-echa's ability to problem solve is rather unmatched by many dogs, especially those her age. when faced with any sort of mishap or adversity, the female is able to combine good intuition and logic to come up with the best possible solution, and quickly. also meaning she is relatively unproblematic with others if there is stable communication.

-the canis panther is very well-focused, and while she is more of a glorified pet, she treats guarding her owner's junkyard as her true and only job, often trying to go above and beyond in order to impress him or to prove that she isn't a failure. this focus also pairs well with her self-discipline, she is a very well-behaved dog around people and other animals, just not always when they are trespassing.

-echa does not feel the need to rely upon anyone for anything, she is a master of her own free will, and is responsible enough to hold herself accountable to her own actions. she considers herself to be quite free-thinking, but morally correct, as she doesn't necessarily need her owner for much, nor does she rely on him for anything, but yet she won't abandon him in a hurry, nor will she make it blatantly obvious that she doesn't need him.

-the canis panther can get a little bossy, especially when it comes to dogs in her territory, and since she rarely leaves her junkyard, that is where this behavior is most exhibited. she is in charge of her realm, and she expects her orders to be followed. now, she isn't a dictator that likes to make others run amok as she pleases; if she asks someone to do something, there is likely good reasoning behind it.

-echa is not one to sugarcoat the truth, which leads her to be quite harsh since she tends to speak her mind without often thinking through how her words may be perceived and absorbed. and while she definitely has more of a filter than many, she won't hesitate to say what comes to her mind.

-echa has her moments where she can get a little brash, where she gets going and tends to be a little overdramatic. this can lead her to over-exaggerate some stories, or just get so into something that she ends up saying something completely over the top. this only really happens though, when she's in a hyper-ish mood, or if something is really bothering her.

☸likes☸

-russian accents; to echa, there is no absolutely hotter or more attractive accent. if she hears one of those, she will basically melt into a little puddle. the sound is like music to her ears and she could listen to them all day long. the moment a dog with a russian accent is speaking, nothing else matters to her, she is going to hear them talk, then ask ridiculous questions just to hear them talk some more.

-her owner; though at times, echa can get a little distant and with her independence from him, their relationship at a glance can seem a bit icy, but echa is devoted to him, she truly loves her owner and would cross any sea he asked her too. she is grateful for this job that he gave her, and is thankful that he is willing to put up with her bullheadedness. it is because of her love for him that she adopted his scottish accent, that and it was reminiscent of her mother.

-standing on top of cars; because her owner owns a junkyard, there is no shortage of trashed cars there, and one of the female's favorite activities is to climb on to the tops of said cars by whatever means necessary and just stand there. she likes the slight vantage point that is sometimes slightly offered, especially on smaller cars, and there is just something about standing on a car that she just can't put into words.

-baths; echa hates water with a passion, especially rain, she will hang out under cars or bits of trash in order to get out of it. and of course, working in a junkyard, the female isn't the freshest smelling pup out there and often requires baths; said baths make her feel pathetic, and stray-esque, not to mention that one time as a pup she tried to lick the shampoo off of her and had a bad taste in her mouth for the rest of the day.

-being on a leash; the female hates being leashed, tethered, etc. hence why her owner doesn't take her out much, and while the female is very well-behaved, on-leash, she lets it be known how much she loathes it, she will become an entirely different dog. so her owner, when taking her places, allows her off-leash as much as he can. but again, she rarely leaves the junkyard, but sometimes they will go to the dog park or on hiking trails, just to keep echa socialized and allow her a change of scenery.

-being underestimated; due to being a female and having the 'job' that she has, oftentimes the canis panther is looked down upon and underestimated by those around her. because of this she tends to get a little brash and soap-boxy in those moments, and will work double-time just to prove that she is not to be underestimated. and while she tends to steer clear of violent conflict, that doesn't mean she can't be pushed to that point, and when she gets there, one should best steer clear.

-a quick rundown; she was born, at 8 weeks old she was sold to a very wealthy family that got the dog as a gift for their son since his dog had passed away several years prior. she lived with them for a year before her boy went to college, about six months into his college life, his parents saw no need to keep their rather large and expensive home and sold it for a smaller apartment. unfortunately a dog of her size was not allowed to live in that same complex so echa was given to her boy's mother's brother, magnus. her former family comes occasionally to see her, but echa treats them as friends of magnus'.
