Dimensional War

Warnings: This is a sequel to the fiction crossover "Monsters with Souls" featuring Naruto and Bleach. If you haven't read the first story please do so before reading this story picks up right where I left off. In no way shape or form do I own the series and/or its characters. This story however is an original idea that I have had for a while now and decided that it is time that I got around to writing it. Some of the characters may seem a bit OCC so please don't hate me for it as I am using my own attacks and/or attacks from other series for this story! Special thanks to Champion Alex and ultima-owner (from fanfiction.net) for helping me come up with the name and information about Sasuke's inner demon. You guys are the best.

ten- Sasuke's inner demon

After the battle with Grimmjow was over with, Ichigo just stared at the sixth Espada's body as it laid unmoving.

*Now stay down..... You have been a very bad kitty!* Shiro yelled mentally forcing Ichigo to shake his head.

*What is this about a bad cat?* questioned Kyuubi mentally.

*Don't get me started.* replied Ichigo.

*Cats are terrible creatures as they hate me to death. I hate cats!* growled Naruto.

*Then it is a good thing that you didn't fight this one. He was a pain in the ass to defeat.

By the way where are you guys?* Shiro asked mentally.

*Still within Los Noches. It seems that Sasuke is a bit like us as he has an inner demon. I think that we should go and introduce ourselves.* replied Kyuubi.

*Let's wait a bit for Sasuke to meet his other half. Remember things such as this are brand new to him. We will journey to his inner world once the connection is set.* Ichigo stated. No one argued with the older teen as they knew that he had a point.

Meanwhile within Sasuke's mindscape which happened to look like one of the temples that was on the Uchiha property, Sasuke could hear a deep low rumbling roar coming from inside.

"I have been waiting for you Sasuke Uchiha. Please come here as I mean you no harm." rumbled the voice.

"You're the voice that I had heard in the back of my mind during that fight with that Arrancar. Just who in the world are you?" Sasuke asked.

"Come closer and you will see for yourself." answered the voice. Sasuke opened the temple doors finding himself within a large room with three other doors. One was a dark red door with an orange fox head symbol on it. The second was a black door with a white skull head symbol on it. Finally the third door was a dark brown door with a tan raccoon head symbol on it. Laying in the center of the room was a very large serpent dragon. Its maroon scales shined brilliantly in the light as its large feathered wings rested against its body. It had two more set of wings both in medium size and a smaller set of wings on its body. The medium set sat on the middle of its body while the smaller set sat a couple of yards above its long feathery plume of a tail. All of the feathers were three different shades of red that matched well together. Tan horns came out of its head as it had a thick spiky mane of hair that matched Sasuke's own when he was in his demon form. It even had Sasuke's version of his demonic Sharningan eyes along with a large black diamond across its muzzle. "Welcome to your inner mindscape Sasuke Uchiha. I am your inner demon, a Quetzalcoatl dragon named Hakai no Hono [flame of destruction]. But you may just call me Hakai for short." hissed the dragon.

Sasuke looked at the dragon in both shock and amazement.

"How?" Sasuke questioned.

"Remember Orochimaru's curse mark?" Hakai asked. A light bulb went off in the back of Sasuke's head.

"But I thought that Ichigo cleansed me of that mark freeing me from Orochimaru's grasp." stated Sasuke.

"He did but the effects already took hold. It took a while for me to take form."

"That's why Ichigo and Naruto wanted for me to come. They somehow knew about you."

"Yes but they also knew what you were capable of. They both knew that you would be a great addition to the party." Sasuke went over the three doors taking a closer look at them.

"What are these doors for?" asked Sasuke as this question brought a smile to Hakai's muzzle.

"Ah those....." Hakai's words trailed off as two of the doors began to open. "You will get to see for yourself." Hakai stated.

 Both Ichigo and Naruto stepped out of the doorways as they weren’t alone.  Both Shiro and Zangetsu accompanied Ichigo as Kyuubi who was in his human form accompanied Naruto.  Shiro let out a low whistle when he noticed how nice Sasuke’s mindscape was.

“Damn King….. Why can’t your place look like this?” asked Shiro as Ichigo slapped him in the back of his head.

“Sorry don’t mind him Sasuke.  But he is right about one thing.  You do happen to have a nice place here.” Ichigo stated.

“Naruto…….  Ichigo…….?  Who in the world are those guys with you and how in the hell did you get here?” Sasuke asked.

“Our mindscapes are all linked Sasuke.” Naruto replied as he pointed to the door that he had come through.  “All of us who have an inner demon have an inner mindscape where our demons reside.  The person who is with me you are quite familiar with although you have never seen him in his human form before.  He also happens to be my zanpakuto spirit.” stated Naruto.  Sasuke’s eyes nearly bugged out of his head. 

“Wait you mean to tell me that is the nine tailed demon fox!”

“The name is Kyuubi no Yokho or just Kyuubi is fine.” stated Kyuubi with a soft smile.  Sasuke turned towards Ichigo trying to make heads or tails out of the ones that were with him.

“Sasuke may I introduce my hollow half Shirosaki Ogichi and my zanpakuto Zangetsu.” stated Ichigo as he pointed to the two that were with him.

“Shiro is just fine.  So who is the dragon behind you?” asked Shiro.

“Hakai no Hono.  Just Hakai will be fine.” answered the dragon.

“Flame of destruction…….  Nice.” stated Kyuubi.

 “So wait….. Who does the third door belong to?” questioned Sasuke.

“That door belongs to Gaara and the one tailed demon raccoon Shukaku.” replied Nartuo.  At this point Sasuke looked totally confused.

Both Naruto and Ichigo explained a few things with some help from their inner demons.  Sasuke began to understand that having an inner demon made him no different from everyone else.  It just gave him a powerful boost.  Not only that but now he could communicate telepathically with Naruto, Ichigo, Gaara, their inner demons as well as his own.  Sasuke and Hakai could also travel to the other mindscapes if they so desired.  There was so much more that Sasuke could learn not only from his own demon but the others as well.

“If you have any questions Sasuke don’t hesitate to ask.  Both Ichigo and I know much when it comes to dealing with this stuff.  Not that your inner demon will give you a hard time.” stated Naruto.

“Ah come on Kit……. I’m not that bad!” Kyuubi whined.

“Hey Kyuubi it wouldn’t surprise me if humans concept about us is totally off.  Look at how they view yourself and Shukaku but, you guys aren’t that totally bad.  And look at how they view hollows but, I turned out to be a descent guy.” stated Shiro.

“When you want to be Shiro.” Ichigo stated.  Sasuke burst out laughing watching the two teens interact with their inner demons.

‘Maybe having a demon within me isn’t a bad thing.’ Sasuke thought to himself.
