In the Bar,

Kurogiri placed the wounded Shigaraki on the ground while reverting back to his physical state despite of his facial appearance to remain the same as before back in the U.S.J. incident with yellow eyes glowing in the black purple outline foresaken vortex for a face. Shigaraki can be seen struggling to keep himself together after what he saw.

Shigaraki: OOOWW!!! All those underlings wiped out?! And even Nomu was beaten?! We failed... Those kids are so strong... including that specific one... The Symbol of Peace wasn't weakened, at all even before he was saved by that kid!!! looks up at the TV screen You were wrong, Master! SO WRONG....!!!!

Shigaraki said.

There was a long pause before someone spoke up in the Television.

???: No, I wasn't. We just weren't as prepared as we should have been.

??? 2: I agree, we underestimated them. Thankfully we failed under that cheap League of Villains name and not our own. And what about the Nomu? 

???: Yes. Why is he not with you?

The voices ask.

Kurogiri stepped in and answered.

Kurogiri: He was destroyed. Consumed.

He said.

??? 2: WHAT?!?! 

Shigaraki: I-It was the boy's doing who saved All Might and that kid running to try and save him.... Somehow.... he's got your quirk and your collar support item, too... and he delivers a message to you, Master.... and it would seem, too that he has gathered a large number of quirks, and he recognises us, too.

??? 2: This is a travesty!!!! And after all we did to make him as powerful as All Might!!!!

???: A message from him?

Shigaraki: Y-Y-Yes, master....

Shigaraki said.

His master grew curious on what the messages were, for him to tell Shigaraki to say them.

???: Let's hear them.

Shigaraki: .... He... had me say three messages to you. The first one being that he demands you to find him, fight him and kill him yourself. Second, he says you tainted something he used and he'll eliminate you for that.... and third, he-... he... insulted you by saying that it was ironic that you gave him your blood which holds your quirk, too.... and now he's going to kill you with it, master...

Shigaraki said.

There was a long silence until his master spoke again.

???: So it seems, Doctor.... our failed Experiment wasn't a failed Experiment, after all.

Shigaraki: WHAT???

??? 2: You see, Tomura Shigaraki. The boy you speak off that defeated the Nomu, was one of our defective Experiments that went rogue which was assumed to be a failure. The human reionics, to be precise that you brought us to experiment on.

Shigaraki: So, I was defeated.... by that ESCAPED EXPERIMENT THAT I KIDNAPPED?!?!?!

???: Exactly. No need to be so hard on yourself, young Shigaraki. At least now we know, he is a successful Experiment. Now, all we need to do is to find him, and reclaim him as our own.

Kurogiri: That would be an issue, Master.

??? 2: Why?

Kurogiri: He somehow removed his trackers on him.

??? 2: WHAT?!?! How?!?! It is surgically embedded into him!

Kurogiri: We don't know how. We only knew that they are in his hand, destroyed by his own hands. It's like as if,.... he knows they're inside him, master.

Kurogiri said.

???: So, I see. That means when he said that he's an Earth Reionics,.... it was no joke, after all~ interesting.... very interesting indeed....

Shigaraki and Kurogiri's master said.

After discussing about the Human Reionics aka, you, they began to continue discussing plans on how to rid of the Hero Society while bringing the Experimented Human Reionics, the boy (Izuku) and All Might into the picture, knowing that one day, they would have to take them down, first.
