pushed out, emerald green eyes shot fear at the opponent. The light cleared as he roared.
"Bow down before the star!!" Shooting Star yelled, a bright light dazed the undead pirates.

"Call, Speeddust Dragon! Now, I place True Starknight into soul, 3000 power to my vanguard! (11000 > 14000) Then, I call Starblade Shooter. With a boost from Starblade, my vanguard attacks!! (14000 > 22000) And... LIMIT BREAK!!!" Yza exclaimed, Wyvon shook in fear on what was going to happen next. A light blue circle spun around ontop of the card, the 4 cards in his damage zone shining white. "Counterblast 2, discarding a grade 3, shuffling back 3 cards in my drop zone into deck, and revealing the top 3 cards of my deck and call any grade 1 and greater cards!!" Yza shouted, flipping over the top 3 cards. It was True Starknight of Seventh Battalion, Fullforce Startactian and Cataclysm Shieldkid. "Call, Fullforce and Shieldkid behind him!! Are you gonna guard my vanguard's attack?"
"Perfect guard with Freddy the Ghostie!" Wyvon said, holding back his stammer.
"Twin drive. First (Shooting Star Dragon) and second (Twinkick Starknight) critical trigger. Power to Speeddust (9000 > 14000), critical with Startactian. (1★ > 2★) With a boost from Shieldkid, Startactian, attacks!! (9000 > 15000) (2★)" Yza declared.
"No guard, damage check... First (Shadow of Lord, Sultana) and second (Witch Doctor of the Corrosion Sea, Negrorook) no triggers on either." Wyvon sighed, dissapointed.
"Speeddust attacks! Skill, its gets 3000 power! (14000 > 19000)" Yza shouted.
"Guard with Rough Seas Banshee! (11000 > 21000)" Wyvon panted.
"And that concludes my turn." Yza smiled.

"Stand and draw. Let me show you the power of... Generation Stride!" Wyvon smirked. "LIBERATING THE GENERATION ZONE!! King of schemes and the underworld, lead our troops to victory! Generation... STRIDE!!! Pirate King of Secret Schemes, Bandit Rum!"

Nightrose was soon engulfed by a wave, and soon she dissapeared, turning into a pirate king with a floppy hat and a skull for a weapon.
"Generation... Stride?" Shooting Star mumbled.
"Nightrose's stride skill, counterblast 1, and call from the drop zone Grenache! He gets 2000 power (5000 > 7000) and I'll make him Hollow. Then I call Dragon Undead, Bone Dragon to rear-guard! With a boost from Grenache, Bone attacks you vanguard! Skill, counterblast 1 and 3000 added power!! (10000 > 17000 > 20000)" Wyvon declared.
"Guard with Twinkick! (11000 > 21000)" Yza said.
"Vanguard attack! (26000 > 36000)" Wyvon shouted.
"No guard." Yza said. "Presuming he uses 4 critical, 1 is in the drop zone, 1 is in hand and 1 is in the damage zone. He's unlikely to pull one now." Yza thought.
"Grade 4's have a special skill called triple drive. Triple drive check!!" Wyvon smirked. "First, (Freddy the Ghostie) second, (Graham the Ghostie) stand trigger. All effects to Grenache. (7000 > 12000) third (Rough Seas Banshee) the power of three trigger checks!! Power to Grenache (12000 > 17000) and critical with vanguard. (1★ > 2★)" Wyvon smirked.
"What?!" Yza said, surprised. "If he only had Twin Drive, I would be safe! Grade 4s... Its a whole different level!" Yza thought. "Damage! First (Cargocarrier, Stardust Charger) a draw trigger! All effects to vanguard and I draw! (11000 > 16000) second (Stardust Medic) A-a..." Yza stammered.
"A heal trigger!!" Blurted out a surprised Wyvon.
"I-I heal one damage, power to vanguard... (16000 > 21000)." Yza said, shocked.
"Well then, that doesn't matter. Skill! Call from the drop zone Rough Seas Banshee and she gets an extra 2000 power! (4000 > 6000) With a boost from Grenache, she attacks!! (6000 > 23000)" Wyvon gritted his teeth.
"Guard with Mage!" Yza said.
"I end. Because of Grenache's Hollow skill, retire, and because he did, I countercharge 2." Wyvon said, dissapointed.

"Wyvon." Yza said, smiling.
"What's up?" Wyvon replied.
"I've had alot of fun playing you but..." Yza said.
"But what?" Wyvon asked, confused.
"This is the final turn!!" Yza said, narrowing his eyes.
"Final turn?!" Wyvon said in shock. "This is what Toshiki Kai and Ren Suzugamori does!! What is a new player like him doing?!"
"Stand and draw!! IMAGINE THIS, MY VICTORY!!" Yza grinned. "With a boost from Starblade, my vanguard attacks!!! (11000 > 18000)" Yza exclaimed.
"Perfect guard with Freddie the Ghostie!" Wyvon said, shaking.
"LIMIT BREAK!!" And right on cue, a light blue vanguard circle span ontop of Shooting Star, and the 5 damage cards became a bright white that overwhelmed Wyvon.
"You know the drill. Hah! (Mage of Stardust, Cargocarrier, Stardust Charger, Stardust Medic) Aw man, just the one. Call and send the rest to drop zone." Yza chuckled softly. "Twin drive! (Starshooter Elf, Fullforce Startactian) Now, with a boost from Mage, Speeddust attacks!! (9000 > 15000) Skill, 3000 added power! (15000 > 18000)"
"I-I can't guard. D-damage check," Wyvon shook, he flipped the top card over. "Nightrose... You win, Blade." Wyvon smiled, as Yza danced in victory.
"That was awesome!!" Yza declared.
Kamui looked at Yza. "Stardust Knights... Could his clan link with whats- No, I'm going crazy again. Or could it? No, Kamui think straight!" He thought, slapping his cheeks.
"Katsuragi, may I have a game?" Wyvon asked politely.
"Ok then!" Kamui said, getting his deck out, smiling. Yet the Stardust Knights were at the back of his head the whole game.
