Maki Nishikino's POV

I woke up the next morning. I'm suprised that I'm not in my own bed. I felt a movement beside me. I saw that it was Nico-chan. I smiled. I forgot. I slept here with her last night.

Good thing it's Saturday today. I gently shook Nico-chan and she turned over to face me.

"Oh, hey. Morning, Maki-chan." Nico-chan said. She then kissed my forehead. I blushed.

"Morning to you too." I said. Nico-chan smiled at me. I sat up on the bed. The clothes that Nico-chan lend me last night was kinda small because of course, it's Nico-chan's clothes but it's comfortable to wear it.

"Is it too small for you, Maki-chan?" Nico-chan asked me. I shook my head. "Nah. You know, I never wore other person's clothes before. It just feels different." I said.

"Ohh, I see. I thought it was small for you." Nico-chan said with a bright smile.

That smile made me smile too. I always loved Nico-chan's smile. It's too sweet to be ignored. Only a few people can make me smile. Well, maybe, all of the members of μ's. Papa can make me smile sometimes but I don't want to smile for him anymore. After what happened last night, I don't want to smile for him.

"Maki-chan, you okay? You seem to be deep in thought. Is everything okay?" Nico-chan said.

"Huh? I w-was just thinking about sonething. It's not that important." I said.

Nico-chan got up from the bed and gave me another kiss on the forehead. "I'll go prepare breakfast for us two. You can do whatever you want." Nico-chan said.

I smiled at her and she smiled back. She then went to the kitchen. I looked around and saw my phone on the desk beside the bed.

I picked it up and dialed my personal maid, Elaine.

(A/N: Elaine is my OC and I made her the personal maid of Maki.)

After a few rings, Elaine answered her phone.

"Hello? Miss Maki? Is this you?"

"Yes, it's me. And what did I told you? I said, don't call me Miss Maki. Just call me by my name. Understand?"

"Understood, Maki."

"Good. Now, I want you to prepare my practice clothes."

"Huh? Practice clothes?"

"You know, the ones that I use for idol practice."

"Ohh. I forgot. But why?"

"It's because I have idol practice today at 10am."

"I see. I'll prepare them right away, Maki."

"And another thing, prepare 2 sets of clothes and a set of my school uniform. I'll be staying over here at my friend's house for a while. I don't want to show my face to my parents."

"Okay then. Maki, your parents aren't home right now. They went to a conference meeting, I think. They'll be back tomorrow."

"Is that so? I'll just drop by there to pick up my things. I'll see you later."

"See you later, Maki."

I turned off my phone. I lied down again on the bed.

"Who was that, Maki-chan?" I didn't notice that Nico-chan was standing by the door wearing an apron.

"Just my personal maid, Elaine." I said.

"P-personal m-maid? For real?" Nico-chan looked very suprised when she said those words. I looked at her and nodded.

"Yeah, why?" I said. "No reason. I'm just asking. I didn't know you had a personal maid." Nico-chan said.

"Well, I don't want to tell you that. As your junior, I need to show you that I'm independent." I said.

"But you already are." Nico-chan walked over to the bed and patted my head.

"As your senior, I need to take care of you. And, should I say this?" Nico-chan paused for a while. I raised a questioning eyebrow at her.

"As my girlfriend, you just need to let me take care of you. Or else, something bad might happen to you." Nico-chan said.

W-what d-did s-she s-said?! G-girlfriend?! My heart began beating fast when I heard those words came out from Nico-chan.

"Maki-chan, you're as red as a tomato. Did I say something that made you even redder than a tomato?" She teased.

"N-nico-chan!" I exclaimed, blushing even harder.

"Hehehe. You're so cute, Maki-chan. That's why I love you so much." Nico-chan said while poking my cheeks.

I covered my face with a pillow. "Yeah, me too. I love you because of your cuteness and your 'Nico Nico nii'. There. I said it. Happy now?" I said.

"Of course! To hear that from you makes my heart pound." Nico-chan said. She then leaned over and kissed me. I closed my eyes and let the sweetness flow through my mouth.

"Come on, Maki-chan. Let's eat breakfast." Nico-chan said when she broke from the kiss. I smiled and nodded.

"Where's my uniform, Nico-chan? I'll just wear it when we pick up my things at home." I asked Nico-chan, who is already dressed.

I was still in Nico-chan's clothes when she handed me my uniform. "Thanks. Give me a minute to change and we can get going." I said.

"Sure thing." Nico-chan said, smiling. After a few minutes, I'm already dressed.

"Shall we get going, Maki-chan?" Nico-chan asked. I nodded. While walking, our fingers are intertwined with each other.

I wore a smile on my face because I'm happy that Nico-chan is here.

"Hey, Maki-chan?" I heard Nico-chan whisper. I averted my gaze on her. "What is it?" I questioned her.

"Later at practice, can we at least distance ourselves? If they found out about us, something might happen." Nico-chan said.

I stopped from walking and looked at my senior. "Huh? Why?" I asked Nico-chan.

Nico-chan sighed. "It's just for practice. We need to act the same as before. We can't let our secret slip away. They all know we always argue with each other." She explained.

Now, I understand. Nico-chan wants to hide our secret. A grin formed on my face.

"Sure. I don't want them to tease us so I'll act like my usual, stoic self." I said to Nico-chan.

Nico-chan responded by smiling back. To be honest, I liked Nico-chan from the day we met. I just didn't have the courage to confess to her.

My house is still a little far so Nico-chan and I chatted on the way. Talked about nonsense things and a lot more.
I'm really glad Nico-chan loves me the way I am.
