At the same time, at the 'Love-Nest', DK was sitting on his luxurious couch with his eyes closed. He felt like the biggest failure and dumbass in the world.

After reading his old medical report, his whole body trembled in shock from the betrayal by his loved ones. His broken heart didn't want to believe his wife's betrayal. It was Nadia who had decided to name their house 'Love-Nest' to symbolize their happy married life.

But he never imagined that their 'Love-Nest' would become a metaphorical symbol of his wife's treachery.

Tears fell from both corners of his eyes as he asked himself in a whisper mixed with disbelief and trauma, "I never hid anything from her, never lied to her. So why did she choose to cheat on me behind my back? Why did she betray me? Why did she—ahhhh!" He opened his eyes and began to shout like a madman.

His eyes were red and puffy from crying for a long time, but the fiery spark in them made him look like a furious devil ready to burn everything around him. All of a sudden, he got up from the sofa, grabbed the bowl of cake batter, and threw it with full force at the large TV screen to release his anger.

As a consequence, the center of the television screen was marred by a deep hole and numerous scratches. The off-white batter spread across the lower part of the screen, causing the bowl to fall to the floor, shattering into several pieces and creating an innovative design on the floor.

At that moment, he recalled his foe's sarcastic comments about his son. He turned his back and bent down to hold the center table, ready to destroy it. But he stopped when his eyes fell on his twin's diary. He stared at his sister's memoir for a few minutes, frozen like a statue. It seemed as though the diary was drawing his attention like a magnet, urging him to discover something new about its owner that had been kept secret from her beloved brother.

Without delay, DK grabbed the diary and stood up properly. He gently touched the cover with his fingers, trying to feel his sister's presence, a dim smile on his gloomy face. It seemed as though he had found a remedy for his old wound, which still felt as fresh as ever.

After a couple of minutes, he took the flight ticket and placed it in the diary. Then he collected the medical report along with an envelope that had not been opened yet. He could guess what might be inside and, to uncover the extent of his spouse's betrayal, he took these items and hurried upstairs to his bedroom.

But he had no knowledge that a pair of eyes had been fixed on him from the very beginning, witnessing every incident that happened within the past few hours. The observer didn't forget to record everything on a cell phone as proof and sent it to his master, who had instructed him a few years ago to keep an eye on DK and his every move, so they could make their next move according to the situation.

We should remember a fundamental rule of nature: we reap what we sow. This means our karma is determined by our present actions. It might take some time to face it, but we cannot avoid or escape the consequences of our karma, no matter how much money we have or how powerful we are.

For example, if we plant a mango seed and then pour our love, attention, labor, and care into nurturing it from the bottom of our hearts, we cannot expect it to yield watermelon or oranges. If we do, it would be a sign of our delusion or stupidity.

It was the perfect example to describe DK's current situation.

After his sister's death, when everyone, including DK, saw the CCTV footage of the cabin where Daisy had been admitted, they realized that she had removed her oxygen mask with a happy expression, willingly falling into the lap of death. She took her last breath while smiling one final time.

After watching the footage, DK didn't want to understand the true motive behind his twin's decision to end her life.

A few days earlier, he had noticed his sister's secret glances at Evelyn, which revealed her deep feelings for her. When he asked her about it, she claimed it was one-sided and that she was genuinely happy for Evelyn and Ronaldo's relationship. Consequently, he had already begun to harbor feelings of hatred toward Evelyn, even though he wasn't fully aware of it.

The moment Daisy took the bullet in her abdomen to save her love and then committed suicide in the hospital, DK immediately concluded that his sister could not endure the pain of seeing Evelyn with someone else. This, he believed, drove her to take her own life, much like solving a simple math problem where two plus two equals four.

His sister's suicide poured fuel on the fire burning in his heart and ignited an intention to seek revenge at any cost, like smoke billowing from the flames.

As a result, he judged that Evelyn and Ronaldo were responsible for his twin's death and decided to take revenge on them for crimes they never committed.

To satisfy his vengeance, he committed countless spiteful actions against them, never once considering the consequences of his deeds.

He told many lies to create a barrier between them. Even after they separated, he continued his spiteful acts against them.

But he forgot that he would have to face the consequences too. He failed to remember that whatever he did to others would come back to him with full interest.

Maybe it was the reason: while he was busy plotting against others, his wife lost her way and made the greatest mistake of her life by taking her first step in stabbing her husband in the back.

DK tried to break Evelyn's family, but in reality, he was the one living in a house of cards. When the strong wind of truth hit his so-called love nest, it collapsed neatly in the blink of an eye.

The human-made distance, arguments, and tragic moments between Evelyn, Ronaldo, and Olivia crafted an even stronger bond than before, because they never wanted to harm anyone intentionally. They tried their best to maintain clarity between their personal and professional lives. Unlike DK, they never tried to ruin anybody's life driven by personal hatred.

But DK's unconditional love and blind trust toward his spouse, combined with his intense hatred for his enemies, created a fragile bond between them. This, in turn, led to a weakened relationship between Nadia and her husband in their marriage, which was built on a foundation of lies.

As a consequence, DK received the biggest shock of his life when he discovered Dean Wilson, the illegitimate child of his wife, as the result of his past actions. He lost everything he had once been proud of.
