JP (Original) POV
[As I call my final attack against Atem, a bunch of memories flood my mine]
JP (Original): Odd Eyes Pendulum Dragon, attack the Pharaoh directly! Spiral Flame Strike!
JP (Fusion): Greedy Venom Fusion Dragon, attack Nightshroud directly!
JP (Syncro): Chrystal Wing Synchro Dragon, attack Zone directly! Crystal Cataclysmic Strike!
JP (XYZ): Dark Requiem XYZ Dragon, attack Vector directly! Dark Destruction!
[As each memory appeared and then faded, I knew that everything was about to reset. What would happen to rest of my counterparts I wouldn't know. I snap my eyes open and find myself in a bed. I look around to see Yuya in another one. I tried to get up but I feel a weight on top of me. I look under the cover and see Zuzu. I just smile. I hope everything turns out okay. I've lost my ability to teleport and fuse with my other counterparts. What happens from here on out will be a mystery]
3rd Person POV
[Later that day, Yuya is dueling Gong at the You Show Duel School. The duels are more real than usual. They are tangible holograms. Yuya plays a card that brings out Hippo tokens, but suddenly the whole system crashes. Zuzu's father, Skip Boyle, panics because they can't be a duel school without the system. JP walks in]
JP: Everything okay?
Zuzu: Our system broke down. We can't be a duel school without it.
JP: That's not good.
[Just then a man named Nico Smiley walks in]
Skip: Who are you?
Nico: My name is Nico Smiley and I'm the manager and the promoter of the Sledgehammer!
Yuya: What?
Nico: My client has been searching all over for you, Yuya. He wants to duel you.
Yuya: Why would I do that?
Nico: To clear your father's name of course.
[Years ago, Yuya's father was the champion. He was facing off against the Sledgehammer in a championship match. Yuya's father never showed up making the Sledgehammer the champion by default]
Nico: My client doesn't really like he's the champion since he never beat your father. He said he'd settle for his son instead.
Skip: Request denied. I will not let Yuya take part in this match!
Nico: What if I told you that if you accept, your school will get a duel system absolutely free!
Skip: Well, when you put it that way.
[Zuzu smacks her father with her fan]
Zuzu: Didn't you just say that you wouldn't let Yuya duel in the match?
Skip: But it's for the good of the school!
[JP notices Yuya is no longer there and goes to find him. He finds him sitting on a bridge looking at the necklace his father gave him]
Yuya: I don't know I can do this.
JP: You'll be fine.
Yuya: I don't think so. You should duel for me. You're better.
JP: I can't duel for you, Yuya. The Sledgehammer challenged you and not me.
[Yuya sighs]
JP: I know what will cheer you up. How about a duel?
Yuya: How can duel without the system?
JP: We'll duel the old fashion way.
[JP leads Yuya back into the room where everyone is talking. They are still arguing]
Skip: Yuya, duel for the good of the school!
Zuzu: No, Yuya! Be smart!
JP: Yuya and I are going to settle this the old fashioned way. No holograms, just cards.
[Yuya sits across a table from JP]
JP: If I win, you face the Sledgehammer.
Zuzu: JP!
JP: He has to do this, Zuzu.
Zuzu: I trust your judgement.
JP: If you win, you can decide.
JP (Original) POV
[I took my deck out. I was going to have to duel with my old fashioned Magic Deck. I couldn't reveal my other dragons. That would scare everyone]
3rd Person POV
Turn 1-JP
JP-8000 LP/Yuya-8000 LP
JP: I'll start. My turn...
[Yuya ended up losing to JP and had to duel the Sledgehammer. Nico walked over to JP]
Nico: I was very impressed with your performance! I could help you become a pro as well. What do you say?
[Zuzu overhears this conversation. JP looks at Zuzu and she just nods her head]
JP: Fine.
[Yuya has his duel later that day against the sledgehammer. He wins by creating a new summoning technique. JP smiles because he knew that he didn't have to hide anymore. He could use his favorite deck from now on. Meanwhile at the LDS, a certain main has interest in Yuya. He also has some interest in JP]
