This is Mavis and you're probably wondering why she's wearing that yellow shirt and those blue-green pants, well there's a story to that-!

Mavis got 'accepted' into a popular group and they told her to wear the yellow-itchy shirt to school and when she arrives with it on, she gets made fun of and is laughed at. Todd sighs and turns away when the scene happens and Mavis feels... bad.
