Maki pov

I woke up next morning. Nico fast asleep at the feet of my bed.

I stayed in bed, not wanting to wake her, and stared up at the ceiling.

"Maki?" I looked at the person who just entered thw room. My mother.

"Mom."

She looked over at Nico and smile sadly "I need to talk to you."

"Erm....okay."

Nozomi Pov

Maki is awake!!!!

That was the text Nico sent last night. I guess she must have stayed at the hospital.

"So, Maki is awake? That's great." Eli commented, as we walked side by side down the hallway.

"Good morning-nya~!" We were greeted by Rin and Hanayo.

"Morning!" I replied them.

"I heard Maki-chan is awake." Hanayo.

"Yup. Should we visit her afyer school?" Eli suggested.

We all agreed.

There was a sudden body weight on me. Honoka hugged me from the back, arms around my neck.

"What are you guys talking about?" She let go. Behind her was Kotori and Umi.

"Well, we are planning to see Maki after school today."

"Count us in!" Honoka said excitedly.

"Alright then we'll meet at the front gate qftver school?" Eli suggested and we all agreed.

Honoka Pov

"Ahhhh~! Finally I think my brain is dead." I sighed.

"Don't be stupid. That's impossible." Umi commented. She and Kotori came to my table, bags in hand.

"Let's go we want to keep the rest waiting."

I picked up my bag and the three of us headed out to the front gate.

They were all gathered by the time we reached.

"Let's go then." Eli.

"Let's stop by to get some flowers for Maki." Nozomi.

"That's a nya-tastic idea!"

With that we made a pit stop at the florists and got a bouquet of flowers.

Afterwards, we headed to the hospital.

The atmosphere lighter than the last.

We were laughing as we entered the room.

"Maki!!!" We screamed when we saw her seated up in her bed.

She flashed us a smile.

"This are for you, Maki." Nozomi handed her the flowers.

"Thanks." she replied.

"Maki-chan, what happen to your voice?" Hanayo asked.

"Sore throat. Side effect of the fever." explained Nico.

We all nodded.

"Nico, Maki, what's wrong?" Kotori suddenly asked.

Everyone turned to look at her, questioning.

"The two of you are hiding something, aren't you?" Umi joined her.

All of us just stood there, in shock and question.

"What do you mean, Kotori? Umi?" I looked at my two friends.

"What is it?" Kotori pushed further, ignoring the rest of us.

Maki coughed a little.

"You know you can tell us anything." Kotori continued to prompt.

Maki and Nico looked at each other and sighed.

"Take a seat, minna."

We did.

They looked at each other again and nodded.

"Well, the thing is...." Nico started.
