Rani did punish you but not in the way you expected. Usually her punishments involved a bunch of harsh words and a slap on the wrist but today she just locked in your bedroom and told you to stay there. You screamed at her begging her to let you out but she refused saying she needed to keep you safe.

"Rani please I'm sorry just let me out!" You pleaded but she didn't listen.
"Y/n no I can't have you out there, those men who came today were hunters, " Rani told you and you realized that she was planing to trap them.
"You can't just lock me up like some prisoner!" You yelled at her and for the first time in your life you didn't feel as scared standing up to her. "I'm a human being not your property and I won't let you hurt Sam and Dean, " you declared and even though the locked door you could practically see the suprise on your guardian's face.

"You just don't understand Y/n, " Rani responded. "I have to follow orders Sam and Dean are hunters, and all of them must die, " she continued and you became horrified at her words. What was she crazy? No she was an angel. An evil one that was for sure, the angels you read about were selfless and guardians of humanity. After a few minutes you heard Rani head down the hall and to the living room. You let out a heavy sigh and leaned your head against your door. You couldn't let this happen you to stop Rani from hurting anyone else. But you didn't know how to do that, you had no clue how to fight.

To settle your worries and constant thoughts that Sam and Dean wouldn't come for you. Since they barely knew you, but you feared your hopes were in vain. You bowed your head and folded your hands, praying had always kept your spirits up in dark times.
"My father please give me strength to know what to do and please don't let Sam and Dean met their end, " you prayed. "I know that they have both made mistakes but so  have I and everyone else on this world, " you continued and after hearing a slight noise from outside you prayed harder. "I don't know what to do, I'm no fighter but I want to do the right thing, please tell me what that is, "

Sam, Dean, Castiel and Jack had managed to find out from your boss where you lived. The apartment itself wasn't very big but it was unclean and damaged in some parts.  And Sam got even more worried for you, how could Rani let you live in a run down place like this?
"This place is crawling with angels, " Castiel said as he could sense the place was definitely guarded.
"Then we're going to need a distraction, " Sam said and he knew exactly how to make one. "Jack we need you to keep the angels busy long enough for Dean and I to sneak in, " he explained.

"I'm on it, " Jack answered. "But what about Y/n?" He then asked as he wanted to know if you would be okay.
"She'll be okay, we just need to find her, " Dean answered as he saw how determined Sam was to save you. He still didn't think it was safe for you to be around them, but he couldn't just leave you alone knowing that angels were looking for you. Who knows what they wanted to do with you? "Cass ready to quickly beam us out of here when we get back with the kid, " he continued and the angel nodded.

The plan worked as Jack kept the angels busy and used his powers to keep them from causing any harm to him. They were a few close calls but Castiel managed to step in and help Jack out. Meanwhile Sam and Dean had snuck into the building and searched up and down the halls for your room. But there were a number of floors and even more rooms that you could be in.
"How are we going to find her?" Dean asked after he and his brother had searched the entire first floor for you. Before Sam could answer the two were spotted by an angel patrolling the halls,  and forced to surrender their weapons for the sake of the other people in the building.

With all going on you didn't except anymore things to suprise you but then you got a terrible headache. It was worse then any mirgrane you had ever experienced before and you felt sick to your stomach.
"Rani please let me out I think I'm going to throw up!" You called out but she told you to use your trash can if you did. Then seconds later your bad feelings vanished and comforting presence replaced them. Maybe you were dreaming or going crazy but you thought you could feel the presence of Sam. But that wasn't possible right?

You never got your answer because you heard shuffling in the hallway.  Followed by the sound of a door closing and struggling.
"Winchesters I knew you two would show up, " you heard Rani say to them and you gasped fearful for them. "I know that you brought the traitor and the halfling here, " she continued and you tensed up.
"Don't lecture us, where's Y/n?!" Sam demanded to know and his words suprised you. Why did he care so much about saving you? He didn't even know you.
"My daughter or she's in her room safe from you two, " Rani answered. You covered your ears not wanting to hear the conversation anymore. But it still continued even though you couldn't hear it.

"We know she's not your daughter, now wheres the kid?" Dean asked angrily,  even though the angel had binded him and Sam to a chair with rope. Rani laughed at his response and twirled her angel blade in her hands.
"You think I am just going to just hand over the girl I've raised as my own, to humans like you?" Rani asked like they were stupid. "She's the one destined to be the heir to the archangels, " she continued. "Empaths may be mostly humans but unlike nephilums we consdir them sacred, "

"Is that why you took her away from her real parents?!" Sam asked as he desperatly tried to escape the ropes so he could get to you. He wasn't going to let the angels turn you into a weapon just like the demons tried to do with him. "Because of her destiny?"
"I saved her from a terrible fate, " Rani defended. "Her mother had been killed by a demon and I saved her from being corrupted, like you, " Rani said putting her blade under Sam's chin. "I plan to keep things that way and I won't let you get in my way, " she continued. "However before I kill you both I will let you both see her, since you seem too be desperate to take her, " she finished and ordered for the brothers to be brought into your room with handcuffs. They agreed and dragged the two hunters down the hallway.

As you sat by the door something told you that something was about to happen. You didn't understand why that happened but decided to move to your bed, seconds later your door was swung open and to your surprise Sam and Dean were pushed in.
"Five minutes and then Rani will come back to deal with you, " the angel said as he closed the door and locked it.
"Well at least this rescue mission wasn't a complete failure, " Dean said once he saw you.
"Sam, " you couldn't stop yourself from running over to him for comfort.
"Y/n are you okay?" He asked and you told him what you had found out and the worries you had for them.
"Things aren't like before and I think someone upstairs has out for you, " you explained.
"Nothing we haven't been through before, but now what's important is that we get you of here, " Sam said to you.
