Cooking Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken- 1 kg
Lime juice- 1tbsp
Yoghurt (curd)- 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 2 tbsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
Chaat masala- 2tsp
Salt- as needed
Chopped coriander leaves

STEPS:

STEP 1: Cut the chicken into cubes.

STEP 2: In a large bowl, add chicken, lime juice, yoghurt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, chaat masala and salt mix all the ingredients well and marinate it for 3 hours.

STEP 3: Preheat a grill for high heat.Lightly oil the grill grate. Pierce the chicken cubes on a skewer and turn over a fire or under grill for 10 mins, cooking both the sides. Roast the chicken until it is browned on all sides and tender.

STEP 4: Serve it hot, garnished with coriander leaves and lime juice.

Storing leftover chapati dough - Store leftover chapati dough in the refrigerator in an airtight container after applying a little oil over it to prevent it from drying.
