It all happened so fast. The new chef hadn't memorized the schedule yet and was early. She walked in with the everyone's favorite treats. When the dogs heard the door, they all turned to look. That's when it happened. Every dog in the room, including Fang, ran over to the chef. None of them had learned to control themselves yet so they just leaped on top of her and the treats.

        "Are you okay?", Kati asked the chef. "I am so sorry. they have just started their training and haven't learned yet to control their energy."

        "That's okay.", the chef said. "It was actually my fault. Just like these dogs, I'm new here and haven't gotten used to the schedule. I hope I didn't cause too much trouble."

        "No! Of course not!" Kati answered. "I think the dogs could have used a break anyway. So why don't I help you with passing out the treats? I could keep the dogs in order while you pass out the food."

        "Great idea!", The chef exclaimed. So Kati got the dogs to line up in front of their bowls while the chef gave each dog their food.

        "I was so close!", Fang said to pumpkin as he waited for his food. "If only the food would have gotten here just 2 seconds later.

        "Don't worry!", Pumpkin exclaimed. "At least princess didn't see. Then yours and the new chef's mistake would be around the whole school!"

        Then Fang saw her. Princess was peeking out from behind the wall just outside the door with a smirk on her face.
