Alex now wearing an elite advanced suit was at the main hall where it would lead him outside the hospital. Alex had no memory as to how he ended up in a mental hospital let alone how did a another Necromorph Outbreak started. He was also unaware as to why those soldiers were trying to kill him. So many mysteries surround the twenty two year old rookie.

Alex walking until he saw a dead soldier RIG with an audio log as Alex decided to listen to it.

January 6 2532

Soldier: Me and My Team saw a unnamed Space Shuttle drifting in space as we went to investigate it. It turns out we found someone in that shuttle. He had a plasma cutter and a pulse rifile. He was even wearing a military suit. I checked out his rig and it was a rookie. His name was Alex Ambrose. I couldn't figure out why a rookie was in space by himself let alone in a shuttle.

Alex was shocked to see the date on the audio log. This Audio Log was taken back Three years ago. Alex was shocked and confused. He was in a mental hospital for three years and he never knew that. Alex heard another audio log and listen to it.

January 10 2532

Soldier: I dont know what happened to this Alex guy. He keeps saying weird stuff like How There were monsters in a mining ship and How he barely made it out alive. He was even telling us his teammates names. Apparently Doctors got more information on Ambrose and found out he was traumatised because of his girlfriend's death. We decided to put him in a mental hospital for further evaluations.

The Audio Log ended as Alex stared at the wall. Three years in a mental hospital because they think he was crazy but in reality He survived an outbreak. Alex had no time to think about it as He decided to keep moving. Alex was standing on the ground floor as he was gonna get out until something busted through the window and growled at Alex.

The Tripod grabbed Alex by his leg and threw him as Alex immediately tried to get up but the Tripod grabbed him as It was gonna stab Alex using its tongue but Alex shot it as It was screaming and let go of him. Alex managed to get up and started shooting at the Tripods arm's and legs. The Tripod pushed Alex as Alex shot its arms and it fell down. Alex shot its tongue and it fell down again as Alex went near the body and checked again.

The Body twitches as Alex shot it again until it was dead as Alex tried to calm himself down.

Alex: Holy Crap. That Thing was angry.

Alex kept breathing until he finally managed to calm down and got through the front door where he saw a city. It was empty and quiet.

Alex: What the hell?

The City was quiet. Alex was confused by where he was. Alex decided to walk through the streets as He saw no one there. It's like the whole city evacuated or maybe something much worse. Alex heard some weird sounds as He looked through the alleyway and saw a pack of slashers eating a dead body as Alex stayed hidden.

The Whole City is crawling with Necromorphs and Alex might be the only survivor here. Alex reloaded his Plasma Cutter as He sneaked past the pack. Alex saw a variety of Necromorphs in the street as His Only Option was to stay hidden.

Alex looked at his locator and saw a subway route which might lead him somewhere. He knew it was dangerous but he needed to get out of here or else. Alex managed to make it underground as He noticed the TV Screens clutching out.

The TV Screen showed dark eyes staring at Alex as He knew he was hallucinating again. Alex kept walking as He heard voices in his head.

Peyton: Where are you going Alex? Escaping your nightmares? Running away from me?

Alex: Your not real.

Peyton: THEN WHAT AM I ALEX? JUST A DEAD CORPSE?!?!?

Alex saw Peyton staring at him. Peyton screamed at him as Alex was holding his head.

Peyton: YOU CANT ESCAPE FROM YOUR PAST ALEX. YOU WILL MAKE US WHOLE!!!

Peyton disappeared as Alex was holding his head. Alex tried to get up as he was on a train and looked for a control panel to start the train as He was walking until he found it.

Alex managed to get the train working as it was moving. Alex saw the city as The train was moving until he heard an explosion as Alex saw something busting through the window and looking at him.

The Necromorph spit acid on Alex as He quickly killed it. More Slashers and Leapers started coming out as Alex was killing them one by one. Alex saw one part of the train derailed as Alex shot the remaining slashers and leapers. Alex was standing by the door as he was looking at the far train and decided to do something which was a bad idea.

Alex jumped as his suit activated the thrusters in his boots and flew to the train as He was avoiding the debris which was in his way. Alex managed to grabbed the train door and jumped inside as He was actually glad his plan worked. Alex was walking until.

The Train started falling apart as Alex was holding on until The Train was shaking.

Conductor: We are now approaching District 8 Of Neon City.

The Train fell down a night club as Alex was sliding through the train until he was at the club and he was hanging upside down. Alex saw the cables wrapped around his leg as He tried to untangle it but he heard Slashers and Leapers roaring as Alex started shooting at them.

Alex kept shooting as he was trying to break free until he saw another pack of Necromorphs as He started shooting at them until Alex ran out of ammo. Alex tried to defend himself but he had no way as they were getting closer until all of them got killed by a grenade as Alex saw someone shooting at them.

Women: Come on. It's that all you got.

The Women was laughing as she continued shooting at the Necromorphs until there were nothing there as she approached Alex.

The Women was wearing a different suit then Alex but he did saw the military symbol on it.

The Women removed her mask as she was looking at Alex.

Women: How's It Hanging?

Alex: That is not funny.

The Women laughed as she got Alex out and helped him on his feet.

Women: Thank god your not one of those Necromorphs.

Alex didnt trusted the women as He had trust issues since the titan incident.

Women: Hey, You can trust me actually buddy. I'm Esmeray Dixon. Marker Ops. You?

Alex: Alex Ambrose.

Esmeray: Well Then Alex. Nice to meet you and hey I'm not gonna do anything to you. We're actually have a military base which is safe. We're known as the Resistance.

Alex: Resistance?

Esmeray: Yup ever since Neon City fell victim to a Necromorph Outbreak. We rallied up our men and tried to help others while scavenging for food and ammo. Its been hard for all of us lately.

Alex: Neon City?

Esmeray: You dont even know where you are?

Alex: Not a clue actually.

Esmeray: Well I'll help you up. Your in Neon City one of the biggest space cities. It has a population of Six Million People and consist of Ten Distincts. We're right now at District 8.

Alex: I see.

Esmeray: Come on. You must be pretty tired and your lucky I came to save you. Our Safe Zone had Three Hundred Thousand people and we have a group that is leading it. It's better then being alone.

Alex: I guess I'll come with you.

Esmeray: Great now let's get going before more of those things show up. I dont even have that much ammo either.

Esmeray and Alex left the night club as They both headed towards the Military Base. Alex was walking with Esmeray until Alex saw Peyton glaring at him as Esmeray shakes him.

Esmeray: You Alright?

Alex:.........

Esmeray: Hey. You can talk to me you know.

Alex: I'm just tired that's all.

Esmeray: Well we're almost there buddy just hang in there.
