Giggling was filled in the air around the forest as the sound of digging was heard along with it. Camilla's body was bloody and stabbed in the chest too many times to count. Your loving big sister was getting to close to the man you loved, so if she loved you she would have wanted you to be happy, right?

"I'm sorry my dear sister, but you were an object in the way~"

You finished covering up her body in the ground and threw away the shovel into the stream down along the banks. The blood was washing away with the shovel, the water swimming it away forever.

"Now no one can break the love Keaton and I have now~"

"Hey, who's out their?!" Xander's voice bellowed out not to far from where you were.

Panic filled inside you as you grabbed the bloody Yato and made a break for it. The forest was huge and something you didn't know your way in and back, until you smacked into someone.

"Ouch... hey watch were you're- (y/n)?"

You opened your eyes to find Keaton, but bloody and have a sack which was on the ground next to him. "What are you doing out here?"

"I was just dumping my treasure off somewhere- wait, why are you bloody?"

"Killing for meat."

"This time of night?" He grabbed your arm and sniffed the blood. "This isn't animal blood it's... Camilla's...."

"K-Keaton I can explain!"

"Why would you kill your own family member?!"

"Because... she was getting close to you and I was afraid she would take you away from me!" A stream of tears dripped from your eyes and fell down on the grass, "I've already lost so much people! I don't want the person I love taken from someone I love! I've already suffered enough! Is love too much to ask now?!"

"(y/n)... it's okay." He ruffled your hair, "The sack isn't full of treasure... it's... just see for yourself."

You stopped crying once he handed you the sack, opening up was a bloody mess of brownish golden fur and a black and white stripped scarf. You dropped the sack in horror and looked up at Keaton with bright red eyes. "Y-You're the same?"

"Y-Yes... Kaden was... getting to close to you and saying how pretty you were, but he said was more beautiful than you but would still date you. It got me mad at how he was getting closer to you and what he said about you beauty... so I killed him."

"We need help... I killed my own family member and you killed a person who can transform like you but into a fox... when we come back to the camp we will die..."

"N-Not if we run away together!"

"What?"

"Think about it!" Keaton grabbed your hands and squeezed them tightly, "If we run away we won't die and we can live what we did together forever!"

"But... would we even get along with each other...?"

"I-I love you (y/n)! That's why I killed Kaden! Don't make me say it again!"

Your heart pounded out of your chest at what you were feeling. Was this love? It was so magical... better than just thinking he loved you... now you know he does.

"I won't. Let's run away together."

Keaton smiled as he grabbed you as you both ran away together as his tail wagged along the walk away from the people you once knew. After some years you had your children and lived happily together in the mountains, even if the haunting images enter into your dreams, you still had each other to chase them away.
