"You are disgusting!"

Goradia House, Dinning Room

The four occupants of the Goradia house, sat together in the dinning room, having their dinner. Though they had dinner like a family, if you knew them, you knew they were anything but a family.

"Naina" Prithvi called out.

Naina, who was about to put food in her mouth, suddenly stopped mid air and looked at her father wide eyed, wondering what she did wrong this time, "Yes, papa?" she whispered, putting her food down.

"In three days, you're going to be leaving for Tift" Prithvi said, "Against my better judgement, I'm sending you all the way to Bangalore, the least you could do is make sure you don't disgrace our family name".

Swathi opened her mouth to tell her father off, when Naina, who already saw this coming, immediately grabbed her hand and shook her head, pleading with her eyes not to start a fight tonight, Swathi glared at Naina in anger, but nonetheless gave her a small nod.

Naina then turned to her father, "I will never do anything to disgrace our family name, papa" she promised.

"Good" Prithvi said, "And know this, just because I'm here and you're in Bangalore, does not mean I won't have my eyes on, a very good friend of mine, Professor Raghuveer, he teaches at Tift and he promised me that he will keep an eye on you, remember Naina one mistake and you're back here and I will be getting you married off, understood?".

"I understand, papa" Naina said, looking down at her plate, hurt with her father's lack of trust in her.

"And stay away from that Sameera" Prithvi said, "She is a bad influence, I don't trust her not to corrupt you".

"Sameera is Naina's childhood best friend, you have no right to tell her to stay away from her" Swathi snapped, having enough of her father forcing his rules on to Naina.

"Di" Naina warned.

"Don't Di me Naina, you have a tongue, right?" Swathi asked, "When the hell are you going to learn to use it?!".

"Swathi, stop and eat quietly" Shanti scolded, seeing her husband's angry expression.

Swathi looked at her mother then at her sister, she then slammed her hands on to the table and stood up and walked into her room.

Naina sighed, she looked at her mother, who gave her a small nod, Naina then grabbed her sister's untouched plate and went into her room to make sure she doesn't sleep on a empty stomach, while Shanti stayed back and faced Prithvi's wrath, making sure it didn't reach her daughters.

Next Day, Manali Mall Market

"Naina, are you sure you've written everything down?" Swathi asked Naina, as the two sisters walked around the market.

"Didu, for the hundredth time, I've written everything I'm going to need for Tift" Naina assured her worried sister.

"I know you said you don't want new clothes, but I think we should still buy you some new clothes" Swathi said.

"I'm not buying new clothes" Naina stated.

"Why not?" Swathi asked.

"Because I don't need clothes" Naina replied.

"Every girl needs new clothes" Swathi retorted.

"Not this girl" Naina said.

Swathi shook her head at her sister, "You know what, you go shop all the necessities you need for college, while I go buy some new clothes for you".

"Didu, did you not hear me?" Naina asked, "I don't want any new clothes".

"And when have I ever listened to anything you said?" Swathi asked.

"Didu--".

"Nope, not hearing anything, my sister isn't going to wear worn out clothes to her new college" Swathi interrupted, and before Naina could get anything else out, she quickly ran away, not wanting to hear her sister's protests.

"I'm sorry, what?" a shocked Arjun asked through the phone.

"How many times are you going to make me say it?" an annoyed Seenu asked, walking around the Manali market, looking for anything that would interest him.

"Till it sinks in that my best friend has gone crazy" Arjun said.

"I am not crazy, I'm in love" Seenu retorted.

"With a girl you've never met, never talked to, just saw dancing on stage once, that's not love Seenu, that's called attraction" Arjun said.

"Don't tell me what I feel" Seenu snapped, "I know exactly what my heart felt when I saw her, it wasn't attraction, it was love at first sight".

"Love at first sight only exists in movies" Arjun argued.

Seenu scoffed, "You are such a fucking hypocrite Arjun".

"Excuse me?" a confused Arjun asked, wondering how he was a hypocrite.

"You claim that love at first sight only exists in movies and not real life, but you're forgetting the fact that the moment you saw Mia Singhal, the famous model on TV, you fell for her" Seenu reminded.

"You stupid dickhead" Arjun said, "Mia Singhal, is my dream, she is a beautiful fantasy of mine that I know will never be fulfilled, I am not living in a delusional world like you".

"I'm not living in a delusional world Arjun" Seenu said, "I just have faith in my destiny, I know she's written in my fate, in my stars, and there's nothing I won't do to have her".

"Seenu, you're sounding like a crazy person" a worried Arjun said, "Don't forget, in two days you're coming back to Bangalore and she is going to stay in Manali, there is no way you are going to see her again".

"If my love is pure and true, then nothing in this world is going to stop me from seeing her again" Seenu stated.

"Seenu--".

Seenu, having enough of Arjun, hanged up on his best friend, not wanting to hear anymore of that what he felt for Naina wasn't love, just as Seenu hanged up on Arjun, someone crashed into the back of him.

"Please help me, please save me from them".

Seenu turned around and came face to face with a young girl who looked extremely panicked, he then looked behind her to see three men standing behind her, glaring at her, it didn't take much for Seenu to know what was happening here, so he quickly stood infront of the girl, as a protection shield and glared at the men infront of her.

"Listen, don't try to be a hero and just quietly hand the girl over" one of the men threatened.

Seenu smirked, "That's where you are mistaken, I am not a hero, I am villain, so it's in your best interest to walk away before thinks get very nasty, for you" he warned.

The three men glared at Seenu, the men standing in the middle stepped forward and tried to punch Seenu but he held his wrist and kicked him in the stomach causing him to fall to the ground near his friends, then the other two men stepped forward to fight Seenu, starting a pretty intense fight in the middle of the market.

Meanwhile Naina, who was shopping at a nearby shop, came out and was immediately confused seeing a crowd forming, she got on her toes to see what was happening and was shocked seeing a fight.

Naina then turned to one of the bystanders, "Aunty, why are they fighting?" she asked confused.

The woman, who had clearly misjudged the whole situation, pointed at Seenu, "That boy was harassing a girl, and when the other three came to save her, he started beating them up".

Naina looked towards Seenu, just as he had grabbed a glass bottle and smashed it on the head of the one of the boys, causing Naina flinch back in shock, and then a look of disgust came on her face, she hated guys who thought they could harass a girl and get away with no consequences, guys need to realise that girls are also human, you can not mistreat them and think you will always get away with it.

"Get lost!" Seenu yelled, kicking one of the men from the behind, he watched with a satisfied smirk as the three men quickly run away, he then turned to face the girl he just saved, not knowing that the girl had run away when Seenu was beating the men, however as soon as Seenu turned, instead of a hug like he was expecting, he was rewarded with a slap across his face, "What the hell!" an enraged Seenu yelled, looking to see who slapped him, but seeing the person infront of him, immediately caused all of Seenu's anger to disappear, instead a smile formed on his face, because infront of him was the girl that hasn't left his mind since the moment he saw her.

"You are disgusting!" a furious Naina yelled, "What the hell do you think, huh? That you will mistreat a woman and no one will say anything to you?! Next time you look towards a women, remember this slap, you men need to realise that when a women says no, then it means no, god, guys like you disgust me so much, you shouldn't even be allowed to roam the streets!".

While Naina was yelling at Seenu, she didn't realise that none of her words were reaching Seenu's ears, he could see her lips moving but nothing seemed to reach his words, he was too stunned seeing Naina infront of him.

After she was done yelling at Seenu, Naina gave Seenu one last glare and then turned around to leave, and as she turned, her hair touched Seenu's face, immediately causing him to close his eyes and take in the scent of Naina's hair, coconuts, then and there Seenu decided from now on his favorite smell in the world would be coconuts.

Seenu opened his eyes and watched as Naina walked away from him, with a huge smile on his face, he touched his cheek, the cheek that Naina slapped.

"I told you Arjun, she is written in my fate" Seenu said, staring at Naina as she walked further and further away from him, "Sweetheart, today you slapped me and are walking away from me, but I promise, soon you will be the one who will caress this cheek and run right into my arms, our fates are intertwined Naina Goradia, otherwise what was the chances of me seeing you again? And I know for a fact this isn't our last meeting, I'm going to be seeing you very soon, sweetheart".

With a huge smile on his face and determination in his eyes, Seenu turned around and started walking the opposite direction of Naina, having full faith that there will be a time that their paths won't be different but will be the same, and Seenu honestly couldn't wait for that day to arrive.
