Alex woke up as He was holding his head and put on his helmet as He saw Esmeray standing as Alex looked at her.

Esmeray: Glad your doing okay. Everyone was worried about you since you passed out.

Alex: I'm doing good now. Just I feel even more exhausted and strange

Esmeray: Well Its alright Ambrose. Rest up.

Esmeray was gonna leave until Alex asked her a question.

Alex: You don't hate me?

Esmeray: I don't blame you for anything Alex-

Alex: I killed People Esmeray. Because of me, I created a Marker and Now, I started another Necromorph Outbreak.

Esmeray: What Brian said to us is true Alex but I don't blame you at all. Look don't beat yourself to it.

Alex: I'm having Nightmares.

Esmeray: The Marker or-

Alex: Peyton.

Alex was gonna speak more until Issac called in Esmeray and Alex to the operation room as They both headed there. They got inside as the others were there Including Brian.

Brian: Alex, I thought we lost you for a second.

Michelle: Feeling any better?

Alex saw Peyton standing behind Chris and Tobias as Alex kept staring at her. Chris and Tobias turned around and saw no one as They were confused.

Chris: What are you staring at?

Alex:........Nothing.

Maria: Well We're here to help you Ambrose. Don't feel scared about it.

Daniel: Alex, Brian said your experiencing Dementia and hallucinations. How bad is it?

Alex: Its getting worse. Sometimes I'm not even in control of my own actions.

Issac: Hey, You can pull through this. We're there for you.

Ellie: But Important Thing is destroying The Marker in this City.

Tobias: After that?

Esmeray: We'll go back to Lunar City.

Alex: Lunar City?

Michelle: Its where we all lived before we came to Neon City.

Alex: I see........

Brian: Look Alex. Do you remember now?

Alex: I really don't remember anything.

Chris: Brian don't stress him out. He's already tired.

Brian: Alex, We both made mistakes but we can fix them. I know How to Destroy The Marker.

Issac: I don't quite trust those steps.

Brian: But they will work-

Daniel: I want to know How You Two created a Marker?

Brian: I was a survivor of the USG Titan along with Alex and-

Alex: Wait, You were in the Titan?

Brian: Head Officer of that Ship. After the Outbreak. I managed to escape and I saw you on those cameras.

Alex:.............

Ellie: This doesn't make any sense now.

Michelle: What happened After You Two escaped the Titan?

Brian: The Government forced me to help them. They tortured Alex for the last three years and created a Marker from us.

Alex: Wait Why the Government?

Tobias: Those Fucked up Unitogists must been the reason why they tortured Alex and Brian in making a Marker.

Chris: Bastards........

Michelle: We're gonna destroy that Marker one way or another.

Maria: I can't believe these people think Necromorphs are the key to Salvation.

Daniel: Its a religion now ever since Micheal Altman discovered the Marker.

Esmeray: Damn Alex. I'm sorry for what has happened to you.

Alex kept staring at the Resistance as Issac and Ellie had something to say.

Issac: We'll think about this later. Right now let's get to that Necromorph Nest and Destroy it.

Ellie: After we destroy that nest. We'll find that Marker.

The Resistance nodded as They grabbed their weapons and Alex saw a weapon which caught his interest.

Alex grabbed it as He went outside and waited for the Resistance to show up as Ellie and Issac along with Daniel were joining them.

Two Hours Later

The Resistance along with Alex were getting close to the Necromorph Nest as They had their guns trained ready incase of anything. They made it to the warehouse as they saw eggs all over the place.

Daniel: Hope they don't hatch before we blow this place up.

The Plan was to set Explosives all over the warehouse so that The Explosion can at least kill off the new breed of them at the same time weaken the Necromorph numbers.

They kept walking as Everyone was signaled to set the explosives but something was bothering them even more.

Alex: Where are all the Necromorphs?

Issac: Somethings not right here.

Just then Maria saw something behind her as It was a slasher but Daniel and Chris killed it as Esmeray and the others were on their toes until they heard something behind them.

Tobias: BRUTE!!!!!

They started firing at the Brute as It was roaring at them as They were shooting at it. They continued shooting at it's back and head until it died as They saw a swarm of Slashers, Lurkers and Leapers coming out on all sides as They started shooting at them.

Michelle: There's Too Many Of Them!!!!

Alex used his new weapon as It was cutting the Necromorphs in pieces. The Team also used the Ripper as They were cutting through the monsters surrounding them.

Meanwhile Esmeray, Daniel, Maria and Issac were done planting the Explosives as They told them to fall back.

They continued shooting through the Necromorphs as They got outside and detonated the explosives as the whole warehouse exploded and They were looking at it.

They were relief to weaken the Necromorphs numbers now. All They need to do now is Find The Marker. Apparently they wanted to more answers as to how it was made.

Luckily for them. Daniel found a Marker testing Lab around District Two where the outbreak first started. Problem was District Two has a lot of Necromorph Activities since It started and there's probably an army waiting for them there.

Ellie told everyone to get back to the base as they will plan out their strategy and It was confirmed. They will head to District Two with some men and get to that Marker Testing lab.

Three Hours Later

They made it there as Everyone was had their guns trained and so far. They saw nothing in sight.

Esmeray: I hate the silence here.

Tobias: Its always gonna get worse.

Just then Some soldiers started screaming as They turned around and saw a huge Swarm of Necromorphs as they were slaughtering the Soldiers one by one. The Resistance kept firing as More and More Monsters were coming out.

The Team saw many of their soldiers killed as Issac made a choice.

Issac: Fall Back Everyone.

The Team retreated as More Necromorphs were chasing them until they got out.

Maria: Wait, Where's Alex?

Tobias: Dammit.......

Daniel: He must got separated from us.

Chris: We have to go help him.

Michelle: We can't leave him to-

Ellie: We need to wait for now.

Issac: Ellies right. We don't have a choice.

Esmeray: Let's hope He's alright.

Meanwhile Alex was shooting the Necromorphs as he got inside a shopping mall and barricaded the door as he was trying to catch his breath. Apparently There were too many Necromorphs and Alex got separated from them.

Alex kept walking until he reached a children's playground as he kept walking until........

Peyton: Tell me Alex.....What are you scared off?

Alex:............

Peyton: Why do you keep fighting back? Why?

Alex: Your Just A Hallucination. Brian knows how to destroy the Marker. We will destroy it.

Peyton: Ahhh and Run from the Pain again but Remember Alex.......You will never forget it. You will never forget last video log before my death and You will never forget your past.

Peyton vanished as A Slasher busted through the Vent but Alex shot its limbs as it was dead. Alex continued walking until he saw a huge building in front him and recognized what it was.
